Fantastic experience: Where to start, began my journey with inspired about two years ago and I cannot recommend this company more...accommodating, friendly and show great attention to detail. Ive had a combination of sports massages by Aaron and chiropractic sessions from Joe and from constant chronic pain, I'm now pain free, and back in the gym.....thanks for everything you have done for myself and others in my situation, regards Joe

Fantastic experience: I was recommended IH by a friend as I was struggling with my bad as I am a tradesman. I had an initial consultation with was very focused onto my outcomes. I was recommended a 15 session program at the outset I was not sure it was working tge first 5-6 sessions I was worried things were getting worse. At one point I thought about stopping but was reassured that it was part of the process. I stuck with it a glad I did, fast forward 2 months my back is so much better. I xan now manage my symptoms. They have given me daily skill to managing my problem. I feel I’m the classic no gain without pain. No pressure to book up more sessions plenty of flexibility in payment terms and can go as often or as little as you want. Always worked around my working day. Having spoken to fellow patients in the waiting room I have noticed some patients travel to great distances to see IH. For me that says it all. Plus a long list of people who recommend IH on reception desk to too say all you need to know. I have taken a break from treatment but that’s only due to personal financial reasons. But IH will be my back partner for life.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Gemma at Inspired Health for a while now and her care and advice has done wonders from my posture. From the superb service of the reception staff through to the chiropractors, I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Since my first interaction with inspired health, I have been treated so nicely. Everything is always well explained and they do everything possible to suit my diary and lifestyle. My main practitioner David has done a great job helping me with an old injury and keeping the rest of me in working order, and when I’ve seen the rest of the team they are all super friendly, give excellent treatment and make sure I am comfortable at all times. I always leave the practice feeling better and well cared for, and I’m always looking forward to my next appointment. If I do ever injure myself between appointments they always try their best to get me seen - thank you to the whole team!

Fantastic experience: Having been treated by both Gemma and Bobbie for some time, I can’t praise Inspired Health Chiropractic highly enough. I initially visited the clinic due to ongoing back issues which resulted in chronic pain. The team at Inspired Health took a great deal of care to identify the issue, and formulate a schedule of treatment. Within a few months I could move pain free. I felt that I had my life back, and I can’t thank Gemma and the team enough for such a great service. Treatment aside, all the staff are friendly, helpful, and polite. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Josh at Inspired Health Chiropractic and Wellbeing Centre highly enough. After a traumatic ankle injury where I broke part of my lower tibia and needed two pins inserted, I was facing a long and uncertain recovery. For the first six weeks I couldn’t bear any weight, but Josh got me working on safe, non-weight-bearing exercises early, which made a huge difference to my recovery. He created personalised rehab plans, pushed me when I needed it, and supported me the whole way through. He was always open to questions and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in what we were doing. I was preparing for a very physically demanding interview requiring strength, endurance, agility, and prolonged standing. Thanks to Josh’s expertise and support, I was fully mobile in just 13 weeks. I got the dream job and couldn’t have done it without Josh. I’ll forever be grateful for his role in my recovery and continued support. If you need a specialist to aid recovery from ANY injury - Josh is your guy! Get him booked!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Gemma's for a number of years now and cannot recommend the team at Inspired Health enough. Recently I suffered with a herniated disc and from my first appointment, everything was explained clearly which put me at ease. Thanks to Gemma and the team I am now (almost) painfree but my mobility is back to normal and in my eyesquite a short space of time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Felt as though some of the staff members were quite rude . Sam on the phone was very helpful in the end but another lady I spoke to called Ella wasn’t very helpful and I felt was quite rude to me on the phone. Was trying to find out more about the company but ended up deciding not to book in due to the experience I had.

Fantastic experience: Shockwave therapy is excellent and worth the money. You will notice the difference after the first session.

