Fantastic experience: I have been receiving monthly Sports Massages from Jenn for some years before she set up "MOVE". I have no doubt that the massage is beneficial even though she has "pointy elbows" which reach places that Carslberg can't! The booking system works well. I fully recommend her.

Fantastic experience: After having a persistent shoulder problem I found MOVE and I’m so glad I did. I was unsure what I needed so booked in for an initial consultation with Kieran. The assessment was so thorough and we discussed my options. My treatments have been fantastic and my shoulder is no longer an issue after three visits ( I even threw a calf injury into the mix on one appointment and he looked after that too). Kieran is very knowledgeable and makes you feel completely relaxed and comfortable, I would 100% recommend him to anyone. The MOVE clinic has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and I am very satisfied with my experience.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined Move Shrewsbury for reformer Pilates. I must say it’s a lovely place to go for classes. All the staff at Move are extremely friendly and supportive. I look forward to go for my sessions and feel energised after attending them. As i am new to this form of exercise I am learning to be on the reformer and the instructors are always looking out for everyone. I thoroughly enjoy and would recommend people to join Obviously i have told my friends already.

Fantastic experience: I have regular appointments with Charlie who has helped me both through Chiropractic therapy and also with guidance going forward in the form of stretches and exercises to help me keep more mobile.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Kieran for the last 6 or so months for Chiropractic sessions and he has been great. He takes the time to explain things through and makes you feel very comfortable. I had been focussing on maintenance on my lower back and have not had any issues. Would definitely recommend Kieran to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I saw Kieran for a problem with my lower back presenting as sciatica type pain. I went for the 6 session package which saved a bit of money overall. Kieren started by carefully listening to my injury history, and then gave me a comprehensive examination to determine the cause of the issue. After every session the pain was greatly reduced, which meant that I was able to do the strength and stretching exercises given to me comfortably. Continued sessions alongside the work at home meant that my back issue got better week by week and is now largely resolved, and he also managed to treat other minor issues in my elbow and knee. I was often surprised to come away from the treatment session feeling sooo much better than before I went in. I have been to a number of different physios and chiropractors (15+?) and can honestly say Kieren is one of the best!

Fantastic experience: The best in the business. I had a bad neck for months and met Charlie. Incredible at his job and the team are amazing. I now visit every few months for a maintenence session and I am completely pain free and as mobile as I have ever been. Being a tradesman this is essential and worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: I visited Move this morning after experiencing pain in my foot for a while that’s been affecting my ability to run and keep up with my marathon training. I only booked a complimentary initial consultation with Kieran and he has been so helpful, and has advised me where to look to get an X-Ray for a suspected stress fracture. He didn’t rush me or anything even though the appointment was free, and even offered to write a referral letter. Charlie has been wonderful with communication too via email and social media with any questions I’ve had. As soon as I have the outcome of an X-Ray I will be in touch with them again to discuss a recovery plan. I can’t recommend Move enough, amazing customer service!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training Jiu Jitsu at move since May 2025 and can’t speak highly enough of the instructor’s, facilities and atmosphere. I also had my first sports therapy session with Gwen yesterday and for the first time in many years have woken up without any pain in my back. Thank you Charlie and Team.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the need to seek help regarding what I thought was a back issue and was getting nowhere with the NHS. I contacted Move, Charlie replied to my email very quickly and offered me an initial new patient assessment the next day. Within 10 minutes of being assessed he was confident that I actually had a condition called polymyalgia rheumatica, something that my GP surgery had missed. He explained the condition and that the treatment that would have to be instigated by my GP. He offered to write to my GP to ensure that I received the correct treatment ASAP. His diagnosis was correct and because of his assessment and swift action I am now on the right treatment path, without which I would still be floundering on the incorrect NHS pathway. I found Charlie to be knowledgeable, confident and proactive and with his communication, service and assessment and cannot recommend him highly enough. 5*+++

Fantastic experience: I was sceptical about going to see a chiropractor, but having suffered with prolonged concussion symptoms and neck pain, I decided to go and see Kieran. In the consultation he couldn’t have been more thorough in doing all the rights tests to make sure treatment would be appropriate for me. I’m now two sessions in, and couldn’t be happier about my decision to go. The neck pain has reduced significantly as well as the concussion symptoms. This has also allowed me to have better quality gym sessions as I’m able to go through sets without feeling feint as well as being able to return to rugby. I couldn’t recommend going and seeing Kieran any more. On top of being a great chiropractor, he also did an amazing job of putting me at ease so we could get the most out of the session.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Kieran regularly for chiropractic treatment and I can’t rate him highly enough. Very professional and friendly and great treatments every time. I first met Kieran in the chiropractic clinic at the University of South Wales whilst he was still training and was so impressed that I now travel up from mid Wales for regular treatments with him at Move in Shrewsbury.

Fantastic experience: I came to Charlie about a year ago with back problems/ discomfort, he did a throughout examination and movement tests, put together at home exercises and I felt a difference instantly. Always a friendly and calm atmosphere, highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Charles more, I suffered with dizziness and vertigo along with sore shoulders and neck for months, and after a couple of appointments I felt so much better, any little niggles are fixed at regular appointments. I have much better quality of life now.

