Fantastic experience: I've just finished a successful course of treatment with Jack Holland at Wickford Physiotherapy. He was very professional and proficient. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I saw Jack in clinic, he was very thorough, he listened to me and my concerns. He gave me some good advice and exercise program. On my follow up appointment, he was very thorough again and check my movement before and after working on my neck. I would 100% recommend and will use Jack again should i need to visit a physio. Jack was very professional, and had a lot of knowledge, he made me feel listened to and comfortable.

I think it's important to mention that l saw 2 physiotherapist before Jack . They didn't seem to get to the real problem of how much pain l was in. Wickford Physiotherapy is a very professional practice.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Wickford Physiotherapy with Jack. I received a range of treatment including soft tissue massage, laser therapy and acupuncture for back pain, alongside with an home exercise program and the pain has now resolved. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Being a patient with some complex recent issues….. I found Jack to be very understanding, He developed a course of exercises for me to help with my recovery without making me concerned about my recent major surgery… very knowledgeable… would recommend his services to all

Negative experience: Poor value and substandard patient care. I attended an appointment with Majo Jose and paid £70 for what amounted to a 20 minute consultation. During this time, the clinician did not physically examine the area of concern, demonstrated no discernible bedside manner, and showed a lack of empathy toward my presenting issue. The overall impression was that the appointment was being concluded as swiftly as possible, with little regard for patient experience or clinical thoroughness. I would also wish to flag, for the benefit of prospective patients, that upon arrival I found no other staff or patients present in the building. Those attending alone, particularly individuals who may feel vulnerable in a one-to-one clinical setting may wish to take this into consideration before booking. Having reviewed other feedback for this clinic, I am hopeful that this experience is attributable to the individual clinician rather than being representative of the clinic's general standard of care.

Fantastic experience: Wasn’t too sure what to expect but came out with a brilliant understanding of what my issue could be and they seemed very keen to help me going forward to get to my running goals and having a fit and healthy body.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Sarah due to ongoing problems with my back. From the very beginning she was incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable and professional environment. She was able to assess the issue and problem solve the source of the pain. She is very knowledgable and understands back and spine health thoroughly which made me feel very supported. I left this appointment feeling very relieved and positive, with plenty of beneficial stretches and exercises to incorporate into my day to day to reduce my symptoms. Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from Jack. He listened carefully to the issues I was having with my hips as well as an examination to determine what was the best course of treatment for me. With his expertise , knowledge and experience he was able to give me the correct treatment which consisted of shockwave therapy, soft tissue therapy, stretching along side home exercises tailored to my needs. I feel so much better now and I am able to go back to exercise that I enjoy such as running. Fantastic experience: I went to see Jack as I had pain in my back and leg after taking a fall. My doctors adviced some physio would help. After a few sessions and on Jack's advice he offered to organise a private MRI if I wanted. I had been waiting for the doctors appointment for this for two weeks already so I accepted his offer and was seen within two days. After having a scan the results came back saying I had a bulging disc and this was pushing on to my sciatic nerve causing all this pain. After taking some tablets that he advised I should get from the doctors and some sessions with Jack in tandem with exercises he set me to do at home things have started to improve and I am back on my feet again. Jack has now discharged me but has said to keep up with exercises and if I need to re visit him then I have an open appointment. Thank you for helping me and I highly recommend Jack

Fantastic experience: I have seen Jack in respect of a shoulder and hamstring tendinopathy injury and on both occasions been more than happy with the service seeing massive improvements. Jack was most adept at establishing the problems and setting progressive loading exercises individually for recovery. In addition I also had shockwave therapy and everything is improving exactly as Jack said it would in the stated timeline. I would highly recommend Jack as a physio who will help you get over the most stubborn injuries. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My Son plays a lot of sports mainly football and was having so much trouble with his knees thought was growing pains but was actually more My son has adhd and finds it hard to feel comfortable around someone he doesn’t know but Jack was brilliant with him and could see how comfortable he was while doing exercises there some times takes a few times for him to fully understand how you do it but Jack was so patient and was clear spoken and even showed himself how he can do it, Jack done a great exercise program for him to do at home and the app was really easy to use. Jack thank you for everything George is doing so much better now as been given some great advice and stretches to keep up with thank you for your time would highly recommend seeing Jack as my son got on brilliant with him thank you again!

