Fantastic experience: Vinita has been so kind and really listened to my symptoms. She explained exactly where the issue in my neck was, then created a treatment plan using a range of methods. I'm so glad to say I'm now pain free! Before treatment I was in agony and couldn't even sit without pain. Vinita truly performs miracles, and she's such a lovely, caring person. I can't thank her enough and honestly can't recommend her highly enough!

A friend suggested that I should seek Vinita’s help as I have a chronic back condition and had also been suffering with debilitating acute sciatica and bursitis for several months. Thankfully, I took that advice and saw Vinita and I haven’t looked back since. Her hands on approach and various treatments have relieved my symptoms enormously. My sessions with her are relaxing and friendly and it never ceases to amaze me as to how she has the ability and gift of pinpointing relevant areas without me having to say a word! Fantastic experience: Have to comment on Vinita and her excellent work on my back pain, I have osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and have had chronic back pain for years, physio has never been successful. I have been to Vinita for several sessions of acupuncture and therapy she has been able to improve my back pain so much that I have stopped using a walking stick and my pain has diminished. She is a quality physiotherapist and Acupuncturist who I recommend unconditionally. Having suffered for years the life changing treatments are exactly that. Life Changing,

Fantastic experience: After falling on my arm I did a fair amount of damage. Through Bupa I started physio, I called to book an appointment and got one the same week. I had an hour consultation which included physio. I had 5 sessions and all sessions, communication and professionalism were perfect. I have laser therapy, massage, U/S theory and acupuncture. All of which was an enjoyable experience and without this I wouldn’t have got such a fast healing timeframe. Vintage miracle was friendly and welcoming and made horrible injury that bit better. Thank you so much for everything that you have done for. :)

Fantastic experience: Cannot express how happy I am with my treatment from Vinita. I have multiple issues with my lumbar spine which had flared up. I was struggling to walk for any distance & my sleep was very disturbed. After one visit to Vinita I have massive improvement. She also wrote to my GP about a particular problem I had, leading to a hospital referral. I've visited First4Therapy for a number of physio issues I've had over the years and Vinita has always been spot on with her diagnosis and treatment. More recently I had a leg/knee injury and Vinita's medical opinion was more valuable and helpful than many consultants I'd seen both privately and via the NHS. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I needed physiotherapy for my shoulder pain and found First4Therapy online. After discussing my symptoms with Vinita, she suggested an MRI and after that I had a course of physiotherapy sessions with her. She is very professional and also a nice person – I felt at ease during the treatments. As I’m now pain-free I just need to continue my exercises at home to keep my shoulder mobility. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and it’s a bonus that she is also a listed professional at my private insurance provider so I could have treatment covered by them.

Fantastic experience: I had a knee replacement in April '21. It was impossible to get one-to-one help after the op and so the recovery process was a slow and difficult one, based on a few notes and some videos from NHS Connect. After 5 months, I was having more and more mobility problems. I began to wonder if I would ever walk normally again. By sheer luck I found First4Therapy. After 4 weeks my mobility is where it should be and I am exremely relieved and feeling positive again. I cannot fully describe my gratitude to Vinita Sood. She listened, explained and put in the strenuous work that I needed. She has to be one of the best physios in Essex, if not the country and I am very fortunate to have found her.

She took her time to carefully diagnose the issues with my back and over afew sessions of physio helped me to relieve the pain. Fantastic experience: I needed a physio My shoulder down to my finger tips were in pain an hand felt numb. I was worried about going up the hospital because off covid 19. An found this physio near me,very clean, lovely lady's. I had Acupuncture an messages on my shoulder. After 2 times I could feel less pain my hand. My arm an shoulder is less numb after about 4 times off going. I only have pain now when I catch it in the wrong way. I can 100% recommend this physio.

Fantastic experience: After having received my MRI results back on my head, neck and back I contacted Vinita to see if she would be able to help me manage my symptoms and hopefully get to be pain free.The response I received was within a couple of hours and an appointment made for the next day. The premises had car parking and very easy to find. Vinita is such a lovely lady she went through my results with me and discussed my treatment plan. Everything was explained so I understood which area she was working on. I was also given exercises to do at home. I went every two weeks over a few months. The results are incredible from someone who was in constant pain, couldn’t turn my neck fully and had difficulty in sleeping I’m now 90% better, some days completely pain free. I still have my exercises to do to help strengthen my neck and spine but received my last treatment today. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend treatment here. Vanita sood has treated me for several weeks with a prolapsed herntiated disc in my lower back. Fantastic experience: I suffered for about 4 weeks with sciatica and with 4 days to go before a heart op had to do something about it. Thank goodness I choose First4Therapy where I was seen by Mrs Vinita Sood. She exuded a sympathetic and professional approach to my ailment and through a series of mind boggling pulls and twists made me able to leave much better than I had staggered in. On the Sunday before my operation my sciatica had gone and has not returned. It's not very often that you hear about or better still have the privilege to actually meet and be treated by such a true professional person and I cannot recommend this lady any higher, I also arranged for my wife to undergo treatment for her arm and shoulder and after only a few sessions she has vastly improved. I will always return to Mrs Sood if I have any further problems.

Fantastic experience: I was involved in a car accident last year which left me with severe back and neck pain. I had some Physiotherapy treatments then which did help slightly. However, I was still having significant pain in my back and neck 7 out of 10 on the pain scale. I then was introduced to Vinita Sood who did treat my back and neck during 8 sessions. Vinita is very sympathetic, considerate and extremely professional/skilled. My pain is much more under control now, Vinita gave me some exercises which I do on daily basis and I am able to do things I haven’t been able to do since the accident. I would highly recommend Vinita and can honestly say that Vinita has drastically changed my life for the better.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Vinita for an injury to my knee which occurred from playing sport. She diagnosed the issue very quickly and was able to provide relevant targeted treatment straight away. Vinita is very knowledgeable and experienced in many techniques and she suggested acupuncture. I don't like needles so I reluctantly thought I’d give it a try, and I believe this technique has been effective. She has also used ultrasound and provided muscle strengthening techniques for me to carry out between visits. I have now visited her in total eight times and the treatments are physically working and I’m definitely in a better state now. I highly recommend her services without hesitation.
