Trust was very quickly established, I was made to feel comfortable, and I felt confident that I was in safe and expert hands from the very first appointment. Any initial, ongoing or new concerns i had about my condition were taken seriously and explained thoroughly. The premises were immaculate - without being too clinical which helped me to feel less anxious on arrival. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending my specialist to anyone and I would be reluctant to go elsewhere in the future if I needed further treatment. I cannot thank you enough for the time and patience shown to me particularly as I had to rearrange an appointment, the lady who did this for me was lovely and deserves recognition too.

Fantastic experience: I had physio therapy with Miss Abeer Kayani, after a motorbike accident and a broken collar bone. The affected shoulder has better range of motion now than it had before the accident, after just two months of therapy.

Fantastic experience: Asqa was absolutely amazing. In just 5 sessions I went from having pain in my lower back all the time whether sitting, standing, lying down or walking; to no pain at all. With having disc degeneration I thought being totally pain free was a thing of the past, but Asqa proved me wrong. I cannot recommend her enough.

I had a car accident back in August, and in a lot of discomfort, and pain down my left side. I've attended 6 sessions so far, and the app has exercises that really help to speed up recovery. Fantastic experience: Attended Independent Physio Ltd due to an RTC, as per insurance company. Professional and friendly attmosphere and Nida is very personable, which made the sessions fly by. Great improvement in mobility and pain reductions after 8 sessions, just wish there was an opportunity for more (insurance issue, not Independent Physio's).

Fantastic experience: Yasmi has been excellent with ensuring recovery of my knees, especially the left one. Exercises were built on very gradually. You know at the start with physio exercises, you feel like it can’t be doing much but it really did work and have built to resistance exercises and dynamic exercises so I can get back to decent exercise to get this 2” off my waist. All was explained well at each session. Top marks.
