Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic because I was experiencing sharp pains in my knee which was preventing me from carrying simple tasks like sitting and walking up and down stairs without pain. Melissa Bellamy was able to identify the cause of the pain and provided me some exercises and a treatment plan which has stopped the knee pain altogether. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone in need of Osteopathy.

Fantastic experience: I had a very enjoyable and productive session with osteopath Justine! I needed some pain relief while waiting for knee replacement surgery and she appreciated this and geared the treatment accordingly. I came away feeling much better and with information about the section of the Versus Arthritis website most useful to me and how best to use it. I must add that the whole decor of the clinic, inside and out, is very fresh and calming so the environment complements the therapy!

Fantastic experience: I came to Sam with a running injury which had developed into potential nerve tingling and he was great at reliving the pain from with only a couple sessions. Not only did I feel an instant relief but he was also able to advise on next steps such as incorporating certain stretches and helped me get back to exercising. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sam over the last three months for a 5yr old complex musculoskeletal running injury. He has been understanding, patient and empathetic with me. Importantly, he has got me back running at my best again, something I was almost giving up. And he does it all with a friendly and engaging spirit. I'd strongly recommend him if you're willing to follow his simple routine for rehab, it works!

I arrived in quite a lot of trouble after years of injuries and exercise without adequate flexibility, struggling to walk due to a functional motor disorder. Sam took a thorough and holistic approach, focusing on movement rather than just isolated issues. Over four weeks, with a combination of key stretches and targeted soft tissue work, my mobility has transformed. I went from struggling to walk to now moving much more freely. Fantastic experience: I initially went to Sam a couple of years ago with severe neck pain and really limited movement of my neck. It took patience and perseverance, but Sam was excellent all the way. He really is an expert and a credit to his profession. I no longer have issues with my neck; however I still use his services fairly regularly to treat any back pain, aches or discomfort. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Negative experience: I would have been better off, spending my £50 in a massage parlor. At least, I would have had, some relief!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I've recently started treatment with Melissa, who has been fantastic. She first investigated with questions and careful physical testing of mobility and discomfort, then explained what she thought was going on. And then used targeted manipulation to work into the tissue, which felt at just the right level of pressure. She then gave me simple exercises to do every day and encouragement to do so. She also reassured me that it would heal with all of those elements in place. A very professional, friendly practitioner for dealing with musculoskeletal issues.

I have been attending his practice for about 6 months while I await a nhs appointment for bulging discs. Attending helps me manage my pain but also seeing Sam's face just makes my day. Fantastic experience: I was experiencing extremely bad back pain and literally found it hard to walk in the mornings. I would have to drag myself out of bed and then stand for about 5 minutes until my legs started to work. Almost felt like it would be a never ending case. A friend recommended Sam and I took him up on the offer. Went down and was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed atmosphere. Sam took his time and tried to narrow down the root cause of the problem. After a briefing Sam got straight to work twisting and turning my ligaments with just the right amount of pressure to realign the body to it's natural position. I was given exercises to do at home which I carried out and after several sessions I'm fine and back to my normal self. Amazing service and highly recommended to anyone looking for a great Osteopath.
