Fantastic experience: I came to the clinic with a lot of health issues and ailments…but within a few weeks Neils helped me with my mobility and I was able to go on small walks…now a few months later and I’ve been able to enjoy long walks, days out and even swimming 5 days a week! Fantastic experience: Ive had a stiff neck for about a decade - tried all sorts of relief (pain killers, heat pads, physio, massage, acupuncture, et al). A visit to Dr Niels Wagner got to the root of the issue - not the symptoms. There is a plan - explained at the first consultation - and I already have more neck movement than I can remember at any stage. It's not life changing, but it has sorted a really long standing issue that has been impeding my sport and leisure. Niels is smart, accessible (no impenetrable language), skilful, and experienced. He is also humble: there is no desire to keep going if he cannot make a difference to your issue. I have no qualms in recommending Niels and the practice wholeheartedly. A very professional and dedicated outfit - and Niels seems like a very astute addition to their team.

Fantastic experience: My first visit back to a chiropractor in a very long time, I have to say Rebecca was great. The consultation was through her assessment was spot on, highlighting my some areas I wasn’t even aware of and then this was followed by the treatment which blew my mind - some very satisfying clicks and clunks but the one that I really noticed straight away was my jaw! I’ve had a clicking jaw when eating for a number of years, I asked the dentist about it but they offered no solution and by chance Rebecca mention that she checks patients jaws - well I’m not going to say it was relaxing and pleasant BUT what a difference, my jaw no longer clicks and feels like it’s back in the right place! I would recommend Rebecca based on my jaw alignment alone but the whole experience was great and I will be going back…..in a couple of weeks to be precise

Fantastic experience: I'm writing to address Phillipa's defamatory comments about Southsea Chiropractic. To be clear: I, not the practice owners or chiropractor, was responsible for briefly blocking the road while legitimately helping load heavy equipment for repair at the nutrition clinic behind the practice. The equipment became stuck while moving, requiring me to collect tools which meant I kept an eye on my car throughout. The review contains several inaccuracies. When made aware of the couple needing to pass with their baby in a pram, I immediately apologized and moved my car. Despite my apology, they became confrontational and wanted to argue. After moving my car further up the road, they spent approximately 10 minutes loading their own vehicle. I avoided further interaction as they continued to seek confrontation upon my return. As a regular patient, I can attest that Nick is an excellent and caring chiropractor. The posting of false and damaging reviews online is not only unfair but potentially libellous, especially when wrongly attributing actions to the practice owners and deliberately promoting a competitor. The entire incident was unrelated to the excellent quality of care provided by Southsea Chiropractic, and it's wrong to damage a business's reputation over a parking dispute that had nothing to do with their service or staff.

Negative experience: The owners of this practice parked in the middle of the road blocking in our car that was parked in the legal parking spaces out front. We decided to go for a walk with our baby in the pram hoping they would be along to move it shortly. Instead after a 15 minute walk we got back and we were still blocked in. Eventually we found the owners of the car (and the chiropractor) and asked him to move his car so we could leave. Instead both himself and his partner proceeded to shout at me (while I had my baby in my arms) and say they were loading their car (they weren’t) and additionally there are multiple loading parking spaces in this area including one directly beside the practice. He in particular was entitled and rude. They didn’t apologise and tried to argue, they told us to get over it, we had appointments to get to for baby. Shouting at a new mum trying to get her baby in the car isn’t maybe the best way to go about business. If you’re looking for a good chiropractor go across the road instead.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience all round. Dr Nick is fantastic and receptionist was lovely and welcoming. A very thorough history, examination and initial treatment; very pleased with results from first session and looking forward to a couple of follow up appointments. Nick is friendly and puts you at ease immediately. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: After finding myself experiencing intense pain in my shoulder, I took a chance trying to get a quick chiropracter appointment and I have never been more glad Rebecca was able to see me. Fantastic experience: So had my second visit today and wow again an amazing visit, Rebecca listened to what I needed doing and where the pain is. For years I’ve been in pain with my shoulder and neck after one visit I felt at least a 60% improvement I can move my neck and haven’t taken painkillers. My neck feels amazing after today visit can’t wait for my next visit already.

Fantastic experience: I can hands down say that booking in with Rebecca was one of the best things I’ve done for my physical and mental health. From the very first appointment I have seen improvements and I no longer sound like a creaky tinman when I get up from the sofa. My migraines have also decreased and so has my neck pain - each session has seen things get better and better. I had tried so many different alternatives for the pain - from acupuncture through to extensive massage therapy - but nowhere has been as thorough and as helpful as here. More than that, though, Rebecca is an absolute angel. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease - she’s got a wealth of knowledge and can explain what’s going on in a way that really makes sense. Her kind nature means that you feel instantly relieved and you can tell this is something she’s incredibly passionate about. Iv had 2 TMJ surgery’s which were unsuccessful however after just 3 treatments with Rebecca I have more movement in my jaw that I ever have! Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Rebecca this morning for the first time. I've had an issue with neck pain for months that flared up very painfully in the last week. After one session, I can already feel the benefit and my overall posture has improved. I am still feeling a little pain and discomfort around my neck area, but the session has made a huge difference (I'd been barely able to move for the previous two days), and I'm confident that after a couple more sessions, I will be pain free again. I am recommending Dr Rebecca because she is thorough in her diagnosis process, and in explaining the treatment at every step of the way. She is welcoming, warm and friendly and instantly dissolves any nerves you might have about the process if you've never done it before, or even, as in my case, it has been a few years since you last saw a chiropractor. I am also hugely appreciative of the wonderful receptionist who wore a mask because I am still in the high risk category for Covid infection and continue to mask indoors. I do not expect others to mask because I do, but the receptionist did it anyway out of kindness, and I was very moved by that. I also appreciated Rebecca offering to mask for my appointment. I live with Multiple Sclerosis and will be adding a quarterly visit to Dr Rebecca to my toolbox for staying as healthy as I can and slowing the progression of my condition. Southsea Chiropractic are, in my view, an incredible team of people and an amazingly priced service for the level of care and attention you will receive. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and cannot wait for my next visit - something I don't often say of the numerous health-related appointments I frequently attend as an MS patient!