Jenn and Charlie are exceptional instructors. Their professionalism, deep knowledge, and clear passion for what they do really set this place apart. They take the time to explain movements, offer personalised adjustments, and create a supportive environment for all levels. You can tell they truly want every client to progress and feel confident. If you’re considering reformer Pilates, I can’t recommend this studio—and Jenn and Charlie—highly enough. It’s a brilliant place to learn, grow, and enjoy the process along the way.

Fantastic experience: Great space to workout and train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Charlie's tuition is patient, without ego, and his sessions allow you to train with people of a broad range of abilities. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined MOVE Training Jiu Jitsu. Having trained martial arts for the past 18 years and competed at Karate World and European Championships, I wanted to add something new to my skill set. Charlie and the team have been very supportive and have really helped expand my knowledge as a fighter. Great team, great facility highly recommended for all abilities.

Fantastic experience: If you're prioritising flexibility and core, there is no better reformer classes than Move in Shropshire. Instructors are seasoned professionals who understand the body. You get to experience your progress as you're able to push yourself more and more but even if you've not done reformer before, it's comfortable to go at your own pace. Having tried various places, to me this one is the best even though is not the closest.

Fantastic experience: I tried my first reformer class at Move almost a year ago, just wanting to see what it was all about, but I don’t think I expected the difference it would end up making for me. Almost 12 months later, with classes twice per week and regular 1:1 session with Jenn too, and I’m now noticeably stronger, more toned and (probably more importantly) I have a way better awareness of how my body moves and works than I ever have before. One of the things that really sets this place apart is Jenn and Charlie’s clinical background, their understanding of anatomy and movement is next level and you can really feel that in the way they teach. they make sure you're training properly, safely, and they’re great at adapting exercises to suit your individual needs. On top of all that, they’re just genuinely lovely people. The vibe at the studio is super welcoming, and there’s a real sense of community. I’ve never found a form of exercise before that I look forward to as much as I do this. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Posting this to help other blokes like me out there Full disclosure my partner is one of Jenn & Charlie’s students first She kept on going on and on and on nonstop about how it’s “sooooo good” “you should try it” “it’s amazing” “it changed my life” “I switch off mentally at work” “I don’t think about our arguments and petty fights” The one thing she said aside from everything above (and more) was— I kid you not they sorted my back and posture Safe to say I didn’t have any choice but to go for 3 sessions to see how I feel and 14 months later I am still member doing 3 classes in a week I don’t go to the gym - tried that and did not work for me However here doing reformer Pilates AS A BLOKE: My back stopped hurting My posture better I can do squats now?! Fantastic experience: Had my 1st consultation with Charlie to better understand my pain and potential causes. Clearly what i believed it to be and the actual cause of the pain were quite different. I now have a short treatment plan to resolve the issues. Charlie explained everything thoroughly and gave expert advice for self help.

Fantastic experience: A great place to learn BJJ, being a beginner this place provides a very welcoming environment which will help you to settle in and start to push yourself. Everyone who attends are extremely friendly and Charlie (the coach) has an excellent coaching manner to help you learn. He has a cool dog too.

Fantastic experience: Jen is an exceptional therapist, I have regular Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage with her and her care of me following surgery has been outstanding. My surgeon was impressed with how well prepared for surgery I was and how the work she had done made his job easier. I would not have managed my condition without her care and support. Thanks Jen - anyone with a lymphatic related condition- you need Jen on your team!

Negative experience: I was really enjoying it here. When ever it is a new instructor I make sure that they are aware of my situation, only to join a plyometrics pilates based session which set my injury back weeks. A loss of trust in being open and honest with the instructor to get bad advice during the session i havent gone back after attending for many weeks. Shame as it has smart facilities

Fantastic experience: I was originally put in touch with Charlie as a referral to sort a shoulder injury and he was the nicest, most straight talking guy for my consultation. He was really informative and constructive with his treatment plan and fixed me up in a handful of sessions! Ready for me to start my Reformer Pilates with Jenn who is an absolute superstar, the classes are always varied and Jenn really prides herself on good form whilst pushing you to your limits. So lucky I found a local place such as Move I’ll be a customer for years to come and will shout from the rooftops my recommendation for such a lovely team!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Jenn for Pilates and massages for about two years, and I wouldn't be without her now. She is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The Pilates sessions are great fun, you don't even realise you are exercising, and the massages are just amazing. The new Move premises are lovely, easy to access, and have lots of parking. Fantastic experience: I have seen Charlie to avoid having low back pain and other issues with my hip and neck related to grappling/bjj. I have seen several Chiropractors in the past and Charlie is one of the most knowledgeable and competent Chiropractors ive had the pleasure of seeing. He is also a very good listener. I strongly recommend Charlie if you have any aches or pains!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service and care. I had a recurring neck injury from sport climbing and would frequently trap a nerve causing tingling sensations down my arms and fingertips. Had a few sessions with Charlie to sort the root cause of the pain followed by a few sessions with Jenny to alleviate the muscles around my back and neck. The team are attentive, knowledgeable and excellent value. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!
