Fantastic experience: I received treatment for my tennis elbow that I had for around a year and I was resolved with the physio/tailored exercises I received .Friendly and knowledgeable would recommend!

After 2 vists the back problem was resolved a further 2 visits were required to sort out the thigh muscle . I saw Eric on all occassions. Negative experience: The guy never said hello, or his name. The office seems abandoned place, there is no posters or indication for his office. Sorry to say but really it seems no manners this guy. First time treatment, very aggressive manipulation without knowing patient or making the patient aware. Feeling worse than before.. it was just a recovery after a hit back from a car. This guy has made things different for us know. And he claim been doing for 25years.. Hope he hasn't damaged other people. The way he work not promising at all. After doing all his HULK manipulation, he said:"i can offer acupuncture as well"... You could have mentioned this before starting the therapy, maybe you were trying to save your time.. He did not make us aware of his aggressive manovres, he has just done it. Hope you learn and somebody check on you.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Vital physiotherapy enough. Eric is extremely professional and certainly knows his stuff ! I started feeling better after the first session although it was painful to begin with due to really tight muscles. He informed me what he was going to do and explained it in simple terms. Wasn't an overnight fix but definitely worth paying him a visit. If I need physio in the future I would definitely be going back to vital physio . Thank you Eric

Fantastic experience: Needed help with lower back and left Leg pain and got more than enough. Attended weekly sessions to get massages and instructions on different palates, which I had to carry out at home. I had 24 sessions, and I’ve never felt better. Took up running for the first time as a result.

After 5 weeks of intense exercises I can run longer distances and not experience pain the day after. Highly recommend and I will 100% be returning if I need any further treatment in the future .

Fantastic experience: After turning my ankle on a park run and a couple of less than successful visits to the Hospital I turned to Vital. Immediately I started to make improvements but in my case progress was slow and there were a few set backs along the way. This is where Eric really came into his own. I had a few dark days when I was ready to resign myself to not getting better. But every appointment Eric cheered me up and gave me the hope and belief to continue. I'm back running again now and have half an eye on a triathlon. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Prior to seeing Eric I had very little hope that physiotherapy could help with resuming working out with a 70% tendon torn shoulder, knee injury, and back pains. Fantastic experience: After a terrible ankle injury in the summer and being told by the hospital I would recover in 3/6 weeks (and saw no improvement) I went to Eric who suggested I needed a full rehab plan and reset my expectations that my injury was more likely a 6 month recovery time. I was really worried this would result in me losing my level of fitness and never fully getting back to my level of ability but after a really thorough and intense plan I am now at almost 100% recovery. Eric has been great throughout, realistic with my expectations, firm with encouragement and really supportive in getting me back to where I wanted to be. I cannot recommend him enough. Fantastic experience: Choosing vital physio with Eric was the best decision i had ever made. I was receiving sub par physio at Q.E hospital and therefore decided to go with Eric. Since receiving treatment from Eric i have seen more movement and flexibility in my hand and arm than i had before. He had given my arm and hand a massage that pushed scar tissue out of the way and to improve swelling and help healing. If you are having any issues with your body and need physio, Eric is the man to see, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service I attended due to hip and knee osteoarthritis issues for which Eric administered acupuncture and gave me a daily tailored stretching/excercise programme. I have attended the clinic for acupuncture weekly and stuck to the excercise programme for a number of months and the improvement in my mobility from from my first visit to now is remarkable I can only comment from my personal experience, the process worked for me, I have now been discharged and I have been instructed that I must continue with excercises on a daily basis to maintain the progress I have achieved

Fantastic experience: I came to Eric after sustaining a shoulder impingement injury. It was very painful at the time and I didn’t see how it could go back to normal. I saw Eric regularly over the course of 4-5 months. He gave good guidance and advice on the exercises to do between sessions. During sessions he also massaged my arm and shoulder and checked in on my technique to make sure I was doing things right. Eric’s approach was to build up strength and resilience slowly for long last results, rather than to hurry it and not have fixed the problem properly. He made the experience friendly and enjoyable. Should I need physio services again in the future, Eric will be the first contact on my list. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from issues which the doctor basically told me it's life long issues and only thing they told me i can do is do some stretches, which he gave me generic ones. Since i have been dealing with eric, he has provided an excellent service. He assessed my issues and my body and told me things to work on and gave me exercises which were tailored to me. He also provided great massages. Eric also gave a recommendation to my employers to provide me equipment to support me, which led to my employer providing free equipment which was over £100. Fast forward to now, my issues have been resolved but of course i will still need to maintain from my end. Thank you Eric.

Fantastic experience: After experiencing knee pain whilst playing badminton and in the day or so following a match which had worsened over a number of months, I finally realised this would only improve with intervention from a physio. Within a few minutes of my initial consultation Eric had identified what was causing my problem and created an exercise program that I'm pleased to say worked wonders. Eric was keen for me to continue playing badminton during my treatment & also gave advice on what could be done short term to enable me to continue playing without discomfort. Wish I'd visited Eric sooner!
