Fantastic experience: I've been coming to advanced for some time now for chiropractor and massage appointments which have been fantastic for my chronic back pain. I recently tried their Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D treatments which have been absolutely life changing. As someone with ADHD who has been deficient in Vitamin B all my life I have never felt more focused, driven, compassionate and in control of my life. It has also helped incredibly with muscle pain related to hyper mobility syndrome, this has made my massages and chiropractor sessions much more beneficial due to the increase in muscle repair. I have been able to double my work load, grow my business further and still have energy and time to spend with my family. For anyone that feels lethargic, tired or un-motivated, whether you have ADHD or not, I would strongly recommend checking out Advanced. It has genuinely improved my life in a dramatic way.

Fantastic experience: I contacted this Clinic when I was in agony from back and hip pain. My first appointment with Scarlett was amazing and she freed my back up enabling me to walk and sit pain free. For the first time in a week I slept in my bed. Prior appointments have just increased my mobility and Scarlett has always kept me up to date with what she is doing. Fantastic experience: This one starts with a bit of a story. I had some realignments done a while ago and it went well. Around the end of the treatments I was unlucky enough to be in a car accident, and was sent to other proffesionals assigned by the insurance. About a month ago the pain got ridiculous and the treatment I was receiving didn't seem to keep up with the needs. I decided to go back to the clinic and, am I GLAD I did!? I expected some results but, to put it simple... I went from needing morphine to forgetting I was in so much pain, from the first session. I have experienced first hand, the difference between let's treat something and REAL treatment here... This is some " black magic trick" alright! I don't think I have ever been so relieved to know that I am in actual good hands. I knew it was good, but I didn't really understood just how good, until now. It might be the lack of pain and tension speaking, but the results are speaking for themselves, I'm just trying to write a shortest description I can. The team is super nice and helpful, like a ray of sun. I am most GRATEFUL to Will, I "blame him" for the amazing progress in my recovery. And, a big shout out to Will who has since supported me both with recovery and onward “tune ups”. Made such big difference. David is a fantastic chiropractor, and has helped me massively, not only with my steady stream of injuries from sport and general clumsiness, but also with nervous system issues such as helping me sleep better and control my adrenaline levels. Fantastic experience: Xavier has been treating me since August 2024 and I cannot recommend his chiropractic adjustments enough. My area of treatment is typically my neck and shoulders and due to being hyper mobile, my neck can be a tricky one to adjust. Xavier has been successfully each time with manually adjusting my neck and I always leave my appointment feeling ten times better. He’s incredibly patient and knowledgeable and manages to be warm and kind while maintaining a professional manner. He’s answered my one million and one questions and my appointment never feels rushed. I’d recommend Xavier to anyone looking to start chiropractic treatment or has already had chiropractic treatment: he’s the best ❤️

