She asks many questions, assesses your whole body and posture to help address and fix the problems. She's helped with my neck, back and ribs. She's very relaxing and caring too. So worth the money.

Fantastic experience: I visited Jemma for the treatment of frequent migraines and accompanying shoulder tension after struggling for several years. From my initial consultation, Jemma was extremely attentive and keen to thoroughly understand the potential cause of my migraines. The treatment plan was explained clearly in each session, and she ensured I was comfortable with/had input into the planned approaches to treat my headaches throughout. After several weeks of sessions, I have identified significant improvements in the initial tension, and my migraines have become noticeably less frequent. As someone has who engages in a lot of sports, and has the collection of issues that comes with that, she was fantastic at rooting them out and slowly working through each one. Very communicative during the appointment on what was happening and why. So I felt very comfortable giving her the trust to get done what she needed to, to make me feel better. Fantastic experience: A hamstring tendinitis issue left me completely unable to do the sport I love but thanks to Jemma and her amazing shockwave treatment I’m already well on the way to being back to full strength after just a few treatments. The shockwave treatment isn’t painful but is highly effective and Jemma is extremely knowledgeable with her diagnosis and the treatment is very reasonably priced compared to other practitioners in the area. Thank you Jemma for getting me back on track so quickly at a price I could afford!

Today I was treated by Jemma Shaw and can honestly say that it was THE best treatment I have ever had. And nobody has ever offered or even spoken about the various ways I was treated earlier. Her knowledge and hands-on skills have really helped my hip post surgery and eased headaches with neck and shoulder work. I really enjoy the fact she combines her treatment with strength exercises and Pilates! I have referred other people to her who live in the area, she also lectures other Osteopaths in London. Great to know my friends and family are in good hands!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Jemma due to problems with both shoulders that had been giving me isues for a few years - despite trying many things to fix them, I was stuck. I've been training in various ways for 20+ years and curretly do CrossFit which puts a lot of load and volume through the shoulders while requiring a good range of motion - all of this was a problem. I didn't want to rest and miss loads of training so with a good diagnosis, a few treatments and some homework we were able to keep me training while progressing the health of my shoulders over a few sessions. A few months on and my shoulders are working very well; I can do all the movements required of CrossFit, training every day and putting a lot of work through my shoulders. I now see Jemma every 4 weeks for an maintenance visit just to make sure everything is working as it should - not just the shoulders but other areas as necessary. I strongly recommend seeing Jemma if you have any issues...but even if you don't. I now see Jemma to help enable training longevity and prevent future injury. I want to be able to train lots but need to keep on top of recovery - which isn't helped by an office based job. I've recommended Jemma to many friends with a range of issues and she's made a positive impact to all.

Fantastic experience: I train at the gym where Jemma has her clinic based. Having gone through multiple knee operations and having a multitude of issues as a result of long term use of walking aids I was really struggling with hip and lower back issues, none of which were remedied by other healthcare professionals. I had an assessment and treatment session with Jemma and her prescribed exercises and treatment immediately reduced my hip pain and increased my mobility. After 3 months I was able to undertake more intense training and had barely any issues

Fantastic experience: Jemma really is fabulous, the perfect combination of professional and friendly. I've had problems with my back and hips for years and she sat me down and we started from the beginning, I was impressed with how well she listened and how thorough she was. I've had a few sessions now and always come out feeling amazing, which has made me believe that I can manage my problems rather than just "putting up with them". I really can't recommend her enough, especially as she does the whole session whilst having a lovely chat and a laugh, you just can't go wrong with that.
