He was thorough in understanding the issue, and then explained what was causing the problem, what he needed to do to help as well as being very personal throughout the appointment, chatting about my interests. Fantastic experience: I arrived at the clinic and was met by the receptionist. He was polite and we had a good chat as I was early. Dr. Mos called me in to his office and we went through exactly what he was going to do with my shoulder problem. He began some treatment which involved manipulating my back, shoulder and neck which caused some areas to crack, so something was happening! Following the treatment, there was some relief, but I realise myself that there will be more treatment required, which we booked there and then. Altogether, a really good experience, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Contacted Dr Mos a few months ago due to back pain, headaches and struggling to sleep without pain, also started with elbow pain. I was seen quickly, put at ease by both Dr Mos’ explanation, talking me through what to expect, after the first session of chiropractic and cupping with Emma I felt an improvement, after my third session I was like a new woman, headaches were reduced, pains were barely noticeable so we discussed maintenance, Dr Mos was more than happy to go with what I was comfortable with, I didn’t feel pushed or pressured into continuing with chiropractic. Fantastic experience: I must say it’s taken my ten years to finally try a chiropractor. I had suffered with general back pain, sciatica and even my back going out. I’ve been on naproxen for six years which helped lots but had gradually started to help less and less. I am 37 and have back issues due to a condition in my right leg I’ve had since birth. I wish I had come to see Dr Moss ten years ago. He took the time to really listen to the issues I had and went through the whole history with me before explaining what he thought the right approach was. After the first session the difference in my pain level and energy level was just fantastic. I could move with ease and painlessly in ways I haven’t for years. After my initial three sessions I am just delighted and pain free. Where the NHS just throws pills at you and can’t wait to get you out the door, Dr Moss takes an active interest in you and wants to help. Fantastic experience: Having suffered chronic back pain for over twenty years, spending over £12,000 of my savings on various treatments (NHS reluctant to provide funds) on acupuncture, chiropractic, facet joint injections to my spine. I was diagnosed needing two hip replacements that were causing the pain, this was completed early 2023. Unfortunately ' red flags and pain ' were still evident with tingling toes, pain across buttocks, the small of my back and not able to walk any distance without pain. Unable to do any light work, bending, play with my grandchildren and being honest I personally was not in a happy place with myself and certainly not a nice person to know. I was recommended to visit Kyle and after the first session I was without pain, it was incredible, various issues were corrected with my spine over the next six weeks on the 'root cause' of my discomfort, with exorcises given I can now walk without discomfort for further distances more frequently. Fantastic experience: Ankle hurt playing football. X-ray showed no break. Attended doctors and referred to physio but no response for many weeks and then eventually without being seen was referred on to podiatry. The swelling had not reduced after 8 weeks. Fantastic experience: Months of neck and shoulder pain taking 4 paracetamol every 4 hours. Sleepless nights basically a nightmare. Visited Dr Mos he knew exactly what was wrong (GP didnt). I've seen other chiropractors at the previous practice he was at before he moved, however did not like their techniques and they didn't seem to have as much knowledge, therefore when he moved to his own practice I was more than happy to travel the extra distance to attend his own clinic. Would definitely recommend
