Fantastic experience: I had a problem with Plantar Fasciitis and underwent two physiotherapy sessions with Kirsty. Booking was very easy, I was seen on time in comfortable ,friendly surroundings. All aspects of the treatment were explained to me, including some refinements to exercises I was already doing. The treatments gave me considerable relief from pain and the condition has continued to improve such that I don’t feel the need for any more input from Pysio in Action. Fantastic experience: Visited Physio in Action today and wish I’d come here sooner. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my knee which recently flared up causing me some trouble. Booking an appointment couldn’t have been easier and the expert care and attention I received from Kirsty has set me back on track. Her examination both in terms of questions at the start and a physical examination of my knee reassured me I was with an absolute professional. I had a massage of the area which is already helping me walk better. I also received exercises which Kirsty walked me through to ensure correct posture. Whilst the PDF is great, knowing how I should position myself beforehand will help. The app I received a link to is also great and easy to install. I’ve already recommended to my partner and will continue to do so to others experiencing knee, back and neck pain. I will always consider Physio in Action in the future.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from an appointment with Kirsty. Very happy with the way she listens, examines, identifies the problem and suggests suitable exercises. I like the self- help philosophy and understand that the more I do my exercises, the better the outcome will be for me! I have been using this practice for a few years now and have seen various different practitioners in that time. I have always been satisfied with the treatment I have received.

Negative experience: I was sent by my company, for a strong neck pain. According to the lady that attended me, this was cause by my slight scoliosis ( sideway curvature of the spine) treated already 20 years ago. Did not matter I said clearly that after 20 years was quite strange was starting to cause pain now. I was sent back 3 times, no massage and just exercises at home. Did not matter I mentioned once after other that I was not progressing and was not having sensed to find the cause as something I have been living with my whole life. Finally I stopped coming, I gave a bad review at work and! After 2 weeks I decided to change the pillow and magically my pain disappeared ... A good professional will dig into the patient information and will not make evident conclusions. They looked like clearly looking after the money not after finding my disease cause.
