Fantastic experience: I've been a customer for years as has my daughter. Lisa and the team are great. Some therapists/doctors give you a slotted time and stick with it, but Lisa gives you as long as you need. If I injure myself/have a fall, I know she'll put me right! I've recommended her to a few other people who are also returning customers. The clinic has nice decor. It's clean, spacious, and has parking.

Fantastic experience: I have been having treatment there as staff and now as a patient for over 27 years. Before I went there I was under the NHS for Sciatica, since I started treatment I have never been back to the GP or hospital for treatment. I truly beleive that without their care I would not be as active as I am at 70 years old!They are a caring friendly team who treat the whole you not just your body. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in pain to go and see them.

Fantastic experience: Very professional clinic. There are hot and cold drinks available as complimentary, in the waiting room. Appointments run on time which is very pleasing. The staff are chatty and relaxed and the cotton gown worn during the consultation is warmed! Parking is onsite and free which makes a pleasant change, and it is right outside the entrance. ( not the car spaces on the main road ) There are a couple of qualified Drs there but I am seeing Lisa as she came recommended to me. Being a frugal Northerner I was delighted to see that I could block book at a saving. I can’t deny that non NHS procedures make me sceptical but this is the real macoy. I am halfway through my treatments and feel that it is a good investment as I am gradually getting less pain. Lisa explains the mechanics of the spine/pelvis, joints etc and demonstrates her instruments so you can relax as there are no nasty surprises! She is gentle and calm and yet down to earth as well which makes me comfortable. I wish I had gone sooner as I can see an improvement.

Fantastic experience: Lisa is amazing, she never fails to fix my back. I don't see her very often as she does such a good job! Not the cheapest but worth every penny. There's often a weeks wait for an appointment is the only downside. Lots of other therapies on offer here too.
