Fantastic experience: I have attended 3 appointments with Robert and have found him to be polite and professional. After a thorough history taking and examination he diagnosed me with gluteal tendinopathy. His knowledge and explanation of this condition helped me to feel less stressed and anxious about being in pain and struggling to walk. I have followed his advice and structured exercise plan now for three weeks and am steadily improving. Each session has helped me build on strengthening my hip, reducing pain and regaining confidence. Fantastic experience: Has my first session today with Sadie and I left feeling a million times better about the knee pain I’ve been experiencing. I’ve left with a plan and my next appointment and already feel like there’s light at the end of the tunnel. Fantastic experience: Had a 30 minute appointment with Sadie and it was brilliant. She gave thorough explanations of my options, diagnosis and treatment plan. Fully optimistic that with some work and time I’ll be back up and running soon - literally! Also loved her doing glute massage with her elbows. Will be signing up for more sessions for sure. Fantastic experience: I had problems with my right knee and saw Sadie at Regen Physio. She gave me exercises to carry out to strengthen the muscles around my knee and examined the knee itself. It now feels a lot better then it did when I first saw her
