Fantastic experience: Going back down memory lane with this one. It’s fantastic to see Vicky and Mark still putting their heart and soul into the business — nothing has changed on that front. I first met Vicky years ago when she worked for a different company. I went in with what I thought were pectoral pains, only for her to gently work out that they were actually anxiety-related. She introduced me to a therapy called craniosacral therapy. At first, you genuinely wonder what you’ve signed up for — the movements are so subtle and gentle. But the impact on your mental health is something else entirely. The release, the calmness, the way it helps you push through things you didn’t realise you were holding onto… it’s powerful. My life has changed massively since then. I went from being agoraphobic to getting back into the gym, joining a mountain bike club, and raising my own family with confidence. That shift didn’t happen overnight, but Vicky played a huge part in helping me get there. She’s one of those people who is simply lovely to be around. She listens, she offers thoughtful advice, and she never rushes you. You can ramble on as much as you like — she’ll always put your wellbeing first. Keep smashing it, both of you!

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say this place is so welcoming. I once did Pilates,tried Ariel . .My daughter once did quite a few blocks of Ariel hoop and loved it and I've recieved sports massages that were very informative and relaxing . Only reason I don't go is due to other commitments and circumstances but would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Nathan understood the problem and gave me a series of rehabilitation exercises to relieve the symptoms and then longer term exercises to keep it controlled.

Fantastic experience: I've been to see Debbie a couple of times now and she knows exactly what I need to get rid of the aches and back pain. I will definitely go back when my body needs it. She also sort hip pain which I have had for about 4 weeks.

Fantastic experience: I can't even put into words how grateful we are to Debbie for working her magic with our 6 week old baby today. We've never seen her relaxed or pain free in these six weeks, and Debbie released all of the tension she was riddled with from the labour and birth. We arrived with a chronic cryer who was almost impossible to settle, and left with a completely relaxed baby who spent the whole journey home content and just taking in her surroundings. Completely exceeded our expectations, and worth every penny!

She listened and understood the issues I've been having and was able to pinpoint the areas of muscle pain / tightness quickly as well as start working on them. Big relief to understand where some of my aches are coming from and looking forward to steadily reducing them in future sessions.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by work and had several sessions with Mark who was great and helped resolve a hip problem. Mark introduced me to Pilates and I regularly attend classes, not just here but at other sports facilities. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating and the place smells divine when you walk in. They have their own products (Rebalance, Revive and Restore… I think!). I’ve bought some oils for my burner at home. There is a good range of services including evening classes and appointments and other people I have spoken to highly recommend different treatments they’ve had. It’s a really lovely place to visit.

Fantastic experience: Always fantastic service and treatment. All the staff are incredible, the treatment I receive is always bar none and the chapel is such a lovely place to visit. The prices are very fair considering the level of care, service and attention to detail provided by the therapists. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and the whole team to anyone who is thinking about seeing a physio!

Negative experience: Hot stone massage, unfortunately this didn't live up to my expectations. When walking in I was left standing in reception for 10 mins the receptionist was lovely but forgot to get me to fill in a new client form. My therapist was 10 mins late for my appointment and when entering the room it seemed unready for my treatment she then got me to fill in forms that were meant to be done when I first arrived. I did arrive in plenty of time for these to be done. She then advised me she had another client after me and needed to watch the time with her phone. The hot stone massage was nice but nothing like iv had before she didnt seem too sure what she was doing and it felt like she was just running the stones over me not actually massaging me. The room i was in was very noisy you could hear other conversations going on people coming and going, doors slamming etc not very relaxing. There were blankets on the bed and over me normally they are clean towels and after leaving I did wonder if these were from the previous client as they didn't seem to be clean and fresh and iv never been anywhere for a massage where they have used fluffy blankets before! My massage lasted 45mins not the hour I had paid for. I am guessing as she had another client as she advised me. She didn't ask me how I was feeling etc after just told me water was on the side and to get up slowly then left the room. Unfortunately £47 for an hours massage was not what I received and it all felt rushed and unclean. I won't be coming back.

