Fantastic experience: Just want to say a huge thank you to Scarlett for treating me last week. I’ve recently returned to karate after a 30 year break. Was kicking fine, at head height for the first two months but then my groin locked up and I couldn’t kick above waist height for two weeks. Scarlett treated me on Wednesday and gave me some exercises to do at home. I trained for 2.5hrs this morning and my groin was so much looser and my kicking was getting back to where it was. Scarlett’s an absolute superstar!

Fantastic experience: Pain started in my forearm and worked its way to my shoulder and neck. The slightest movement would result in my shoulder cracking and I couldn't move my arm up my back further than waist level. After consulting with Paul, a plan was formed and over a period of weeks it started to ease and movement became a little easier after each session. It has taken 3 months but I am now back to full movement and pain free. I cannot recommend Paul and all who work with him highly enough. They truly are an exceptional team who make you feel part of their family.

Fantastic experience: Paul gives a very thorough and complete examination, which included an x-ray, which lead to a definative answere as to what was causing my issues, Paul was able , same for my wife, Paul was able to find an old injury in my wife's spine, her doctors had miss diagnosed as possibly Scoliosis when she was young (but hadn't been fully investigated before). Fantastic experience: After waiting two years to see an Orthopaedic Surgeon only to be told I have Bursitis and not arthritis I visited Paul and within two weeks of Chiropractic treatment I was feeling like a weight had been lifted off me. With treatment and exercises I feel alive again and fit enough to be going back to the gym regularly. Giving tablets and told to rest by GP, this was the very worst option for me.

Paul is a knowledgeable and skilled chiropractor and he and his reception team are always friendly and welcoming. I have slight scoliosis which had been causing me pain in my back and shoulder. Fantastic experience: I came to this chiropractor after having had both hips replaced in the last 10 years but this did not cure my limp and I was left walking with a stick. I am 83 years old and decided to try the this Chiropractor on the recommendation of a friend. I am a keen golfer and was determined to keep playing as long as I could and I am pleased to say that after only 6 weeks of treatment my walking, although still not perfect has considerably improved and I am back on the golf course after 3 years. Fantastic experience: I had a total freeze on my back, I could not walk, in fact I could not hardly move. I could not function at all. I contacted my doctor who's answer was to rest and give it time. I was in agony he answer was Tramadol. A work friend recommended mr to try Paul as he had sorted out my college. I gave it a go, with the view I had to do something, I could not work and sitting waiting for something to happen eventually was not an option. I visited the Clinic, had a consultation with X Rays which showed up a few problems. I was recommended three visits a week to start with. Within two weeks I could walk and drive again. The difference was amazing. I won't say I was pain free and still had to take tablets on a few occasion, but I was mobile again. As the weeks went on I got stronger and now I feel like I did before the total lock up. I no longer take pain killers. It is not a quick instant fix, but I can't ask for more. I totally respect the NHS but I feel I would still be crippled up if I had not tried this treatment. I thank Paul very much for giving me back my mobility and I have no hesitation in recommending him. Regards Derek
