I was quite nervous before my first session because of things I’d seen online about chiropractors, but coming here was an excellent decision. I originally came in to fix my shoulder, and not only did I leave with my shoulder feeling so much better, but my posture was also noticeably corrected. I sought help from Austin to untwist my pelvis before considering hip surgery. After only 3 sessions my pelvis has been re-aligned and I have regained a fuller range of movement. Fantastic experience: From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt relaxed and at ease. The receptionist is friendly and welcoming. Austin is friendly gives plenty of advice on your issue. Providing links to exercises you can do at home, products that may help with your condition if you chose to. The treatment is amazing, Austin talks with you through your treatment and gets the hole picture to provide you with the best treatment for your problem. He is realistic in how many sessions you may need and never forces you to have more that you need.

Fantastic experience: I have used a chiropractic service previously in 2014 and it was very good. 10 years fast forward and the start of 2025 has not been the best, my lower back was intermittently flaring up and finally in April 2025 it gave way by manoeuvring a banana box at a supermarket store (I was shopping). I knew immediately I had triggered my lower back and days became 2 weeks when my discomfort level was 9/10, I was on painkillers and using ice packs which was giving me temporary relief but deep down I knew I had to revisit a Chiropractor. So this time, I wanted to find a local practice in B14, and using Google Search I found Austin's Practice ( right at my doorstep). 1st session, no doubt I was anxious and nervous as I knew what was going to happen, this anxiety was building up whilst waiting in the reception area. Austin's face, smile and warm welcome approach was comforting. He attentively listened to my clinical history and devised a plan, but in order to implement this plan I had to effectively put my full trust in him during the sessions and carry out the routine excercises at home that he instructed me to. My 1st 3 sessions were difficult, but each time I left his practice, I felt mentally amd physically better. My movement after his sessions were positive and smoother. I was eager to go running but he advised against it and in time I will be able to, so again, I had to listen to his advice. Sometimes, too soon may trigger a setback and flare up my back issue, so my main focus was to be able to carry work duties without hindrance. I am plumbing & heating enginer trade and work in construction industry. My 4th, 5th & 6th sessions, were totally different and better, there was no anxiety and I was looking forward to see him as I knew the sessions were having a postive effect, so these sessions I was eager for him to do work his magic on me. By the time I was undergoing these sessions, I had stopped painkillers and ice. Almost 3 weeks of having 6 sessions I feel really good and well, getting out from bed is enjoyable now, I generally feel a better bounce in my movement. The practice is nice and clean and the staff on the desk are great. If it's your first time using a chiropractor, fear not, definately worth your time and money. I will be booking some sessions for the future, again with Austin's advice, these may be infrequent visits. As, your chiropractic sessions are just as good, if you decide to put your own rehabilitation effort in your own time (at home), the excercises may feel a bore but when you start feeling the benefits, hopefully you will voluntarily implement them in your work/ life styles at your own pace but be consistent with it. Fantastic experience: Having gradually worsening lower back pain and a lack of mobility in my hips, after 6 sessions with Dr Austin I feel 10 years younger and much better. While I can't compare to other chiropracters I can 100% recommend Dr Austin. If he was paid in results he would have been retired long ago. Good job for his customers he only charges by the session! Fantastic experience: Hi this place which I discovered in 2020 just by looking at the reviews because of my lower back pain and tall the reviews were absolutely correct. Austin looked after me explaining what he is going to do step by step no rush approach and my back. Job well.done. Now in 2024 back again with a trap nerve from right side of my neck and arm to my fingers was having tinggly feeling and could not my arm at.all was in pain could not work at all. Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I went with chronic neck pain and headache. Doctor explained the problem and root causes and course of action to be taken. after 2nd to 3rd sessions, my neck pain was almost gone and headache disappeared totally after that.
