After suffering from migraines most of my adult life, when Dr Ash asked "what would it be worth to you if I could remove your headaches?" Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional chiropractic service. Made to feel welcome and totally at ease. Following initial problems with my hips, X-rays revealed an issue with my spine and lower back. After an intense period of 16 adjustment sessions in 4 weeks, I noticed a vast improvement in the flexibility of my back and neck which was great. The hips are still a work in progress but the core exercises I have been given to do daily are helping. Would highly recommended.

Positive experience: I attended Life Effect Chiropractic for around a year while trying to address long-standing migraines. Overall, the practice is very professional. The team are friendly, helpful, and encouraging, and the clinic itself is well set up with a welcoming, polished atmosphere. From an organisational and professionalism standpoint, they do a very good job. In terms of the care model, while you can pay session by session, there is a strong push towards signing up for larger prepaid blocks, incentivised through discounts. While this is optional, it does represent a significant upfront commitment, which may not suit everyone, especially if you’re still assessing the value or effectiveness of the treatment for your specific condition. At one of my review points, I raised concerns about the cost relative to the benefit I was experiencing, as well as the travel required to attend regularly. The suggestion I received was simply to come less frequently. This was disappointing, as it didn’t feel particularly grounded in what would be clinically best for my situation or how reduced frequency might affect outcomes. It gave the impression that maintaining me as a paying client was prioritised over whether the adjusted plan would meaningfully improve my results. Unfortunately, despite consistent attendance over a year, the impact on my migraines was minimal. At best, I managed stretches of around six to seven weeks without a migraine, but overall the improvement wasn’t what I had hoped for given the time and financial investment. That said, the chiropractic care itself was professional and well delivered. Since then, I’ve changed to another local Chiropractor and learned that other approaches can include soft tissue work alongside adjustments, which has made a significant difference for me personally and unbelievably I've almost been migraine free since the switch. This wasn’t something offered here, and in hindsight may explain why my results were limited. In summary, Life Effect Chiropractic is a professional, well-run practice with a supportive team, but for my specific condition and needs, the outcomes didn’t justify the long-term commitment.

Fantastic experience: Last year I was suddenly hit with sciatica. The annual ski trip was obviously off, as even putting on socks was nearly unbearable. Late in January I found Life Effect Chiropractic and started treatment. They said the ski trip might still be possible, which was obviously ridiculous. In late March I had a very good ski holiday, I had some niggles still, but nothing that stopped me doing what I wanted to do. By mid summer I was at least 95% fixed, just minor discomfort on stretches at my limit. I was more than happy with that. I would happily have stopped treatment at that point, but I still had sessions left, so I reduced the frequency of my visits, which they were happy to agree to. I'm fully better now. I would not, in fact, did not believe it was possible.

Fantastic experience: I have been at life effect for some time now with problems with my knees and my back. The treatment I have received has been first rate and a lot of the problems I had been experiencing have been made an awful lot easier. Especially in relation to my knees as I was unaware that this type of treatment could alleviate these problems. The staff are very helpful and explain everything. Fantastic experience: Locks Heath location Amazing results, can now walk without stopping every 10 metres, due to hip pain. Face tic gone due to neck adjustments. (Had for over 20 years). Amazing to see X-rays of my hips neck and back showing what the problems were and getting a schedule of appointments to realign the problems. Don’t know why I didn’t do this years ago. Amazingly friendly professional staff, nothing is too much bother for them, even when you rearrange your appointment at short notice. Would recommend to anyone. Even my husband is going now.

Fantastic experience: Before visiting Life Effect I was suffering with a painful pain through my ribs. My GP had tried physio, antiinflammatories and tested for deficiencies with no luck. I was having severe bouts multiple times a week for almost a year before I visited. And with the previous failures I was hopeful but sceptical. But within a few sessions the pain was so much better. And now after just a few months it's rare and more of a mild inconvenience than the majority discomfort it was. And for the first time I can recall I can look fully over my shoulder rather than feeling like my neck jams early - a problem I hadn't even considered! Fantastic experience: The truth is I was hugely sceptical of using a chiropractor, I mean what even is that! I was coming to the end of my tether with lower back pain and just thought I'd try anything. Right from the start everyone was completely professional and super friendly the initial assessment and follow up left me thinking my back was done for but the team reassured me they could help. A few weeks in and a number of sessions which are quick and painless completed I can honestly say the "life effect " is incredible the pain has gone already, I still have a way to go to get things right but I am no longer sceptical in fact im positively buzzing and tell everyone who wants to listen. If you're at all concerned about your back please give the team a go they really will help.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a magic fix you won’t find it here but if you want an excellent chiropractor then this is the place to go. I’ve spent a fortune on different chiropractors over the years and none of them could fix my back problems. These folks have totally cured some problems and greatly reduced others. I now have a lot less pain when it does hurt and I suffer from it a lot less often.

