Fantastic experience: Emma gets to the parts other chiropractors don’t reach! I was in misery, but I was able to get a next day appointment and saw Emma for the first time. She was amazing! I walked out feeling so much looser and more comfortable than when I walked in. She did techniques on my arthritic knees I’ve not had before, time will tell but I think it’s really helped. My shoulders and back were so sore, but feel so much better after the treatment. I think I’ll feel a little sore tomorrow, but that’s to be expected after being so seized up. I definitely recommend Emma and I will be seeing her again. Thank you Emma, I’m now able to enjoy my planned camping weekend!

I find regular sessions deal with the wear and tear that age and an active life can bring, and prevent more serious issues developing. Fantastic experience: Had my first session with Martin this morning . Tbh I was In pain and booked in with the first local chiropractor that could see me after a google search . I’m very happy that this lead me to Avenue clinic . I have lower back pain which I couldn’t ignore anymore . I was very nervous before hand . Martin was friendly and was the receptionist. I soon felt comfortable...apart from my back . I felt Martin wasn’t just going through the motions , he asked a lot of questions and was very interested in my issue and how he could assist . Explaining to me after each examination aspect what was needed to correct them . Treatment itself was relatively short (thankfully )and mobility immediately improved . Still in a bit of pain but bearable, looking forward to making more progress on next session

Fantastic experience: I had a neck and back problems before. It was really disturbing and annoying at times. After 3 sessions and by following Dr. Martin's instructions and advise on sitting and sleeping posture, really helped me and the pain was gone.

Fantastic experience: Matthew is great! It feels amazing to be pain-free. I highly recommend him. He explains what is causing the pain and what he is working on to resolve it. I went to him for one particular problem but he was able to identify and resolve two others as well.

Negative experience: Very heavily over priced and you do not receive good service or an adequate time. Dr Krir seems more interested in taking your money than actually helping. Fantastic experience: I wanted to add a review here as I have had an exceptional experience at the Avenue Clinic and most notably with Matt. I have visited Chiropractors in the past, but Matt has not only helped cure me of my pain, he has given me a clear understanding of why things happen and how I can prevent them from occurring. This knowledge combined with Matt’s expert treatments means I can manage my back in a way I have never before and this has already had an extremely positive effect on my wellbeing. If you are considering visiting a Chiropractor then I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Matt as he is certainly the best I have come across. AF

Fantastic experience: Dr Krir is absolutely amazing! He changed my life. I suffer from neck and shoulders pain and after a very stressful period I came to the point I could not sleep anymore, all the movements like standing up or sitting were an absolute pain. He was able to fix me in a few sessions. He gave me a plan of exercises to practice at home too. He can see you weekends or weekly and the price is super fair. Highly recommended

My pelvis misaligned and 2 cm difference in leg length. Friday: Feeling significantly better. Saturday: Woke up with a new pain in my shoulders and neck. Booked an appointment for 9.15 am. More treatment. Sunday: Significantly better Monday: Half Term 10 pin bowling competition with grandchildren. Incredibly happy grandad.

Fantastic experience: Dr Matthew Savage is relatively new to the practice, taking over from Dr Verity Moore who is on leave. It cannot have been easy taking on Verity’s devoted clients, but Matthew has proven himself every bit as excellent both in his treatments and in forging really good relationships with the clients. I rely on chiropractic treatment to keep me mobile, and am delighted to be able to rely on Matthew just as I can on Verity. Follow-up: Matthew has kept me mobile whilst I awaited hip replacement surgery, and now had that, is helping speed my recovery. So grateful! And as usual, excellent service from all the staff here. December. Back for my regular 6 weekly ironing out! Makes a huge difference helping me keep active and mobile. Walking much better after every session. Osteo-arthritis is a b***** - flares up in my hands as well, but Matthew, bless him, sorted that out out too.

Fantastic experience: Matthew’s easy manner and great knowledge of his craft, together with effective treatment, means I leave in a much more comfortable state than when I arrive and have recovered quickly. No hesitation in recommending Matthew.

Negative experience: The building has a lot of stairs and is completely inaccessible. The chiropractor is also ableist. Furthermore, when assessing my spine, he gave no indication whatsoever before touching my back.

Fantastic experience: After suffering with long term hip and leg pain a friend recommended Martin Krir at the Avenue Chiropractic Clinic and it was very easy to book an appointment online. Martin diagnosed my problem immediately, explained the reason for the pain and the treatment required. I was 90% pain free after this first treatment and 100% pain free after a follow up treatment 6 weeks later. I highly recommend Martin Krir and wish I'd seen him much earlier.

Fantastic experience: My wife has been saying I'm bent and twisted for a good while. I've now been seeing Matthew for about a year and, from a starting point of a rather painful and inflexible back to something akin to normal, I've been transformed. I'm now down to a six-weekly maintenance 'adjustment' where I walk in thinking I'm about right, have a quickfire 15 minutes of bending, creaking, groaning and and the profligate use of a machine that makes you sound like a Dalek and come out 5 years younger... every time. Highly recommended. (p.s. My wife still thinks I'm bent and twisted but that's a whole other story)

Fantastic experience: Dr Savage is extremely professional, has a very gentle and calming nature. He explains every step from your initial consultation to what the problem is, to the techniques he is using and what they will do, all the way through to strengthening and exercises and links on the internet to help the healing process even further. I have never seen a chiropractor before but I had injured my lower back and was in severe pain and mobility and this course of treatment by Dr Savage has helped me to turn that situation around in a very quick timeframe to aid me to get back to work and feel myself again. I highly recommend as if I had not sought help I am sure I would have been in pain for weeks on end without his professional techniques and self help guidance. Dr Matthew Savage took the time to understand my lower back issues and thoroughly explained to me the why, the what it meant and how I’d be able to slowly take care of it. All of that in the initial appointment. After that, the follow ups have been working alongside the treatment and, as long as I keep working with his instructions, things seem to be looking great. Definitely recommend it for someone that works out consistently.
