Fantastic experience: Neil is a very experienced practitioner and provided an excellent service of shockwave treatment that dramatically improved my condition of Haglunds deformity and reduced the bump at the back of my heel and significantly reduced the inflammation and pain.

Fantastic experience: First time today I visited the practice and to my surprise I felt rather calm and I was made feel very welcome. I never had a Lymphatic drain massage so didn't know what to expect. It was rather relaxing and gentle. I have got another appointment next week so I will give it some time to see how it works. After carrying out the extensive treatment he explained that I would need at least one follow-up session. I was seen by Celyn Lewis, who was professional, friendly, and took the time to listen and understand exactly what was going on. After the treatment, the improvement was incredible. By last night I was already moving around without the pain that had been stopping me walking properly, and today my mobility is so much better and the pain has reduced significantly. Negative experience: Poor communication and customer care from Durham management team, when they took over Newcastle branch, moving the premises and then closed the branch abruptly. Cancelled appointment with only 1 week notice. Pleased to say our Newcastle Chiropractor has found new premises to continue his excellent work.

Fantastic experience: I attended my first ever chiropractor appointment today, after 20 years of considering it and never doing it. All I can say is I wish I'd gone sooner! I've always suffered back, neck, shoulder and jaw pain/aches, and today I felt like I bounced out after my consultation and adjustment. It was satisfying to hear plenty of audible pops as the relief flooded my system and, while I know a bit of soreness is likely tomorrow, right now I'm still feeling the benefits 4 hours later, my neck, shoulders and back feel great and my posture is noticeably better. Committed to doing the exercises in between appointments and already looking forward to the next one and to get working on my TMJD as well. Thank you Celyn. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Durham family chiropractic for just over a year now and the results I've seen are fantastic. I see Neil regularly to receive ABC treatment, which is the only technique I've found as of yet which creates any lasting structural change. Neil is extremely proficient as a practitioner and has my full trust in every session. The clinics are welcoming and the chiropractic assistants are also great at what they do. I look forward to my sessions every week and always walk away feeling better than ever. I myself have found relief in both physical pain and discomfort as well as a host of neurological type symptoms. I'm actually noticing long lasting improvements to my spine which has been noted as quite unique in its shape and function. Can't recommend this clinic and Neil more.

Fantastic experience: After a long time of lower back pain, I was convinced to try Durham Family chiropractic. I went for the free 15 minute consult and was given an appointment with Dr Jade Lam. After a very thorough consult. She offered to perform the first session straight away or postpone to a later date. I chose to have it then. After the session, I felt what I can only describe as being pain free and feeling lighter. I didn't realise I had gotten used to the discomfort, which was for now gone. I have booked again. Absolutely Phenomenal. If you are in any doubt, give it a go.

Fantastic experience: I had my initial assessment this morning following two weeks of unmanageable pain. I explained everything to Brandon, which in general is pretty complex. I described the pain as making me feel sick it was so bad. By the end of the session it was like he had flicked a switch. I have used various chiropractors in the past, but I would really reccomend giving Brandon a chance. He was really thorough and informative. I left his office today with hope.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Durham Family Chiropractic for approximately 7 years due to pain caused by hypermobility. I honestly don’t think I would be living a normal mobile life without this treatment. In recent years Neil has sorted out a very bad shoulder injury caused by a fall that broke my wrist, as well as keeping my pelvis stable and in alignment, which enables me to continue with a very active job that requires heavy lifting. It is always worth trying chiropractic treatment, as so many medical problems are caused by misalignment and can be corrected without resorting to medication. I can’t thank Neil and his team enough.

Alex and all reception staff help fit in any appointment you need, and works with you to make sure you get the best appointment possible, working around my rota. I’ve been seeing Neil now for a few years, I keep up to date with my appointments and feel great after visiting him. I have a few problems with my neck and lower back so when I first started seeing Neil I could hardly raise my right arm above my head, after 3 or 4 visits I was a very different person. Unbelievable how bad I really felt, and after a recommendation from a friend, everything had turned around. In my job I have to lift, bend and twist so can be really hard on my back, but after a visit to Neil, it’s true about the sign in reception they do, they perform miracles. I recently visited my doctor about the pains in my neck and back, and he suggested a MRI to rule out any further damage to my discs, but insisted I keep on seeing my chiropractor Neil until we receive the results. On seeing Neil today he could see how bad I really was. After manipulation and realignment, I’m going to be honest, I was in a lot of discomfort, but after a few hours I could feel the difference the pain was not as severe. After my session Neil asked to see me again tomorrow to check that I was ok, and to manipulate again as I had had quite a work out. Neil said to book me back in at 10.15 and NO CHARGE. This is the type of service you receive, he could see that I needed help and the one session was not enough, to see me sooner rather than later. Incredible service from staff and professionals. I cannot recommend enough. So look no further than Durham Family Chiropractic.

He is professional, personable and a very amenable guy. I would recommend Stuart to anyone who struggles with back pain or discomfort with posture. I am so delighted and relieved with Sasha's transformative approach. On arrival for my first appointment I was limping and walking with a bent lower back which had become inflamed and restricted my movement considerably. It was very painful too. There was such an improvement after the first session that I felt quite emotional. After two sessions I'm vastly improved and very, very grateful.