Advanced Chiropractic were recommended to me by my son in law but honestly, I did not believe I would benefit very much after experiencing years of pain. That was before I met Dr Lauren Downing. She is simply amazing! Her knowledge, skill and positivity has had an immediate impact on my daily life. I'm now largely out of pain and wish I had done this years ago! Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was diagnosed with a L4/5 I need herniated disc which was causing an impingement on the nerve. I was in an excruciating amount of pain especially when sitting down and was not walking well. When you think about how much we sit down you can see how this would impact someone’s quality of life while waiting for a NHS referral, I wanted to take action into my own hands so I contacted advanced chiropractic Do you find out if a chiropractor could treat a Herniated disc. I was seen swiftly by Xavier Who took the time to listen to my symptoms as well as my MRI results. What I particularly liked was being asked what I was looking to achieve by having treatment and setting some clear goals in that first session. I did have some immediate relief following the first session. During the second session. Xavier Took the time to explain the injury in more detail which enabled me to understand what was going on inside my body and suggested plan which was very flexible. Seeing Xavier regularly plus following the advice and doing the exercise exercises recommended to me I have seen very good progress in my recovery. During the treatment Xavier would adjust his methods according to my needs and the level of pain in. He would explain what he was doing and why and the difference that it would make But would ultimately leave the decision of the treatment I would be having down to me. For example, the choice of having acupuncture or massage to increase the blood flow to the affected area. I have been under treatment for around five weeks and although I am not completely back to normal, I am progressing well, I can sit down pain-free, I can swim, go to the gym and have recently started running again. If you are in any kind of back pain, I would recommend seeing a chiropractor and we even continue to see Xavier for regular maintenance once I am fully recovered.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say that I recommend Advanced Chiropractic 100%. I have experienced having tinnitus for many years, which has got to a point where it has been unbearable and effecting my everyday life. I booked in with Georges in the hope something could be done to reduce the intensity of the ringing and to be able to get some respite, and hopefully some better sleep. After just one visit, Georges managed to show some fantastic results. Reduced intensity of the tinnitus, reduced stress and anxiety through work done on my upper spine and surrounding muscles, and even better sleep, to the point I didn't require the use of my white noise machine to block out the tinnitus ringing / hissing. Georges doesn't only go through the motions of a Chiropractic session, he talks to youbto get the best understanding of your condition and symptoms, the background to the causes and really takes an interest on how his treatments are beneficial to your recovery. I personally have prepaid a block of sessions to keep up with my treatment with Georges, which has also saved me money. Fantastic experience: I have had a hiatus hernia for many years and unfortunately have severe scarring from previous abdominal surgeries. It would never have occurred to me that my chiropractor could help with these issues but then I hadn’t encountered Lauren downing-Sinclair before. Lauren was able to help alleviate some of my symptoms after a recent very painful episode which took me to A&E. Discovering that I could receive drug free treatment to alleviate some of these symptoms was a breath of fresh air. I recovered much more quickly than previous flare ups and have managed to keep relatively symptom free since. There is so much more to chiropractic treatments than we think so don’t be afraid to mention any health issues as this could be your answer.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting Advanced Chiropractors on and off for nearly 10yrs. First with Plantar fasciitis, then with neck and shoulder pain. Both if these work related wear and tear. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing William for help with a painful knee (running injury) I’m so pleased to say that I have felt improvements within just a couple of weeks ! William is very good at both listening and communicating. I have had better results with my issues through this chiropractic method (& with William!) than other methods of therapy I have previously tried. Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago I hurt my back whilst training at the gym. My sister recommended that I see a chiropractor and suggested I use Advanced Chiropractic. I booked an appointment and was seen the very next day by Dr George Barbouris. He was friendly and informative from the start, explaining exactly how the process would be handled. I explained that I had also been injured quite badly a few years back, (a slipped disc in the L4/L5 area) and that I still suffered with sciatic pain today. George assured me that he could help with that too. True to his word, he has been working on my back now for two weeks and I have never felt better!! So much so that I have stopped taking pain medication for the nerve damage in my lower back completely. I wish I knew about this a long time ago as I could have saved myself time, and more importantly, pain! I genuinely thought that I would be taking medication for my back for the rest of my life. I still have a slight pulling sensation in my foot and a few twitches in my toes but as of yet, no sciatic pain. What George has achieved with me in such a short space of time is in my opinion, nothing short of spectacular. Thank you George, keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: Having been reticent about using a chiropractor my recently replaced knees were giving me sufficient problems, due to stiffness and lack of range, that I was encouraged to contact Sorcha. I agreed to a series of treatments over a number of weeks which gradually tackled the range of muscles through the legs that impact upon the knees. The results have been brilliant. There is still some way to go but already the general levels of discomfort have reduced, the range of movement, whilst still restricted, is slowly improving and their overall stability is clearly strengthening. I can even measure the improvement through my golf which has seen a 2 shot reduction in handicap since treatment began!! If, like me, you are a little sceptical I would encourage you to at least try as, like me, you may well be surprised by the positive benefits. Plus the whole team are so easy to get on with and extremely welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Advanced Chiropractic Chelmsford for a number of weeks now. At my first consultation with Dr William I discussed my concerns and my aches and pains. The treatment I am receiving has made huge difference to my back, shoulders, hips and even my left leg that has been causing me a lot of discomfort meaning I was unable to enjoy running. I also see Frank the Massage Therapist at the clinic. Franks massage treatment is comfortable enough to stay relaxed throughout the massage whilst firm enough to make a difference. I can’t speak highly enough about William and Frank their treatments go hand in hand and thanks to them I am back to running 5km which is great for my overall health and fitness. The clinic is genuinely passionate in the care and treatment they give their patients, the reception team are super friendly and make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door, it creates such a lovely warm atmosphere. Clinics with this level of care are hard to come by, I can honestly say I am a patient for life and highly recommend them.

Positive experience: Last week I had 2 appointments with Xavier concerning a condition which was not allowing me to sleep. I had an appointment with Sorcha, who listened patiently to the problems with my left arm and the acute but intermittent pain. I call him the magician because I had my first appointment last week where I couldn’t sit down due to the acute pain in my back, but after my consultation and first treatment I left with a remarkable improvement in my mobility and a huge reduction in the pain. Fantastic experience: First time using a Chiropractor, and I’ve been extremely impressed and satisfied. Went in with a trapped / pinched nerve and after an initial consultation was presented with a very clear and detailed treatment plan. The plan has been followed and on top of the in house treatments Xavier has given me very effective “homework” / after care in the form of stretches and movements. I’m pleased to say this has seemed to relieve the nerve pain and tingling I was experiencing.
