Fantastic experience: Holly has been absolutely terrific, she has really persevered to get to the route of the pain I have been experiencing for over 8 years Holly applied various methods to reach this point and has managed to finally get me to a wonderful pain free place within 6 weeks. Fantastic experience: Had an incident last year on my motorcycle which lead to an injury in my coccyx. Had pain for weeks which flared up earlier this year. Decided to go to a professional to see what could be done. Holly at the Highcliffe Chiropractic Clinic is the first chiropractor I've gone to and she put me at ease right away. Did several sessions over 2 months and I'm now in a position where I have no pain or discomfort to my coccyx whatsoever. She also did some upper back work including shoulders. Likely needed work for a while as I ride a motorcycle often in a hunched over position and have done for almost 10 years. Riding now feels more comfortable than ever and I have no stress or discomfort on my back. Would highly recommend visiting Holly if you have any sort of back pain. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Holly with lower back pain. After the first visit, I felt better, but I scheduled a second and third appointment. On the third visit, Dr. Holly suggested acupuncture because I had lumps along my spine on my back. After the acupuncture, the lumps decreased. I currently experience no back pain. Fantastic experience: I've been treated by Dr Allan over more than 20 years when I have needed treatment. Before my hip operation 4 years ago he kept me in shape and enabled me to continue working by keeping my leg in position, straight and out of pain. I always use him to keep my posture correct and my body without pain and I recommend him to anybody who needs instant relief and ongoing support.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Highcliffe Chiropractic Clinic for over 20 years. The brilliant chiropractic treatment I have received has been a lifeline in managing my pain. When their services were extended to include sports massage I thought I would try it for the first time. I have been having a monthly sports massage from Hazel for the last 3 months. Hazel is friendly and makes my feel comfortable and relaxed. I am really pleased with the beneficial effects her massages have made. I am much less stiff and in less pain than before. I will definitely keep on having her massages along with my chiropractic treatment. I incorrectly thought that "sports massage" was for sports people. How wrong was I. I cannot recommend Hazel's services highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I went to Highcliff chiropractic clinic as I was in so much pain with my back I could hardly move. After 4 visits over 3 weeks I am back to 100% I had two appointments with David and two with Holly. David was so helpful and informative in helping me know what had happened for me to be in the pain I was in. Both David and Holly explained what was happening with each visit so I was able to understand how it was helping. I came away with some stretches and helpful tips to try help it in the future. Very clean and tidy practice with parking right outside the door which helped when I couldn’t walk very well. I will definitely be recommending and using this clinic whenever I get problems again.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Highcliffe Chiropractic Clinic for a good number of years. Initially for chronic back pain/sciatica, regular visits at that time helped to ease then eradicate the problem and now I attend on a less frequent basis more for preventative treatment and to keep things in check. Have also over time suffered with shoulder and neck issues which also have been treated and dealt with successfully. Fantastic experience: I received shockwave treatment on my foot / ankle area for calcification. Holly slowly built up the levels and only went as high as I was comfortable with. Some areas were more sensitive than others but it was all manageable. It resolved the issues I was having and I am so glad i did it. I can now run with no pain after. Thanks Holly

Fantastic experience: I first attended Highcliffe Chiropractors 2/3 months ago for back pain/ sleepless nights. After my first appointment with Holly she done some adjustments on my back and that eased my back pain and I managed to get some good nights sleep. I have been back a few times since for other issues due to accidents and now attend every 4 to 6 weeks to keep on top of any issues. At first I was sceptical of visiting a chiropractor but now I would definitely recommend Highcliffe chiropractors as they are professional and explain everything they do.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and Caring, I was suffering with severe shoulder pain, after a few treatments with Holly and little improvement she discussed my case with David, he advised an ultrasound which they were both present for, turned out I had torn the ligaments in both shoulders. My treatment was altered according, I started to see improvement in my right shoulder but my left was getting no better, Holly again went to David for advice. We then discussed shockwave treatement for my left shoulder, they explained what this would involve and how it worked. On the day of the first treatment they were both present and made a huge effort to make me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I won't lie it wasn't pleasant and at points painful but not anymore than I was already in. Would I do it again if needed? Yes my left shoulder has now caught up with the right and I am now pain free. Thank You both for your compassion and determination to help me.

I was extremely nervous at first as I had never experienced back pain before and so had never had chiropractic treatment and had no idea what to expect. Holly put me at ease straight away and after just a few sessions, including some acupuncture, I felt as good as new! I now continue to have treatment every couple of months for maintenance to ensure I don’t relapse and I feel so much more mobile after each session. Highcliffe Chiropractic Centre have appointments available at unsociable hours which means it is accessible and convenient for those who work full time. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
