Fantastic experience: My back was in terrible pain that I had on and off for over 20 years, this time it went and it was not letting up, I booked to see Robert and on the first session I walked out with no back pain. After seeing Anna for 3 sessions, he is moving his head so much better and enjoying tummy time more. Fantastic experience: I have been to Anna for 5 sessions now, 3 for my 4 year old daughter who was experiencing some issues, which I can honestly say has helped so much. She was still experiencing some reflexes that should of disappeared when younger. These are now so much better and have gone. I have then also seen Anna for my 3 weeks old little girl. Who had a very quick delivery time and I wanted to make sure she had no tension in her body. 2nd time, Anna helped with her belly as it was very tight, after I left she settled so much better and in the evening too. Would 100% go back if need to, and would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you again Anna, my 4 year old wants to keep coming to see you, she loved it that much.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Alice on a number of occasions for muscle strain and arthritis in my knees. When I first went to her I was finding walking difficult because of the pain. Now, after a few months of her working on the painful areas I can walk normally. I can't thank her enough and would recommend her to anyone who has osteoarthritis.

Fantastic experience: I visited the Anna Guthrie Osteopathic Clinic for help with a neck issue. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist. This positive first impression set the tone for the entire visit. Anna herself is exceptional. I had been struggling with my neck issue for some time, and after just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement. Her friendly approach, expertise and careful attention to my concerns were evident throughout my treatment, and I’m happy to say that my neck is well on the mend. I would highly recommend this practice (and have done so to family and friends).

Fantastic experience: Anna is very experienced and knowledgeable. I have had several appointments and every time I was treated with compassion, dignity and respect. Appointments have always been on time. I always leave feeling much improved and certainly notice the difference in my back for a long time afterwards. I've moved far away from Essex now, but I still will travel to Anna to have treatment as I trust her impeccably to fix me if I'm tangled up and knotted, or have had an injury. I'm hypermobile so I can't be over stretch etc. Anna understands that in her expertise. No complaints from me. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Suffering from knee pain and had tried several different options. Was recommended here. Saw Robert Smith and after only one session pain level decreased dramatically. Had a second session and have seen more improvement. This was so important as I was about to go on holiday. Have made a follow up appointment. Can’t recommend Robert highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I took my baby to see Anna when she was 8 weeks old due to constipation, reflux, digestive problems, not being able to lay on her left side and a few other reasons. After the first session, I had a different baby! She was turning her head freely and had regular bowel movements with no pain! We had 3 sessions with Anna and the difference is amazing. I am so so glad I took my baby to see Anna. I would highly recommend booking a session, even if you are unsure, Anna is honest and so friendly so will tell you if you need to go back or offer recommendations.

Fantastic experience: I started treatment with Anna some years ago to help manage an undiagnosed neuropathy that affects my legs and has led to atrophy of calf and other muscles. Her treament allows me to slow down the muscle degeneration and helps reinnervate my lower legs. Much of what Anna offers is related to mental therapy: being able to talk about your problem and receiving intelligent, informed feedback. Can't recommend Anna enough.

Fantastic experience: I recently came to Anna with severe pain in my neck, shoulder and back. Straight away I was put at ease and felt comfortable! There was an obvious difference from my first lot of treatment and Anna eased a lot of that pain straight away! I’ve since had a further 2 treatments and the pains have pretty much gone, I am doing the exercises Anna recommended and this helps to ease any tension in my problem areas from every day stresses. Fantastic experience: Anna is amazing! My baby boy (2mths old) was suffering from bad reflux and had a lot of tension in his body that caused him to go rigid when crying and scream for hours. Not sure where else to turn I searched for cranial osteopathy. Anna took the time to understand our situation and every last detail about George and his feeding/sleeping habits. She was very gentle and calm with him and wasn’t phased during the first session when he was very unsettled! Would 100% recommend Anna

Fantastic experience: I’ve been treated by Robert Smith at Anna’s practice. What he has done for me is nigh on miraculous! He works to the highest professional standard. His calm & gentle approach to treatment can sometimes feel as if nothing is happening, but only after you leave the practice do you realise you can do far more than when you went in. I came to the practice with a twisted sacrum and my entire back had locked so badly that I couldn’t sit down at all. Within a few treatments I was able to sit upright and I finally began to feel that normal life could begin again.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Anna at this clinic enough! I have a bad ongoing back problem and have had to have emergency treatment many times as literally could not get out of bed or walk. After Anna treating me I could move and was much more comfortable and the advice she gave was priceless! I swear she has magic fingers!