Fantastic experience: Good value, friendly, knowledgeable

Positive experience: I had a block of shockwave therapy treatment administered by Gemma, who was superb. Gemma was very informative and took a genuine interest in my wellbeing (not just the issue complained of). The treatment itself was effective and my elbow pain is significantly reduced. I have also been equipped with exercises to continue my pain management moving forwards. I, personally, would have benefited from some more flexible appointment times (as I was regularly travelling back from London to attend an early evening appointment). The practice did its best to ensure this did not impact my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Inspired for 10 years now and the thing that keeps me coming back is the team. Gemma is brilliant and makes you not only feel wonderful after your adjustment but also has a great manner that makes you feel comfortable and able to talk about life and how that's affecting your body. It's a credit to the owner, Alex, too, for ensuring such high quality graduates are taken on at the start of their careers and given the tools to flourish. Recently, I've also been in the care of Harrison for massage; he's great at listening to what needs to be your focus area(s) each time, not assuming that it's the same as the previous visit. He also is equally happy having a chat or let you relax.

Fantastic experience: Have recommended Inspired Health to so many people! My husband, parents, aunt.....and I are all regulars. All the staff are fantastic and really know their stuff - especially Gemma (chiro); Aaron (masseuse and personal trainer); and Sam (yoga teacher)...and reception are so helpful if I need to alter appointments etc. Thanks to the team I can carry on with my work, and life, comfortably and medication free. If youre in pain, or even just a bit stiff or 'not quite right' - talk to Inspired Health because I am positive they can help you feel so different! :-) The addition of yoga classes on site is fantastic - these are lovely, friendly, small size classes which are perfect for me to get back into yoga after a long break; appreciated the different pose options to ensure I didn't overdo it/could steadily and safely build my confidence

Fantastic experience: I have been using Inspired Health for a few years. They manage to keep on top of my back problems, aches and pains and manage to keep me moving (they also have to listen to me having a good moan occasionally too). As a landscaper my days can be pretty strenuous on my body but Aaron and Gemma always seem to get me standing back up straight again. Both Aaron and Gemma make me feel very at ease during our sessions and even though I’m sure that they enjoy finding those really painful spots, I generally leave feeling so much better than I did when I arrived and having had a good laugh as well. I have had treatments with other members of the team should either Aaron or Gemma be unavailable and it has always been a positive experience. The whole team are great and I would definitely recommend them to any one that is suffering with any aches, pains or creaks! Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Have used inspired health for many years now and have always found them to be very friendly and offer a great service. Gemma is fantastic and it has been lovely getting to know her over the years. Sadly due to distance I am unable to continue at Inspired but if I ever moved closer I wouldn’t hesitate a return visit.

Fantastic experience: Had shock treatment on my shoulder. Before treatment I could only put arm by my side.After a series of shock treatment i can now touch my shoulder blades .Completely fixed the shoulder, would recomend the treatment, it works.

Fantastic experience: I initially visited when I got a Facebook offer and was suffering with a sore knee. All the staff are so welcoming and personable, you feel like you've known them years. I carried on with the treatment with David and he explained the procedures to me. Over the weeks my injury is much better and now I'm on monthly wellbeing appointments which is great and can keep me in tip top condition!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing the David at Inspired Health Chiropractic in Roxwell for over 2 years, and I can honestly say it’s been life-changing. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The whole team is professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I met David at Inspired health stall in Moulsham and he explained how it works and offered a free assessment session. I couldn't say NO. During assessment session David took the time to really listen to my concerns and clearly explained what was going on with my back and neck pain. The treatment plan was tailored to me, and after just a few sessions, I started noticing real improvements—not just with the pain, but also with my posture and general wellbeing. David also recommended muscle massage therapy with Aaron which was excellent—relaxing and effective. Since I started this treatment, I am able to do things that I have not been able to do without pains for sustained periods of time like sitting, walking and working for over 20 years. What really sets Inspired Health apart is the personal touch: they remember your name, offer you a cup of tea, and treat you like a person, not just a patient. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Fantastic experience: Stretch class with Sports Therapist Aaron Greenidge. I can highly recommend this 50 min stretch class, Aaron is patient, takes time to explain each exercise and is extremely encouraging. I signed up to the six week course to improve my flexibility and no longer suffer from aching joints and feel much more energised. I plan to continue with the class as I’ve enjoyed it so much.

