Fantastic experience: I have had two sessions with John, and when talking through my injury, he helped me understand different reasons and issues around my injury, and anything historical that may have contributed to it. He also gave me a list of exercises to help rebuild and strengthen my weak areas, which has really helped. I walked away with a better understanding of my injury, and going forward what I need to do to prevent it happening again. A lot of what John said during our sessions stuck with me, and the importance of going to see an osteopath when something doesn't feel quite right! Would definitely re-book and recommend to anyone in the Chelmsford area.

Fantastic experience: I visited John earlier this year, having suffered Sciatica type symptoms for many years. Fantastic experience: After seeing different physiotherapists, chiropractors, etc. over the last few years with limited success, I decided to try Osteopathy for the first time and after reading John's reviews on line, I booked an appointment. Fantastic experience: After waking up with excruciating pain in my neck, I booked an appointment with John. After some initial questioning about symptoms and general health, he got to work. After the first session there was an immediate improvement and John followed up via email with any exercises that were discussed during the appointment. Fantastic experience: Before the treatment I had pain in the lower back extending down my right leg. I found sitting walking and sleeping very difficult. Over the years I’ve seen a number of different osteopaths but John is different. What I appreciate and love the most is the time he gave me to really understand my issues and what was going on, not had that to this extent with other people. Fantastic experience: My first experience with Osteopathy was fantastic, I was seen by the doctor, and the hospital was offered nothing but painkillers after suffering for 12 weeks of lower back and hip pain (sciatica) Seeing John from Chelmsford Osteopathy Clinic has given me back great movement in both. The pain relief has been amazing. i have a lot more range of movement, and this is without strong medication. Fantastic experience: After just 2 sessions, John has managed to get me out of suffering with quite severe neck pain and greatly improve the range of motion from about 30% to 90%! This is all within a week! I’ve seen other osteopaths and chiropractors in Chelmsford and around Essex before, but John’s approach is refreshingly different. Unlike some other practitioners who keep you on a lengthy treatment plan (8 to 12 sessions minimum), John is all about getting you pain-free as quickly as possible. His business model prioritises your well-being and your wallet, aiming for fewer sessions. It’s clear he’s genuinely focused on helping you, not on keeping you coming back unnecessarily and he's an all round decent bloke.
