Fantastic experience: Been going here since January, all the staff are lovely and they do really care about all their patients they are very understanding and are happy to help... Stuart's help my back so much since I started going here its really worth it.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Stuart on a regular basis for many years. After having a spinal fusion I had a lot of back pain. I visited Stuart who has managed over the years to stabilise my back. I do believe I am upright because of the care I receive at Spinal & Natural. The team are all friendly and helpful. A work colleague told me about Spinal & Natural Healthcare and how she had found the excellent service and benefits of being a patient with back problems. I took the plunge and made my first appointment back in November 2023 with Stuart. From our first meeting I found him to be friendly, understanding and above all knowledgeable of my back pain condition. He took his time to explain my treatment plan and my progression as the months followed. I cannot thank Stuart and his team enough for their care and ongoing support. I feel a definite improvement to my overall quality of life.

Fantastic experience: Stumbled upon Spinal and Natural Health care via a free spinal health check advert on Facebook. From the first appointment Stuart was very friendly and upfront with what the possible issues with my condition and back could be, to getting an overview with what was wrong and establishing what would be the best course of treatment. He has been fantastic with me and ran through everything with a great degree of knowledge and understanding. I am now 3 weeks into correction and treatment and I am already seeing a great improvement to my spinal condition and to my quality of life, cannot recommend Stuart and his team highly enough. Also the payment plans have made it so much more affordable than expected which has been a great relief

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this clinic for a few weeks after having an initial examination and x-rays. Already I have felt a difference in my movement, I had a problem at the top of my spine and had difficulty in holding my head back and this has vastly improved. I would recommend a visit.

Fantastic experience: I visited Stuart as I was having quite a few issues that I was seeing Physiotherapists for but didn’t seem to be seeing any improvement. Stuart assured me that with his treatment he could address my issues and also help with some long term underlying problems too. After only a few visits I was starting to see improvements and felt much better. I would highly recommend anyone that has been struggling with any pain or mobility issues to pay Stuart a visit.

Fantastic experience: I have known Stuart for a number of years and he has a fantastic knowledge of chiropractic care combined with great practical and communication skills. He has made a significant difference to my back problems alleviating aching and numbness, giving me a wider range of movement and better posture. On top of this he is prepared to go the extra mile to make sure that his patients know the best plan of action and is always at the end of the phone if you take an unexpected turn for the worse. Would recommend very highly.

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say, was a bit weary at first, I have big issue's with my neck and back, have for years! Was told to get one with it, nothing can be done! I am quite an active person, went for an assessment with Stuart, 7 weeks on the stiffness and pain I have suffered with for over 10 year's, has massively improved, cannot recommend Stuart enough, He is funny and makes you feel very at ease..........well worth every penny

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Stuart for over a decade now and he has helped to keep my slightly dodgy back in good shape - I don't suffer with it now like I used to. He has also treated one of my children from an early age as she likes to spend most of her time upside down! The whole team are really friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I first went to see Stuart when I was in a pretty bad way. I couldn’t stand up straight, was leaning quite severely to one side, had incredible sciatica and couldn’t walk across my living room. I had visited a physiotherapist at the GP practice and hadn’t received any help, other than to wait and see if I got better with a few exercises that in actual fact, were making me worse. I waited and waited but nothing was improving. Quite the opposite, I was getting worse by the day! My mental health was taking a battering, I had only slept for 2 hours a night, in 20 minute intervals for 6 weeks and the pain was so severe I didn’t know how I could face another day. After taking X-rays to find out what was going on, Stuart found I was in a worse state than we first thought and he decided he would treat me for 4 weeks and if I hadn’t made any improvement at all, he would refer me on. All I could do was hope and trust in him. Stuart has genuinely changed my life. I’ve now completed my first 4 weeks of treatment and I have made great strides in my recovery. I’m standing straighter, in less pain and am a completely different person to the one who walked into Stuart’s clinic just a few short weeks ago. I can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me so far. I am able to see a light at the end of this particularly dark tunnel. I couldn’t recommend Stuart enough to anyone who needs help and feels hopeless. I wouldn’t be here today without Stuart. Sounds dramatic, but it’s true. Above all else, Stuart is so kind, warm and caring, it feels like visiting a friend 3 times a week, with the added benefit of repairing a broken down body.

Fantastic experience: Very thorough investigation to my issues. Full explanation of problem and proposed treatment. After only one session I had regained pain relief and a lot more motion. After 10 treatments totally out of pain and able to return to activities I hadn’t been able to do for a long time. Can’t thank Stuart enough for this.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Stuart now for about 5 weeks with a herniated disc and excruciating sciatica. In the little time I have been going there I have made big steps on the road to recovery. I’m not pain free but feel like I’m able to cope a lot easier than before and can see light at the end of the tunnel, it’s not gonna be a quick fix but this was all explained by Stuart about how we was going to achieve the best results for me. I find Stuart welcoming , friendly and always ready to answer any questions you may have. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend his service’s.

Fantastic experience: I've seen a few chiropractors/osteomyologist's in my time, but when I found Stuart more than 20 years ago and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He's calm, reassuring & professional. He absolutely knows his stuff and even picks up and corrects areas I never even knew I had problems with. I always end up noticing how much better/lighter I feel afterwards with a greater range of movement, more aligned posture and an easier gait. I really would highly recommend Stuart, but don't all rush at once, lol, I want to make sure I can still get my appointments Stuart if you read this, thank you for making me better each time!

Fantastic experience: OK, so I am very much a "drug it and shut up" kind of guy. However, a friend of mine recommended Stuart from here. I was in constant pain and had 3 prolapsed discs, osteoarthritis, facet joint syndrome and Stenosis of the spine. Stuart not only recognised the issues and talked me through all the treatments on offer (before I had any of it confirmed by MRI) but also went on to treat me regularly and reduce the pain I was in. Yes I still have all the issues, but the pain is manageable and although I still see my Chiropractor regularly, the amount of times have been reduced, the amount of pain I am in has been reduced, the drugs I take have been reduced, I really cannot recommend this practice highly enough. They are all friendly and extremely knowledgable, far more so than I would have ever given them credit for. Add to that the fact that your first appointment (talk through the symptoms and what you expect to achieve following a brief examination) is £19! and it is not really a choice, I spend more than that on pain relief every fortnight.
