On my first visit Amy identified the problem and created a exercise plan for me. I was very impressed with the exercise programme that was emailed to me and I found it easy to follow, I loved the format as well. Also I liked the appointment reminders via text. Fantastic experience: Great experience with a lovely lady called Kinga. Just as well as being very knowledgeable about the exercise she was giving me and making them very adaptable to my lifestyle, she was so friendly and positive, she made me feel so comfortable. I even had to take my baby a couple times and she was so kind and unbothered that he was walking around her work space. She didn't make me feel any type of negative way, as sometimes I feel like when u go and see a professional about something, it can be intimidating and they can also make u feel stupid sometimes, but Kinga was nothing like that, she was so genuine. To be honest even the receptionist and other walking by staff where all very friendly and approachable.

When I turned up for my first session, I could barely walk, in significant pain and thought this was the end of my normal day to day life. Fantastic experience: My experience at Jonathan Clark Physiotherapy has been excellent. Initially I was seen by Joel, but due to my location and timings, appointments were switched to Max. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort with my shoulder and upper back from a full on emergency stop in a car as a passenger and within a couple of months, I was back to my proper functioning self. They diagnosed the problem and put in place a full exercise regimen. Follow ups were timely so progress could be monitored with the expected outcomes achieved. Fantastic experience: I would just like to say a huge thank you to Johnny at the Jonathan Clark Physio team and highlight the massive impact he has had on my recovery and life. When I first walked in with an Achilles tendon inflammation injury, I was very worried and uncertain about when I’d be able to get back to normal. After carrying out a short test to determine the level of injury, the tendon flared up a couple of days later – something I hadn’t expected and which really spiked my anxiety. I contacted the team straight away, and Johnny went above and beyond. The team took the time to speak with me on the phone, followed up with emails, and even got me in for a free-of-charge appointment to reassure me that this was a normal part of the healing process. From then on, I checked in with Johnny every 2–3 weeks, and I noticed massive improvements by following the routines he set for me. Any time I had a question, concern, or needed clarity, Johnny was always quick to respond with clear, in-depth knowledge. He never stumbled, never made me feel rushed, and was genuinely proactive and enthusiastic in wanting to help. What stood out most was his professionalism combined with real care. Fantastic experience: My physio Simi has been a life changer. I've been seeing her since march 2024 and she has helped me get over a car prang, as well as helped me with long term muscle fatigue. I went from hobbling with a walking stick to being able to function again without it after 6 months of treatment. She has shown dedication and friendliness with each visit as well as a continuation of seeing to my health needs. I high recommended her after having had a variety of acupuncture, deep tissue messages and routine sessions every month to stay helathy.

Fantastic experience: I had not realised how bad my neck was until I visited the physiotherapist here. After several sessions and also doing the program of stretches at home my neck movements are much less restricted and less painful making everyday tasks so much easier. I am sure that without the help of the physio my neck would still be very stiff and sore.

Fantastic experience: Max is great! I have been discharged after a year of seeing Max, initially came in with knee pain and he took his time to fully understand what was going on. Max is very personable and accommodating with fitting in exercises around lifestyle. This was particularly important to me with a young baby. My injury has majorly improved through Max's ongoing help and support.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment due to a calf injury. Max took the time to understand the problem and worked with me over a number of sessions to deal with the problem and set me up with a long term plan. Max adopts a very personalised approach, prepared to listen and flex his advice depending on the individual and changing circumstances.Going forward, he’s given me a much stronger understanding of what I need to do to keep myself fit over the longer term. As well as the physical treatments being beneficial, the information and exercises provided ensure that the programme is easy to follow and stick to. Fantastic experience: I had very good physio with Johnny. I had knee surgery and pain behind my knee cap and just after a few months of physio it is almost completely pain free. Will definitely return if I have any other injury’s.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Sam at JCP since mid October, after being referred by my GP - this was the 3rd attempt for me, not having been successful previously and having had issues with my neck for 2.5 years. As a result, I was sceptical that this would work, but Sam seems to have the 'magic touch', possibly because he also is qualified in soft tissue problems. He has really improved my neck issues, to the extent that I can sit without numbness. Can't recommend him enough!!!

Johnny, my physiotherapist always put me completely at ease absolutely fantastic at listening To any concerns and always explaining the Outcome The exercise program I was given Personalised for me was outstanding we had a few bumps Due to me being apprehensive about working My damaged knee, but again, Johnny put me completely at Ease talked me through the situation and I’m really happy to see that my knee is back to 100%. Fantastic experience: I have had chronic back and neck problems for a long time. After an accident, I was told to go to Jonathan Clark and then I went to therapy. I was very pleased, especially Sam. Although he is young, his experience and skills are excellent. If you really need physiotherapy, I highly recommend him.