Negative experience: Appalled by this company's money grabbing business model. Fear mongering, manipulative & poor care I was intrigued by the initial offer including x-rays. All staff seemed very friendly. I was told I have a curve in my spine and the top & bottom parts don't move much, which supposedly explains all my symptoms After going through my xrays I was told my plan options, not previously aware you'd have to prepay for an entire plan of 6 or 12 sessions. They dont even tell you one-off session costs unless you ask. I believe they do this to catch you off-guard, which is terribly unethical when you're dealing with vulnerable customers in pain. I was told over the phone that prices would range from £41 to £56 depending on the level of treatment you required. I understood this as it would depend on how bad your symptoms were Had I known I'd have to fork out £294 in one go to benefit from a reduced price of £49 per session, I wouldn't have gone ahead with it. I found it very difficult to make the decision right there and then. I agreed to the £294 plan, but thought the recommendation of 3 sessions per week was a bit excessive Once I received my 1st session, I understood why they want you to have so many- because they hardly do anything. A few mins. 4 adjustments. 1 range of motion test. After the 4th adjustment I said my left leg still felt tight, but the chiropractor said they'd stop there so as not to overdo it. But they seemed to think getting adjustments everyday for 3 days straight was fine (and not overdoing it?) and dismissed my concerns about usually feeling sore for 48hrs afterwards. Also, the neck adjustment was VERY painful, which I've never experienced before despite going to a chiropractor for the past 6 years. It shouldn't hurt. Based on that alone I'd be scared to go back I went in with some pain in my lower back & left leg and came out with pain in my neck & mid back My previous chiropractor was great (I think my pain isn't fully gone because I only go once a year & currently waiting investigation for endometriosis)-he'd do everything he could to reduce stiffness, including hand massaging & a massage gun, that alone could take 15 mins. He identified the severe muscle tightness in my neck and made sure to relax the muscles before doing an adjustment. His level of care is simply unmatched to what Life Effect provides During my consultation I was told I'd be provided with exercises specifically designed to help my symptoms. You can imagine my surprise when after paying £294 I was told that they wouldn't provide any until after a couple of sessions so as to not overdo it. Ironic because they said I could continue doing the exercises I currently do- but how do they know those aren't causing more harm than good? Both times I visited I asked if I could be sent an invoice. Both times they agreed but never sent them When I called to cancel my plan they said I had to come in to discuss with the chiropractor before they can issue me a refund, which isnt mentioned anywhere on their website. Why should I have to drive an hour round trip, which will exacerbate my symptoms, just to cancel my plan? (So they can manipulate me into continuing it) The number of times they spew out the phrase "entirely fixable" & the scripts they were trained to say are awful. It's completely unethical & emotionally manipulative (& probably illegal) to convince people what they do is some miracle cure-all. Yes chiropractic can help. But save your money and go somewhere they give proper care and won't drag out your treatment, costing you a fortune. Their 'care plan' of 3 sessions a week for 2 weeks and THEN a review is ridiculous. Everyone responds differently to adjustments I got through to their management and despite pushing for me to have a review with the chiropractor first, they agreed to cancel the rest of my plan and issue me a refund for the sessions I haven't attended, which I've now thankfully received I got a 2nd opinion on my x-rays and was told that my lateral x-rays look normal and the slight curve in my spine is insignificant

Fantastic experience: I'm a sceptic but praise where praise is due: Life Effect in Locks Heath has within two months got me back walking and even back swimming lengths. I'm happier, sleep better and now cannot wait to get back to doing yoga. Why put up with pain and discomfort when there is a highly professional team from Amy and Becky on reception who always make you feel welcome and Dr Ash and Dr Karolin and Dr Matt who are keen to get you back to where you should be. Positive experience: I have attended life effect chiropractic clinic about 5 1/2 years. I initially thought I would be there a few weeks, but I still attend every 5 weeks. This is so I can get on with my life with little pain or discomfort or have lapses. This clinic is different to the ones I have been to before, because they believe that regular adjustments help navigate you through your life maintaining a healthier outcome. I regard it now as a necessity and not a luxury. It is like looking after a car, having a service, and a mot, continued upkeep of a car is required to function well. My spine, pelvis, neck, knees, ankles are all attended to at an adjustment treatment so I go away fully aligned, enabling me to carry on with my daily tasks, still with care but knowing I am being regularly monitored. The staff are very friendly, and the clinic is efficiently run.