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Dr Rebecca enough, having had multiple sessions with her I would never go to anyone else. She is amazing at her job and is the most kind hearted and genuine person you will meet. She listens to you to understand and develop a treatment plan with the aim to resolve your issues. On my first session she found a lump in my throat (which I had previously dismissed and been aware of but thought nothing of it) and referred me straight away to my GP with a referral letter. I was very impressed with the efficient and personalised service. Subsequently I am now due to have surgery to remove half of my thyroid with a suspicious nodule and would never have found out about this without going to her. Fantastic experience: After spending a fortune seeing multiple clinicians from a maxillary facial consultant, a dentist, and several other Health care professional to try to ease my TMJ problem but with no avail and no sight of any improvement. I decided to visit my local chiropractic clinic in Southsea, a lovely lady named Rebecca. My first session I was assessed thoroughly and although it was a little tense as I was experiencing lots of tightness around my jaw/cheek area, Rebecca knew exactly how to treat my issue. I have continued with her treatment plan and am confident to say that I am starting to feel normal again. Fantastic experience: Few weeks ago I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my lower back which literally made me feel like nearly paralyzed man. I was unable to move properly, not speaking even about sitting down on a toilet.. I then decided to pop into chiropractic clinic here based on ambulance crew suggestion to do osteopathy. It was my first ever experience and first treatment took the pain significantly away. I felt like there is still a chance and now I am able to walk normally as I used to do before. Revecca is very lovely and she enjoys the job which makes me feel like I am in safe hands. So far she only did good to me and I now have pain coming every now and then which is still bearable and doesn’t cause any issues with my daily tasks anymore. Definitely recommend Rebecca at this clinic for anyone having issues with their physical health.

The same Practitioner for Colonic and Nutritional Health has remained for 14 years and this has a loyal following. So to clarity, Reviews here are for Chiropractors, unless otherwise specified, and these can be for any of the Chiropractors - they do change and have done over the years, usually two very busy Practitioners operate throughout the week / weekend, assisted by their receptionists.

Fantastic experience: I've seen several chiropractors in the past and I can definitely recommend these guys- they are very knowledgable and personable, making you feel at ease when with them. I suffer with bad headaches and the treatment has really helped, making me feel loads better. I can highly recommend them and this clinic.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. BE AWARE!!!! Its a long story... To make it short: you are only a numbers in their eyes...they won't care about you...they only care about how to sale the next appointment to you...be careful...all they want is your money and they will find thousand of reasons why you need to go back next time...while the other chiropractics will do the job at first time and maybe see you in few months time again....but not here...this people will try to be nice at the first time, but then start to be aggressive hard sellers if you don't book appointment for next time straight away. And they didn't help at all....my pain is worst then ever...And I have been three times to see them. No thanks.

Negative experience: I was lucky to have an appointment at short notice before a ski trip. The receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating, I was told to pay £60 upfront which would pay for the consultation and 45mins-1 hour treatment. I was surprised to be out of the treatment room after just 20-25mins including the consultation , and I understand that this maybe because the treatment appropriate for my injuries wouldn’t take as long as other treatments. I did query this with the receptionist wondering if I could come back for another 20mins or so treatment in the future feeling I had only received half the treatment I had paid for, she seemed to agree. She asked the chiropractor and he stormed into the reception area out of his treatment room and he was simply plain rude. He said that there was nothing more that he could do, I suggested another 20mins treatment in a week or so and he said it wasn’t a bad enough injury and then slammed the door on me as I left. The receptionist looked bewildered. It was like talking to a bully, arrogant and childish, unable to reason or see that something wasn’t quite right. It made me wonder why you would ever pay for treatment before even a consultation when there’s a chance an injury maybe shouldn’t be treated, but his attitude explained it clearly enough.

Fantastic experience: When I first came to this practice I literally struggled to sit down having damaged my back and pelvis. The 1st session was a little painful as my muscles spasamed but I returned a couple of days later and started to feel the difference. It has now been a couple of months of going regularly and I'm almost back to brand new. These appointments have made a real difference in my life going from just wanting to just lie still on my bed to my usual active self running about and dancing (badly on a Friday night). And the best bit is everyone is so friendly in there. Worth every penny !!

Negative experience: I came to the clinic under recommendation from a close friend. I had a niggly injury that was preventing me from reaching my full potential in my sport at an international level. From the day I received treatment I have been unable to return to training. The once niggly injury is now a full blown back complaint, I can no longer compete and I struggle day to day to lift and play with my children. I completely regret attending this clinic. When I left a message concerned about the reaction I had, it was several hours before I had a fairly uninterested voicemail left on my number. Offering to see me again, after going into back spasm there was no way I was going to reattend.

Fantastic experience: Been twice now and both times have seen two different guys. Both work differently from one another but both managed great results. When you're in pain and can't move, these guys have just the skills to fix you up and send you on your way.
