Fantastic experience: My husband and I brought our c-section baby boy to see Hafi after noticing that at night he was grunting and tensing up so much. He looked incredibly uncomfortable and in pain, which was really concerning and difficult for us to watch. Coming to see Hafi was honestly one of the best decisions we made. Osteopathy wasn’t something I was particularly familiar with, and I wasn’t sure whether it would help, but from the first session, the difference was incredible. Our son is so much more relaxed, sleeping better throughout the night and his overall tension has dramatically reduced. It’s been amazing to see such a positive change in him. Overall, we had 3 sessions, and some stretches to do with him at home. We were actually sad when our final session came around because we genuinely enjoyed our chats with Hafi just as much as the treatment! He has such a calming presence and is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. We would absolutely come back to Hafi for our son, or for ourselves, should we ever need treatment in the future. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough both for the care he provides and for the lovely, welcoming person he is. Ps he is also so humble! I was able to get a next day appointment with Georgina who took care of the problem in a single treatment session. Took her a couple of minutes to diagnose the problem and then she combined different types of treatment to fix it. Would recommend this Osteopath to anybody. Prices were also very fair.

Fantastic experience: I initially brought my 3 week old baby for treatment after having a tongue tie cut and suffering with reflux and have remained as a patient myself. Hafi was extremely gentle and attentive when treating my son and made me feel reassured throughout the sessions and we definitely saw an improvement after just a few sessions. We had had issues with latching and breastfeeding and were advised to see an osteopath after the tongue tie was cut to help with tension and mobility in the mouth. After just a few sessions, my son was able to latch better and we have continued our feeding journey many months on. I then began treatment myself for issues with my back after having a baby and breastfeeding. Hafi has provided a range of treatment from laser therapy to acupuncture that has help to relieve inflammation and improve my mobility and relieve the pain. Fantastic experience: We visited Hafi when my daughter was 2 weeks old due to her constant crying between the hours of 7-10pm and nothing appearing to comfort or settle her. I had taken her to the doctors to which he explained that there was nothing wrong with her medically - I was at my wits end. Our next door neighbour recommended an osteopath to help, and through google searching I found Hafi. I read the reviews and booked her in. When we arrived, I explained my concerns regarding my daughter and a background to the labour. Hafi listened and clearly explained what he thought the issue might be and began completing stretches. Before we left, Hafi showed us some stretches to complete at home and later on, sent us a video of these so we could keep track of what was needed. That evening, I held my breath wishing for her to settle better, and she did! She appeared so much more content and happier, to the point where there was minimal crying. We continued to go for another 4 sessions and completed the stretches at home. During these sessions, Hafi also checked our daughters mouth to check for a tongue tie and he recommended going to have it looked at - she needed it to be cut and it made the world of difference with her feeding. The more and more we went and did the work at home, the more happier and content she became - we now have no crying in the evenings, and she is so much easier to comfort and soothe to sleep too. We would 100% recommend Hafi, we were apprehensive at first but it has definitely made such a difference and we couldn’t be happier - thank you.

Fantastic experience: We came to see Hafi when our baby was 3 weeks old due to her suffering so bad with her wind and was extremely uncomfortable and unsettled due to being a C section baby which can be quite common for babies to be quite tense in their digestive system. Upon our first visit with Hafi he was able to give us tips and advice to help support our baby at home whilst still having an appointment once a week. Today was our last session as she has been getting so much better and is a completely different baby compared to when she was three weeks old. Fantastic experience: I would thoroughly recommend Exhale and Hafi to anyone struggling with their baby's tummy - particularly colic and reflux. Hafi examined and explained everything with such care and completed three sessions with my daughter that have hugely improved her comfort levels and happiness. Fantastic experience: I came to see Hafi after looking for an Osteopath that specialized in working with babies. Having seen an Osteopath for my first daughter 9 years ago, I already had an idea of what I needed. I was able to book in quickly for my 5 month old baby to be seen. On the first session my daughter was overtired and cranky, yet Hafi was able to work his magic. He was patient and definitely an expert in his profession. He is use to working with babies and so was able to use different ways to be able to work with her whilst keeping them content. At each session my daughter felt relaxed enough to sleep. Hafi gave us exercises to do at home and you could see the results of Hafi’s work quite quickly. My daughter is now less stiff, will sit for longer in her car seat and push chair and no longer holds her head in certain position that I am concerned about. Thank you for all your time and help.

Fantastic experience: We brought our 4 week old baby to see Hafi following a friend suggesting that cranial osteopath treatment may help with their colic, sleep and general well being/mood. After a google search we came across Hafi and instantly felt in good hands at our first appointment. Fantastic experience: As first time parents, having a premature baby with acid reflux/colic issues, we were at a loss of how to help our baby further. We tested different medications from GP's and the advice was to wait it out as they grow out of it. But this can take up to 1 year. Fantastic experience: I have had pain in my face for a long time due to grinding my teeth. Went for osteopathy treatment with Hafi and I have completely stopped grinding my teeth. The pain has gone better too, but assume a couple more treatments may be needed for the pain to fully go. Either way definitely heading the right direction, so highly recommended!

Ive had a acute issue with my back after a weight lift injury which left me in agony for a couple of nights. He was brilliant at manipulating and treating my lowerback and i have returned for subsequent treatment as he advised that more then one session was required to recover from the stress injury. Fantastic experience: After suffering for months with extrem sciatica, I walked in to the clinic in agony and walked out feeling emotional as my pain was 80% gone. Another session and fully gone. I’ve never gave much thought to acupuncture being included but it really worked! Loved the fact that it was not as aggressive as the chiropractor and even though I was estimated to need 5 sessions, after 3 he felt that I wouldn’t need the final two.