Fantastic experience: I was sceptical that the treatment program would work on my 66 year old frame. I booked 3 months of twice weekly visits. Each visit only lasts a few minutes, so I was doubtful. But oh my, after 2 months i have found full relief for the first time in years. Bill & Matt have reduced my pain and straightened my spine and neck area and given me comfort. My 3 months is now coming to an end and I will definitely be returning to keep my alignment going and recommending a treatment plan for other people with Life Effects.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Matt as I had been suffering with lower back pain and headaches. He was able to take x rays of my back and neck and both showed that they were slightly curved. Since I've been going to life effect for the last 4 months, I have felt a significant improvement. I am able to stand taller for longer without lower back pain and my headaches have been relieved. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Matt and Bill for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with their care and professionalism. I came to them with a structural issue that had been keeping me from running — which was tough, since I used to do ultra trail runs and cover long distances regularly. From day one, they’ve been attentive, thorough, and genuinely focused on finding the root cause of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. Their approach has made a huge difference. Yesterday, I finally managed to run my first 5K again — something that felt out of reach not too long ago! On top of that, all the staff members are fantastic — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Fantastic experience: I was a typical man putting off having by back looked at professionally, I visited the doctors several times and was using pain relief regularly until life effect was recommended to me, my first visit consisted of X-rays and an in-depth examination I was then recommended a plan to which I went with. Positive experience: I was struggling with neck and shoulder pain, reduced movement range and my sleep being disturbed. I'd never been to a chiropractor previously, but was fairly confident that it was joint related rather than muscular so decided to give it a go. Initial consultation was thorough and professional. A plan of treatment was suggested which I chose to go ahead with. All the team there are friendly, attentive and focused. The treatments (adjustments) have been taking place twice weekly and so far so good. Though my treatment plan is not yet finished, and I'm not completely pain free as yet, my range of movements is much improved, pain is less and I'm sleeping easier. I'd definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I went to Life Effect Chiropractic as I'd been having trouble sleeping due to neck pain, which had gradually got worse over several years. Matt did a thorough assessment including x-rays to show how the problem was being caused by some inflexibility in my upper spine which was also out of normal alignment. I have been undergoing treatment twice a week for a couple of months now and my neck pain is getting much better. Matt and the team are very professional and have been consistently focused on steady and sustained improvement. Appointments are flexible and made to suit me and can be changed if necessary. Overall I'm impressed with the results so far.

Negative experience: I had been under a Chiropractor for nearly 30 years but they retired. So I signed on here, things went well at first, but then I started to experience pain and discomfort after the treatment which turned into awful pain over a few weeks, they did not listen to me, sadly I continued at their insistence until I was virtually crippled, I hoped they could reverse what had happened but I just got the same conveyor belt painful treatment, which was making the problem much worse. I have been on powerful painkillers ever since and tried other therapies that did not help much. 6 months later (since August) I am begining to improve under the care of another Chiropractor with similar qualifications to my original and only in the last few weeks can he actually manipulate my back using a much gentler focused technique. I am still in constant pain but am no longer falling over, this episode has cost me an awful lot of money to put right. I did get a refund of the block I purchased and I hope that they listen more closely to their patients after this. Proceed with caution is my learning point.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend these guys enough. After years of Chiro treatment, these are the first to actually diagnose the problem through x-ray and provide thorough treatment plans to work through - including the exercise programme through a separate app. Every step of the journey with them is very thorough and organised so effortlessly. Second to that, the level of care and kindness shown by all members of staff (including the incredible front desk team) is incredible. What I like the most, is the explanations of what is being corrected and why and being able to pin point problem areas with instant results, as I'm often entering with a hobble and leaving like Keyser Soze in the final scene from Usual Suspects!

