Fantastic experience: I saw Chris a few weeks about with a running gait appt. I’m glad I did, I got a bit lost over running and how to improve what plan to do etc. Chris looked at my running technique, listened to what I’m doing and looked at my Garmin results too. I walked away with a great running plan and have enjoyed starting it the last few weeks. Glad I booked the appt and got what I needed to improve running.

Fantastic experience: I had not exercised properly for several years and struggled with frequent back pain that once in spasm, persisted for 4-8 weeks each time. Enough was enough! I saw Chris regularly for 3 months and joined a gym. It’s now 8 months later and I’m still using what I learnt with Chris in the gym 4/5 days a week. His guidance inspired me to keep going. And I feel so much better. I deliberately held off writing a review until now so I could be honest on the genuine impact it’s had. I haven’t been to Forte or had any contact with them for 4 months and still felt compelled to write this review of their fantastic service! Occasionally, my back still does go into spasm BUT, it’ll be because I’ve slightly overdone it in the gym or been working in the garden all weekend. The best bit being, it now only lasts 1-2 days instead of weeks! I would highly recommend Forte to anyone with an injury, discomfort or needing a change!

Fantastic experience: Am under the care of 'Ash' the physio, and can't thank her enough for how she is helping me with my condition. I have been treated and advised by her for three week now, and my pain symptoms are almost non-existent. She comes across as very professional and has an extremely pleasing manner. Fantastic experience: I have been going to see Chris for many years each time that I have injured myself. I fell backwards and injured my back last December. I saw Chris and, after a few weeks, he suggested that I saw Aishwarya, a physiotherapist who also does dry needling. I am back at the gym and am able to walk much further than I could initially. They are extremely knowledgeable, explain what they are doing and why and very friendly and polite. I would recommend Forte Physical Health highly.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Chris, the Principal Osteopath. I have been visiting him for about a year and can say it is the best I have felt for a long time. It is not just the physical treatment I appreciate, it is the significance that Chris places on what I should be doing exercise wise to help myself. For me, I don't just want a half hour treatment, I want to be taking away positive things that I can be doing in my everyday life. Chris is excellent at this.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Forte has proved exceptional. My engagement initially was with Gemma. So I was tad concerned when the therapist changed but have found Lauren to be both professional and supportive. A great replacement and sports massage expert. If anyone needs a sports massage try her. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Chris Branch was highly recommended to me and as soon as I met him I could see why. He is a highly professional and skilled clinician with excellent communication skills and great patient empathy. When I first went to see him I’d been in so much pain I’d had sleep deprivation and was in a bad place. He calmly explained everything so clearly talking about “ unravelling “ the problem, I instantly knew I was in the right place. I really cannot recommend him enough Thank you Chris!

Various from IT band to lower back to hamstrings all the main ones that runners get !! And I’ve gone to Chris as my no one Guru with unquestionable knowledge and experience and of course his magic hands !! Not only does he fix your complaint but he also wants to help you to help yourself to prevent it happening again !! A proper honest gentleman! Fantastic experience: I first went to Chris back in 2018 for help with a frozen shoulder. One visit was enough and doing the recommended exercises worked! Back again this year with hip bursitis and tight glut. With a few sessions and encouragement from Chris, I’m now doing strength training with a PT in local gym! The treatment and the advice he’s given has definitely been a life changer.

Fantastic experience: From the reception, through to treatment, the whole experience was professional & courteous. The clinic was clean, air conditioned & spacious and has it's own parking too. As well as the treatment, I was given advice & exercises to do before my follow-up appointment. The clinic accepts card payments & cash.

Fantastic experience: I have seen a couple of the therapists at Forte, and they have always made me feel safe and supported, I can highly recommend them for any acute or chronic problems.