Fantastic experience: After a friend suggested Chiropractic services might help with my headaches, I came across Inspired Health and I'm so glad I did. I went for the introductory offer with Bobbi who was brilliant and then had the recommended course with her. Not only has it massively improved my headaches but also my lower back issue which i've had for years and been through multiple pain injections - wish I'd used chiropractors years ago. Bobbi has the magic touch and is able to explain the medical stuff in ways that I understand. In parallel I've also been seeing Sam the MT and it really has helped. I'm now on maintenance and will certainly be continuing. Inspired Health has a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere and I would certainly recommend them and definitely Bobbie to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Inspired Health since 2018 and I couldn’t recommend them more. I initially went to them for help with a herniated disc after medical procedures didn’t help, but they’ve also managed to help me so much with dealing with my fibromyalgia and Spondyloarthritis pain. Fantastic experience: I have been going to inspired health for over 5 years with back problems after trying everything! After my assessment Gemma said she could help. After about a week I started to see an improvement. My back improved so much and I could start bending etc. Something I hadn't been able to do for years! While seeing Gemma on a regular basis, I also started having back massages regularly as well. I now see Gemma (chiropractor)and Holly who is the massage therapist once a month. Both Gemma and Holly are lovely and will always listen to any problems with your body and try and help. I cannot praise them both enough. I am now able to walk, dance, swim and even go to the gym. Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, so understanding and kind. Everyone is really friendly and easy to get along with. Answers to questions where five straight away. Very flexible around my university schedule. I had had chiropractic work from here from just before Christmas 2023. I had always wanted to do it as I work in the equine industry and my back was extremely bad. I was nervous but Everyone made me feel so comfortable and everything was explain in detail. I now do massage on top of this Holly is lovely and will always make u feel comfortable and will be up for any conversation. Over all my back has been so much better would highly recommend for anyone who is on the fence

Fantastic experience: Such a great service. Friendly staff, peaceful environment, very knowledgeable and very accommodating. It all start at the front desk. Reception have been very patient with me. In keeping up with my change of diaries and sending reminders. I have received treatment mainly from Josh and Joe. Although the physio sessions are tough (which I love) I always feel amazing and pain free after leaving. The suction cups worked a treat and it really helped with the pain in my hands. I thoroughly recommend chiro and physio treatments here. Many thanks guys and keep up with the good work. All the best for the future.

Fantastic experience: I have been using IHCC for just under 6 years and have never had a bad service from any of the ciro’s I have been to. The last few years I have been under the amazing services of Gemma and she is the very best!! Although not sure if it’s the same Gemma as I read a review below that says she is “gentle”? not sure if there are two Joking aside all of the staff and the team here are top notch and I would not want to use anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Inspired Health for almost a year now and am very pleased with the treatments and professionalism at the practice. My chiropractor is David and he has been extremely helpful in relieving my pain, specifically in my neck, shoulders, and back from prior swimming and repetitive strain injuries. I have also had sports massages with James which furthermore helped me loosen up and ease my pain. I used to have to take paracetamol and ibuprofen multiple times every day to be able to function. My pain would often prevent me sleeping and doing the things I love. Now I am much more free and do not rely on paracetamol to get me through my days, nor do I have daily headaches anymore. The benefits that I have received from Inspired Health are life-changing. These results were even more clear to me following the first Coronavirus lockdown. During the first lockdown, I was unable to attend any sessions and thus I felt a lot of my pain return. After re-opening, it was quick to get back to a level where I would often not notice any significant pain for days at a time. I currently continue to attend the practice on a weekly basis and cannot thank the staff enough for the freedom that they have given back to my life. As a whole, everyone at the practice is extremely friendly and helpful. They have been very accommodating to me and truly care about all of their clients. I would recommend them to anybody. Amendment (January 26th, 2024): Aaron has now been my massage therapist since he started at Inspired Health and has always been wonderful!! He helps significantly with my primary issues and any secondary problems that come up. He's genuinely a very lovely person and we always have entertaining conversations during our sessions. I always look forward to my next booking with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to start getting massages!!