I also had pain in all my finger joints and no strength in my wrists which reinforced my belief. After my first consultation I found Arthritis had nothing to do with it!!!!! I’m half way through my treatment plan, back to yoga, taking stairs and not lifts, totally pain free knees, hands and wrists (I’m even opening jars again!) even my headaches have gone.These amazing people have been a godsend to me and given me my active life back. Negative experience: My partner has suffered bad neck pain for over two years and our GP ( and the MSK clinic ) said there was little they could do for her except prescribe painkillers. So in the hope that a chiropractor could alleviate her pain i decided to buy her a course of treatment at Life Effect, Locks Heath. We signed up for a course of eight 'adjustment visits' to the cost of £392. This worked out at £49 per session. What we didn't realise at the time was just how short those sessions are. None of them were more than 10 minutes long, some were less. And out of the 8 visits she was seen by five different people ; surely it would be better to see the same chiropractor every time so they are familiar with your case and can pick up where they left off ? Now call me old fashioned but when I'm forking out £49 per session I like to feel like I've got my moneys worth, and I also find it hard to believe that much can be achieved in 7 or 8 minutes (half of which they spent just talking). Life Effect will probably say that it's not how long the session is but what is achieved in that time. I would beg to differ ! My partner has now completed her course and is in just as much pain as before so from my point of view it was a complete waste of money that I could not afford. We found this place through an ad on social media and with hindsight I wish we had shopped around first. I have since found two other chiropractor clinics in the Fareham area that may be more or less the same price, but they guarantee a session of 30 minutes and they offer a pay as you go service, they don';t make you sign up for a long expensive course of treatment. I'm not so much upset at how much it cost me but the fact that my partners pain is no better whatsoever. I had really hoped that this would at least ease her pain a little and it breaks my heart to see her in pain on a daily basis. This place has a lot of good reviews and I'm sure some people have found their treatment very helpful but sadly this was not true for my partner. P.S. : Life Effect have now taken my complaints on board and very kindly given me a full refund which they were not obliged to do, so all credit to them for being so fair !

Fantastic experience: The care I have received here has been incredible. I have had an ongoing journey with neck pain and stiffness and trouble with my hips. I have seen incredible improvements in these issues, after just 2 and a bit months of care, improving my comfort, confidence and ability to go about my life in the lifestyle I wish to have, not limited by my pain. Fantastic experience: If you’re reading this you like me have probably had an issue and just want help because you’re in pain , for me it is an ongoing back issue that I have had for many years. Currently I am part way through my treatment program and it has been really worthwhile. It has been very different than previous treatments as it is about my long term wellness, not a quick fix for now. That said it is a joint effort ensuring that I play my part in doing the exercises in between visits. As for the Staff, they have all been great, really friendly, helpful and enthusiastic to ensure I understand what the issues are, provide manipulation and create a structured program for my recovery. It is proving to be a really great experience.

Fantastic experience: Thank you everyone in the Locks Heath team! Background: I have a long term health issue called Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome and have been managing with this condition for a long time. I also learnt from QA Hospital that I was the proud owner of an "inverted curvature of the neck", which was concerning but I never received any instructions on how to treat or address it (I wasn't even told I had it when they first scanned me, it was the second scan 2 years later that someone said "oh and they found this in your first scan, did no one tell you?"). Now I need a wheelchair for longer distances and a walking stick for smaller. After scanning through Facebook, I saw the video and offer for an initial appointment and decided that after trying everything else, what harm could it do to at least go and get looked at. I think 95% of me was expecting to be told that they couldn't do anything to help, as this was my experience with anywhere the NHS has sent me. Do my shock, I was recommended a treatment plan. It is not going to be an easy or quick fix but maybe after a year I could see improvements. Week 1: From my experience, they seemed to focus from the bottom of my back and up with slight adjustments to my neck. Each visit for me, was slowly undoing years of poor alignment where I would lean too much to my right to ease pain in my left side. Overly sensitive fingers that have always been an issue have seemed to ease. 4 weeks in: Already I am seeing a lot of improvements in my daily life. With each appointment, there is a slight ease and parts of my back and neck are slowly being restored. I am sleeping better now that I can lay on my back without being in pain when I woke. I am moving better and sleeping better and all this is just the beginning.