Fantastic experience: Chris and team are professional, knowledgeable, kind and positive. I visited recently for a shoulder problem and after a couple of treatments and doing the exercises it's much better. Osteopathy has changed, no more the crunching a cracking of your joints, it's gentle rhythmic massage with some deep manipulations, not painful. I recommend this type of therapy. Fantastic experience: Went for a first appointment for RSI with Chris. Simply incredible. Listened carefully, very calm and then offered helpful advice. Worked on my back and shoulders and arms and explained connections between different parts. Provided exercises via video and Youtube (for a secondary issue which he was kind enough to offer help on as well even though the session was meant for RSI). Already booked a 2nd appointment and feeling super happy. The receptionist was lovely and kind and the atmosphere of the place is superb as well. 10/10 overall for everything.

Fantastic experience: I've seen Niro on and off for a few years now when needed and would highly recommend. I even took my 11 years old daughter who's Autistic to see him, he was amazing with her. His manner is professional but friendly. I've previously had a negative experience with another well known clinic in Chelmsford, felt as if they were just interested in the money and doing more treatments than needed, i have never had this with Niro. Great staff, lovely place, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Chris several times in relation to running injuries. Not only is he helpful and knowledgeable on the injury I have presented with but he is very keen to advise on how I can help myself with my running in the long term - he has made me think differently about how I run and what my long term aims are. Chris very much sees the "whole picture" and will send helpful videos and links to you by email after your consultation if necessary.

Fantastic experience: Amazing treatment to help me recover from a sports injury. James Di Cicco is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will be going back the next time I manage to injure myself! Highly recommended

Negative experience: First time user of this clinic. There are three reasons why I was not happy after my visit. I have had sports massages before, but never have I been left completely uncovered during the one hour treatment. Usually if the top half of the body is being worked on, the bottom half is covered. When the bottom half is being worked on, the top half is covered. By the end of the hour, my body was cold. I mentioned this to Gemma and she said that since ‘covid’, they did not use blankets. Why not? Other clinics I have attended, just laundry the used blankets. Gemma indicated that the session was over. I told her that my neck was stiff and I asked her if she could do a little massage on my neck. SHE REFUSED. There was 5 minutes of the 60 minute session left. I was so disappointed that she refused to do this small request. On the couch where I was required to lie, was placed a sheet of paper. This was soon torn. I consider this un hygienic. Again I think that toweling should be used. I guess that this would increase their laundry bill –but then I am sure that they will just pass it on to their clients.

Fantastic experience: Saw James P today who was very helpful and gave me instant relief after treatment and some homework to be getting on with until my next visit. I have also seen Chris in the past regarding a separate issue and still have the videos on my phone with the stretches to refer to when I need to stretch out. Great place and great team. I've never been one for going to these sorts of places and was a little apprehensive as to what to expect compared to your standard gp visit however, it's nothing like that and I have 100% confidence that my current issue will be resolved as was the previous.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Forte highly enough. Niro was my osteopath for several months and was very warm, professional and thorough. His suspected diagnosis was confirmed by an MRI and he helped me to manage my pain via treatment until I needed to have surgery to resolve the problem fully. The ​practice is very clean and covid safe. Should I need an osteopath again I won't hesitate to go back.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Niro for osteopathy on and off for 2 years now. I have a recurring back issue from a childhood sports injury which is further exacerbated by the strain that pregnancy and breastfeeding puts on my body, meaning I need some work 1 or 2 times a year, and he's always been able to help me in a couple of sessions. He does really good soft tissue work as well as manipulation (i.e. when your back cracks). Initially I was a bit worried seeing a male osteopath as previously I have gone to centres that specialise in women's care, but Niro is super professional and kind, and I would recommend him to anyone that is having back,/neck/hip etc pain.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered bad back for a number of years. And although I still have issues now again, it’s so much more manageable since I have received treatment here. My back has improved a million percent. There has been occasions where I can barely walk in the door due to my back pain, and once seen by Niro, there is an immediate improvement. I would go as far to call their treatment life changing.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Chris with an injury that just wouldn't go away just over 2 weeks before I was due to run a 2 day, 33 miles/day ultra race. I fully expected to have to pull out of the race but Chris identified the root cause of the injury and gave me some physio and some stretches to do which produced an almost instant improvement. I completed the race with no issues from my injury either during or after. I would have no hesitation in recommending Forte Physical Health to anyone but especially runners!