What she said about my issues made so much sense to me that I'm confident I'm going to benefit from my treatments. There's a lovely sense of calm about the old chapel which only adds to the experience.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Professional, courteous and very friendly staff. Great results for a rotator cuff problem that had been causing discomfort. The initial diagnosis of the problem was correct and the treatment plan put in place started to show results within 2 weeks. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t thank the Taylored Fit team enough, especially Maeve who is a miracle worker. I went there as a last resort after a viral rash on my legs left me in pain. I now incorporate my sports massage therapy into my recovery and it’s worth its weight in gold. Can’t say enough good things about this place, I wish I discovered it much sooner.

Fantastic experience: This place is a hidden gem. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I booked a hot stone massage, and it was terrific. I've had hot stones before, but this was much better and different. Will definitely book in for more treatments.

The minute I walked through the door I received a friendly, warm welcome and knew I was safe hands. The team here are well qualified, professional and true experts in the services they offer. Fantastic experience: The physio-led Pilates classes are amazing. I have attended various led by Georgie and have really enjoyed them. The classes have a great mixture of exercises. The focus on attention to detail is fantastic, as is the fact that Georgie is able to help individual class participants when needed. I felt like I was able to work very effectively on just the right areas, which was great! The studio space is gorgeous too, making the whole experience very positive. Fantastic experience: Fully recommend the treatments at Taylored fit. Such a Welcoming place, all the staff are really friendly too. Been a couple of times now for physio with Debs and really impressed by her knowledge, guidance and treatments. Also recommend Booking in with Gemma for Relki massage as it was amazing, so relaxing and calming. The aftercare advise follow up was really thorough too. I ll be booking back in

Mark is a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist and has the skill to use a wide range of different techniques to get to the cause of the problem and solve it. This speeds up the healing and gets me back to full speed. I am a regular and will continue for many years

Fantastic experience: A very welcoming addition to village life. A unique set up which looks after numerous aspects of your well-being. A first class physio service received from both Vicky and Mark. I joined the Pilates classes last year to improve my core strength which has greatly helped with all those niggles you get with age. Since March we have seen our Pilates sessions successfully adapt to online. Thank you Vicky and Mark for your hard work and keeping us sane, especially during the early days of lockdown. Highly recommend both the treatments and classes.

Fantastic experience: I recently signed up for a weekly online pilates class with Vicky at Tayloredfit. The class is delivered via Zoom on a Tuesday but then available as a recording to do at any other time that suits. I have been doing mine on a Sunday morning and absolutely love it! It's such a lovely way to start the day. Vicky is so good at making sure each exercise is accessible or appropriately challenging for anyone taking part, regardless on experience or ability. She regularly reminds us to check our correct form to get the best benefit from the movements and to avoid injury. The fact that I can choose to do it at a time that suits and in the comfort of my own home is a real draw for me. If you've always fancied trying pilates but the time / commitment issue or being in a room with others puts you off, then I'd highly recommend giving this a go!

Fantastic experience: I have been doing the online Pilates with Vicky since we went into lockdown. It’s amazing how responsive they were as a business to react to the changes forced upon us via the pandemic and to get many of their classes switched to online. I absolutely love the classes and have such confidence in the teaching knowing it is being delivered by qualified physiotherapists. There are always different levels available to suit all abilities and Vicky’s bubbly personality pushes you through even the more challenging exercises. I love that you can catch up with the sessions at a later time if you’ve been unable to access the live class and am delighted that the online sessions will be continuing even after The Chapel reopens. What a great addition to the business.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had craniosacral therapy with Vicky twice now for headaches and eye pain which I struggled with for almost 2 years. After trying to resolve this through painkillers which never worked I had a taster session at the chapel. I was unsure how it worked or if it would make any difference however Vicky explained everything as she went and completely put me at ease. I struggled to explain how I felt, I could feel a warmth in my body and completely relaxed. When I stood up I realised how I had much more moment in my arms even though I went there thinking my back and arms were fine. 2 days later I couldn’t believe the headaches and eye pain had gone. It’s been a few months now and I’ve not taken painkillers or gone to bed early due to the pain as I used to. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks Vicky

Before seeing Vicky for CranioSacral Physiotherapy I was getting 2-3 migraines a week and now I only get 1-2 a month! Fantastic experience: Really pleased I found Vicky - she has enabled me to return to exercise and provided fantastic treatment for an old injury that the NHS had been unable to help with. I then returned to her with another niggle and she has also treated that. I will certainly go back to see her if I ever need any physio or acupuncture services and I would highly recommend.
