Fantastic experience: I came to Nicola initially for manual lymphatic drainage following a breast reduction and upper abdominoplasty- I always felt so more energetic and the skin less tight after each session. Her massage techniques are so light and gentle but the effects were such a relief. I then asked if she could help my back pain that was a result of a horse riding accident 10yrs previously - I have been to multiple physios and consultants over the years and no one was able to relieve the tightened muscles or could locate the problem. After a couple of sessions using various techniques Nicola identified the problem and again using very gentle movements has allowed the muscles to function normally. I now walk less stiffly and can swing with each step, something I never thought I would be able to do. Nicola is also very knowledgeable about anatomy and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Nicola after to see if there was anything that could be done about my random swollen leg. I was quite nervous but very soon felt at ease. Nicola was awesome, she gave me some fantastic advice and massaged my leg and within 24hrs there was a very noticeable difference. She gave me guidance on how to manage my condition and now I have more mobility and range of motion in my knee and my ankle, I’m able to sprint again for the first time in over a year. Fantastic experience: I visited Nicola this week after waking up with a stiff neck and sore back. Nicola was able to accommodate me within the week. The results have been amazing allowing me to sleep again. While I was with Nicola she enquired about other my wider body and health issues. Nicola took into consideration my hypertension and a knee break and tendon tear I had suffered previously. During the appointment Nicola was able to work on my knee providing further release from pains I was silently suffering. Nicola also provided me information and support on how I could assist myself in pain relief by ways of strengthening, stretching and activities from home or outside. Overall a very caring, friendly, professional service with immediate beneficial results.

Fantastic experience: I came across Nicola on Instagram and booked in with her for my 3 post op MLD treatments on my legs in 2024 due to having liposuction for the lipeodema in my legs. Nicola was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported after my operations. 1 year on from my second operation, I continue to visit Nicola monthly for MLD on both of my legs and always come out of the sessions feeling better and lighter. Fantastic experience: I found Nicola whilst researching local Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapists prior to my FDL Abdominoplasty. Originally I had booked in with someone else, but I didn't feel that they were experienced with post op treatment. Luckily I trusted my gut instinct, because there is a huge difference in training, experience and techniques when it comes to LDM & MLDM - especially post op. Nicola is highly qualified and very experienced, knowledgeable, accommodating, reassuring ... and patient. Post op hormones are a rollercoaster, but Nicola was empathic, compassionate and so reassuring. As I'm such a worrier Nicola listened to my concerns and always offered professional advice, where appropriate - within her remit - and anything outside of this she would refer me to my surgeon (as any professional would). Nicola always responded to my questions prior to and following treatment which was invaluable to me. The provision of initial post op home visits was an integral part of my recovery. I would highly recommend Nicola.

I honestly cannot recommend her enough for lymphatic drainage massage and indeed any other massage she offers. I am continuing to go to her on a 4-6 weekly basis for maintenance and she herself recommended this rather than more frequent visits which I really appreciated as it is clear she is in this for her clients and to help people get the best results possible rather than to just make as much money as possible. Fantastic experience: After several years of suffering on and off with shoulder pain. I visited Nicolas' clinic. Nicola helped me to identify the cause and got to work on my shoulder straight away. On arrival my shoulder would have a nerve twitch when raised. After treatment I could raise my arm a lot easier with no twitch. Nicola was friendly, polite and the clinic was extreamly clean.

Her knowledge, expertise and all-round professionalism makes dealing with any ailment or injury feel like a breeze, and there is no one else I would trust to help get me back dancing and doing what I love. Not only is Nicola thorough in getting an understanding of what you need and the issues you’re experiencing before you even visit her, during the sessions she will work hard ensure that you get the most from the appointment and give an all round approach to the injury (as generally with me an issue somewhere else entirely is causing the pain - and nicola always finds this!). She will also suggest detailed rehab exercise to do at home that ACTUALLY work and make a difference, but most importantly she checks up on you a few days after the appointment to see how you’re doing. There is no other practitioner I know out there that offers this kind of first class treatment and the range of services that she does, whilst also caring about you as a person. Fantastic experience: After years of training and just accepting that ill always be in some form of muscle pain and stiffness across my shoulders etc i thought id give sports therapy a go and found nicola, Im so glad i did!! Even after the first treatment the mobility in the my shoulders dramatically improved and the muscle pain was virtually non existant. Nicola is friendly and professional with an imacculate treatment room and her obvious passion for what she does immediately puts you at ease. I cannot reccomend her enough!! Thanks nicola.

Fantastic experience: I went to Nicola to see if she could help me with my ongoing issue I have with my neck and shoulder area, I have been seeing an osteopath for a number of years but was open to trying something new. I found Nicola to be very professional and her is method is extremely effective. She has a very gentle approach which I have never come across before, I had previously always left in pain with the therapist applying heavy pressure to the effected area. I left the session feeling relaxed and within a couple of days I was pretty much pain free. Nicola talked me through what she was doing and explained thing so that I understood what she was talking about. I would normally see the osteopath monthly but following a single session with Nicola I didn’t see the osteopath for a good 7 months, I couldn’t believe how long it had been. Unfortunately I live too far to continue treatment with Nicola regularly but I highly recommend her to anyone local. When I finally return for a visit home I will be booking in with Nic again.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Nicola after a recent flare up of a fairly longstanding injury that was causing severe discomfort. Nicola was quickly able to assess the issue and also identify other causal factors that were compounding the injured area. She clearly explained what was happening and developed a structured and flexible plan to address the problem. Through a combination of techniques, Nicola helped me to heal and strengthen the area which has now given me greater overall performance. Nicola was very responsive with any queries that I had and was always able to explain things in a way that related to me and my activities.

Fantastic experience: Booked in with Nicola due to a nagging shoulder complaint and discomfort to my right knee. This is likely due to various gym activities and the general wear and tear sustained on the body that typically hits when you are the wrong side of 40. I was slightly concerned about how she would tackle the shoulder issue purely because I could not pinpoint the exact location of the pain. Nicola was able to administer treatment that reset my shoulder. I felt the benefits immediately and walked out feeling 90% better. She was also able to assist with the knee complaint and gave useful advice regarding my stance and posture which has no doubt contributed to the issue. Very bright, very knowledgeable...