Fantastic experience: Following the treatment I have received for back and pelvic pain I find I can lead a near normal life. It gives me a great deal of relief for prolonged periods of time. My wife also attends the clinic after being diagnosed with Ménière’s Disease and following her course of treatment her condition has vastly improved. She also wears a hearing aid due to nerve damage in her right ear, and when she attended the audiologist recently she commented that her hearing had improved since her last visit and this could be due to her chiropractor. Well done Life Effect, you are a wonderful team .

Fantastic experience: I can't thank the team at life effect chiropractors enough for what they have done for me and my back. I was in constant pain daily which effected my day to day life so much, both work or home life was a struggle. I am now pain free 99% of the time and life is so much easier. The plans set out by the team are brilliant, starting with twice weekly sessions, moving to once weekly, fortnightly and now visit once a month to maintain all the hard work. Life effect chiropractors are brilliant, I only wish I'd done it sooner!!

Negative experience: I originally went in with rib pain, which they managed to fix within 3-4 weeks. If Life Effects recommended that I see a physiotherapist, and I would have been happy with that. However, the thing I really didn’t like was having 7 X-rays in one session; that seemed excessive. After 6 months of treatment at Life Effects, I started experiencing back pain, which I hadn’t had before going there. I ultimately stopped going to Life Effects and decided to try Pilates instead. Now, my back pain is gone, and my posture is better than it ever was during my 6 months at Life Effects.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Life Effect for the past 2 years having seen an advert at my gym. Before going I was struggling with pain in my hip, knee and a general feeling of being older than I am. Since having treatment, although the pain has not gone away totally, it is now manageable and I don't feel so old. The xrays that were initially taken have helped me understand what is going on with my body and made me feel more in control. The clinic has also helped me get some further treatment for my knee by providing me with a letter and a copy of the xrays. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: The clinic and staff are amazing at Life Fitness Chiropractic Locksheath. They’re friendly and professional. I’ve had detailed investigation along with simple explanations of what the issues are with ones body. Even after one visit results are felt, and I’ve slept like a log ever since. I have been suffering with severe lower back and neck pain for over a decade. After 12 adjustment treatments and specific exercises, it’s made a hugh difference. I’m not 100% yet but I have faith in their abilities to get me fixed. This change has allowed for me to get my life back, start exercising properly and most importantly, enjoy it.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from arthritis and joint hyper mobility syndrome and whilst I have a good treatment plan in general, I was finding myself slowly starting to struggle to do things I loved because of pain in a few certain joints. Fantastic experience: I was sceptical but actually it works very well. They assess you then do a second assessment running through the findings then give you options of payment methods which can seem a shock when you first hear them. It does end up cheaper paying in full for all the sessions. I had twice a week for 90days. You get reassessed twice to recheck how it is all going. Ash is very good at realigning you back into place. You get asked by reception to lie on one of the chiropractor benches then the chiropractor comes over to you checks how you are doing and does the realignments. There was only ever one other person on a bench who would be finishing their session. Sessions last 5minutes but are effective and efficient. Half way through the 90days you then get given the exercises to help with the body. Originally I was quite sore having the sessions twice a week but it did end up being really good and I feel my body is beginning to stay in position. Thank you very much Ash and thank you reception for being friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jimmy, at Park Gate in Locks Heath, I recommend most highly to anyone in need to some relief from back/neck spasms as well as a damaged shoulder, wrist/hand stiffness. The consequential effect of Dr Jimmy's work and effect on my severe pain in these areas was superb. After x-rays & discussion, his long & short time plan was clearly explained. Dr Jimmy's sensitive hands gave me great relief and improved my wheelchair spinal posture. He accepted a new post elsewhere in Feb 2025 and his expertise will be greatly missed. I appreciated his work on my spine and will require continuous treatment with another recommended chiropractor. The staff at the entrance are fantastic too, welcoming and ensuring you are at ease. Their patient, pleasant, and experienced assistants make any timely appointment wait, a sociable experience. Bless the coffee machine, or in my case, a homely warming hot water. Fantastic experience: I’ve been suffering with back pain for almost a year and it got to the stage where I would have to spend all weekend in bed because of the pain I was in and also having back spasms sometimes after being bent over that where excruciating to the point it would drop me to the floor so after friends keeping on at me to try a chiropractor to see if it would help but after watching all those videos on facebook of people getting cracked I was very sceptical and to be honest a little nervous and scared as it looked painful anyway