Fantastic experience: I booked in with Jack after experiencing pain in my shoulder for several years. After our initial chat Jack understood my issue and used his experience to evaluate the problem. We then went on to try some key movements which was all done methodically whilst Jack explained the process so I could understand the reasons why we did these and what results we were looking for, to locate the source of my problem. I felt engaged in my session and once we had located the source Jack showed me some key excercises to follow and gave me a regime to aid my recovery. I felt no pressure to book a follow up appointment, it was left to me and how I felt so I could do so at my own pace. Very pleased with the service I received from Jack and the results I've seen since with my recovery.

Fantastic experience: Been here twice for a bad back and tennis elbow. Always a brilliant highly professionally and friendly service. Every aspect is explained so I understood what I had to do and what caused the problems. I had treatment with Sarah who is fab.

Fantastic experience: I saw Jack recently for treatment on my feet and cannot recommend him highly enough. His passion for his work is amazing. He was extremely patient, explained everything and was as keen as I was to resolve the pain. He used shock wave therapy, acupuncture and stretches but when there was not sufficient improvement he referred me to a consultant for injections. I am grateful that he was professional and conscientious enough to refer me to another health professional. He also followed up to check on me, which was much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: After years of bad posture at a computer screen Jack has helped release my neck, giving me more mobility and less discomfort. Fantastic experience: Once again I was in need of the expert administerations of my physiotherapist, Jack. My neck and shoulders were stiff and painful. I had reduced mobility, finding it difficult to turn my head; not ideal for driving. After the initial in depth diagnostic investigation, Jack set to work with physical manipulations, massage and an exercise routine. The benefits were felt at the first appointment. After several sessions over a one month period I have full mobility back and I'm pain free. Marvellous.

Fantastic experience: I had cause to consult with Jack recently after my dog landed on my shoulder. Jack is very empathetic and quickly sorted out some exercises for me to get the movement back and lessen the pain in my shoulder. A week on and it is feeling a lot better with a much improved range of movement and a lot less pain. Thanks Jack.

Fantastic experience: When I went to Jack I'd pulled a mussel in my back the pain was constant and left unable to walk, sit, stand or sleep without a lot of pain. Jack worked his magic, and after a few sessions and following a tailored exercise programme I can now walk, twist, turn, move freely and sleep pain free. I would highly recommend Jack, he really knows his trade.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Jack with a rotator cuff and possible ligament damage. Jack was a true professional, assessed the situation and recommended Shock Wave Therapy. Each session went well and he provided exercises to aid my recovery. Wasn't sure if physio would help but im pleased to say im almost back to 100% after not being able to move my shoulder more than 20% when i first started. Would definitely recommend Wickford Physio and especially to see Jack for treatment.

Fantastic experience: My wife had pain in lower back and hamstring. On the first visit Sarah said it would get cured. She had ultrasound, massage and exercises. The improvement was amazing after only a few days. Only needed one more visit with more ultrasound, massage and a change of exercises. Sarah is so reassuring and lovely to work with.

Fantastic experience: Saw Claire today about a hamstring issue. After a thorough assessment, she diagnosed the issue straight away and we agreed to do laser therapy across the middle part of the hamstring and then intense laser therapy at the tendons. A day on, I already have much more range of motion in my leg. The professional attitude of both Claire and Sarah at Wickford Physiotherapy is both welcoming and reassuring knowing the treatment will be beneficial and appropriate. No follow up was required and I have been given a recovery plan to get back to running.

Fantastic experience: My daughter developed a trapped nerve which was causing her a lot of pain, I did a quick search and sound Wickford Physiotherapy. When I called they seemed to be very helpful so I booked an appointment, my daughter attended and the physio (Claire) who worked on her was also very nice. She explained the cause of the problem and managed to get rid of nearly all the pain she felt. Totally impressed with the service, we have booked a follow up appointment but 10/10 for all we have received so far, well done Claire and also Nic (I hope that's the right name) who organised it all