Fantastic experience: Gemma is the best!! The thought of being clicked and cracked makes me shudder but Gemma is super gentle, the gentlest Chiropractor I’ve seen! Gemma also helped massively when I had lower back and hip pain when I was pregnant. With my first I could barely walk and was in terrible pain but, with Gemma’s help, I was able to enjoy a pain free and active second pregnancy. Thank you Gemma! X

Gemma is the best at what she does for all things back (& body) correction! Aaron, who I see for a monthly massage really helps my body feel great. He is courteous, knowledgeable and has a great technique which is impactful without you even realising! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Inspired Health I received my 7th session today. ( Abbie)is really talented. It's like there are pain buttons in my body and Abbie directly finds those pain buttons and helps me relax. I have a herniated disc in L4 and L5, spinal cord stenosis and severe pain from my waist to my right leg. I take 3 amitriptyline and 8 cocodamol a day, but I still have a lot of pain. I think Abbie's fingers are magic, I really feel relief on the days she touches my waist. I'm glad I met you, Abbie's you added beauty to my life thanks to your smiling face and experience. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Inspired Health for the last 6 years, and for the last 3 years or so have been treated by Gemma. She sorted out an incredibly painful disc problem, and now gives me monthly wellbeing to keep everything in check. Like many women, I carry a lot of stress and tension in my neck, but every month Gemma straightens me out, even when I feel I'm beyond help! I look forward to seeing her, and we chat about our mutual passions...gardening and rock music! The former is probably a contributory factor to my dodgy neck! Caroline and Sam on reception are always so welcoming and cheerful, and very helpful if you need an extra session slotted in, or have to move an appointment. My husband sees Gemma too, and he's also very impressed with her. Don't put up with pain and discomfort...go to Inspired Health and they'll welcome you and do their best to put you right!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place with such a friendly and professional vibe. Always a lovely welcome from front desk and my awesome chiropractor, Joe. Some people might say, "Hey, if you've been going for so long, doesn't that mean they haven't 'fixed' you?" It just doesn't work that way. My pain is so far reduced from the i irial assessment, when I started attending that, most of the time, it's nonexistent. I go monthly to keep a check on things and release any tension - Joe always knows when I'm stressed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend these guys enough, I've been coming to Gemma for over a year now and however I manage to break myself, she always fixes me! She frequently puts up with me squirming every time she cracks my back and is sympathetic to me being a wimp when I am particularly broken. Reception staff are all so lovely and extremely helpful! Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t recommend this place and specifically Bobbie enough! I have been going to see Bobbie for about 6 months so far and wow what a difference she has made. I was a little unsure about seeing a Chiropractor to start with but she answered all my questions and put me at ease straight away. All the team members are lovely and you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. The treatment is always excellent and I always feel so much better after going. Bobbie has a genuine talent and you can tell she is passionate about her job. You don’t feel rushed at all during the appointment and are always made to feel important. Fantastic experience: I’ve have a damaged neck since birth and have struggled with neck, shoulder and arm pain for years. After many visits and injections from the hospital my husband bought me a course of care with David. I was sceptical at first but can hand on heart say it has made such an improvement so much so I have self discharged myself from all hospital care regarding quarterly treatment. I attended fortnightly now and am beyond happy with not being in pain and not having to keep taking painkillers. I would 100% recommend a visit