I saw these guys on facebook and plucked up the courage to give it a go open arrival I was welcomed by the receptionist Caroline who is absolutely amazing so welcoming and polite always asks how you are and uses your first name despite seing hundreds of people a day she manages to make you feel like your part of a family couldn’t praise her enough, after my examination and X-rays it was recommended that I would need two sessions a week for 2 months which I agreed to give it ago and my first adjustment was booked in with dr matt which I have had the majority of appointments with since then, dr matt was so understanding of my worries and concerns and answered all my questions with ease and made me feel comfortable straight away and began to adjust me and it was nothing like all the videos I had previously watched and got so worked up about. I’ve saw dr matt pretty much twice a week for the two months and the pain relief I have had and movement has been amazing and know where near the pain I was in when in first saw them I’m no longer spending all weekend in bed nor have I had any back spasms don’t get me wrong I’m still in abit of pain but I would say so far it’s 50% improvement and I am now seeing dr matt once every two weeks and still making progress so I would like to thank dr matt who has really changed my life and has made me feel like part of life effect family and also to the rest of the team you all truly do a magnificent job your all 10 out 10 keep up the amazing work. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic clinic, I was dubious about the chiropractor as it seemed very alternative and out there, but it’s been incredible, the change I’ve experienced has been drastic. I had sciatic pain for years after a back injury at work, I couldn’t sit for long periods of time, driving was terrible and the numb pain was always there, but after a few visits it eased so much. I’ve been going 2 months now and can sit for long periods, not in as much pain, my form at the gym had improved, sleep improved, moods improved. Fantastic experience: This is my first experience of trying a chiropractor. Very impressed with Life Effect Chiropractor for several reasons. Firstly and most importantly, the pain and discomfort I’ve suffered with in my lower back for the past few years has already significantly improved in just a couple of weeks of starting adjustment treatments. Fantastic experience: I had tried 10 times to get an appointment with my G.P. and 5 times for an E consultation. I gave up and decided that dizzy spells were something I would have to live with. I restricted outings to those I could take with another person 0present. Fantastic experience: After a very frustrating year with doctors not listening or even investigating my pain, I decided to book an appointment with Life Effect. They instantly listened to all my concerns and within two days I had x-rays and a diagnosis of fused vertebrae in my neck. With already having spinal issues from being born with scolisis and having corrective surgery with metal rods in my back, I was very sceptical of the kind of treatment life effect were offering. Fantastic experience: What a transformation these guys have done for me. For over 40 years I have suffered with my back , I have tried so much to find help. But these guys are the best by far. I couldn't walk upright , sit upright , I had to lay down to relieve the pain off my lower back . After 3 months with these people my pain has gone , I am sitting better , walking better and sleeping better and not a pain killer has passed my lips. In the eight weeks since the consultation, I've noticed the severity and frequency of my headaches has reduced significantly and I've found my posture to have improved. It's early days but the progress so far has been fantastic. Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic due to a car accident 11 years ago. Over the years my back pain increased year on year. The consultation with Dr Jimmy was very insightful and everything was explained so I could clearly understand what has been happening with my back! Amy and Becky are always so welcoming, friendly and up for a chat. They sorted my schedule out and nothing is so much trouble if i need it amended. Fantastic experience: After spending over a decade with sciatica and almost as long with severe migraines on a daily basis going to a chiropractor a couple of years ago was a bit of a last ditch effort. Pain meds no longer worked and my GP had told me they could do nothing else for me. Within 2 adjustments I'd lost both the sciatica and the migraines completely with them only flaring up every once in a while, which considering spinal injections and surgical fusion had been discussed is honestly mind-blowing I have seen a few of the Chiropractors at locks health with Dr Matt being my regular for a long time now. He is absolutely fantastic and no matter the weird issue i come back in with he has no issue locating the likely source of the issue and providing a specific adjustment and advice for it, whilst making sure my regular issues receive the correct attention. Caroline and Co. behind the reception desk are incredibly warm and welcoming, always willing to adjust to my awkward scheduling requirements and genuinely seem to love working there. Even if their daily riddles are too complicated for my brain to handle! I always considered chiropractic care to be a a snake oil type deal, but honestly i think its more witchcraft as the difference it has made to my physical and mental health is simply magical. If you are having any doubts just do it, they're open and honest about things they can fix and if there's something they can't reverse (For example my mild scoliosis) they don't try and hide that but show how they can support it 6* out of 5
