Fantastic experience: Jason at Sky Studios Elstree was amazing. He did a really good job at easing up my pain in my neck, my shoulders and my back in general. I did two sessions and I barely have any pain in there anymore whereas I started off having so much pain that I couldn’t even turn my head on the side and couldn’t sleep. He also recommended some after sessions care, which were some exercises to prevent my muscles from getting trapped again. Really happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: I saw Adam at the Flying Physios at Pinewood Studios primarily because my son had used them a number of times and they had always sorted him out. At 63 I had taken up the sport of Padel and of course injured my left ankle. As Pinewood is so close, the convenience of using the Flying Physios was my first consideration. It was easy to book by phone or online and even more importantly rearrange an appointment. My consultations were always professional, positive and informative. I had 4 sessions in total, the first three weekly then the fourth after 3 weeks.My treatment consisted of massage, supportive taping and increasingly challenging exercises. I went from being in considerable pain most of the time to pain free living over a period of 6 weeks. At no time did I feel pressured to have needless sessions or treatments. The obvious up side is you get treated and healed much faster than if you waited for an NHS physio appointment. Highly recommend the Flying Physio team. LMC

Fantastic experience: Adam is a gem! I came in with recurring episodes of lower back pain. Any incorrect movement or stress would put me in alot of pain for weeks, however Adam was really helpful. He helped me to gain back the confidence to exercise, he not only explained me how to correct the problem but also told me what exactly was wrong with my lower back and where additional pressure caused pain. I had 5 sessions over a course of 3 months, and I could feel incredible improvement in myself. He was always approachable with phone calls and emails. Joanne is extremely good with booking appointments and rescheduling. I also got to have 1 session with Natalie, who is really good at her job and made me feel really comfortable! Thank you all and would definitely recommend Flying physios for recovery sessions to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Excellent!

Negative experience: I called The Flying Physios Iver as it is close to my parents. I left a message, and a few days later a lady called me back. I explained I needed the physio for my Dad who was on palliative care at the time, but has since passed away. We just wanted to make Dad more comfortable, so thought it was worth a try. Having explained all of this to the lady, she said she would call me back on the Monday as she needed to speak to the physiotherapist to see if they would be able to help Dad. Given the conversation I had with her the very least I expected was a courtesy phone call back to let us know. To which I heard nothing. Very poor customer service and communication. Avoid if you want a professional service with people who actually want to help people.

I leave the clinic feeling amazing! April is professional, super knowledgeable and listened to my needs, she also gave me lots of advice and always done a follow up with me after a session! As well as relieving some of the pain in my shoulder and giving me exercises, Natalie explained exactly how the pain was being caused and made sense of it to me. Fantastic experience: Visited Jason at Pinewood Studios and had a very interesting and informative chat. He really helped me understand how to work on small things daily to help keep my back/posture in check and avoid having any issues going forward. The sports massage was very good and have had no problems since! Overall I felt very comfortable and would visit again if I have any problems.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Flying Physio over the past 3 years and Jason has kept me in "Tip Top" condition for hockey, walking challenges and last year achieving one of my bucket list the Inca Trail. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Jason for about 6 months now - first with a very painful neck, shoulder and back condition (which he totally sorted after months of pain) and now golfer's elbow - I can't rate him highly enough! Professional, engaging, helpful and really knowledgeable - he works with you to understand the root cause which then helps you to help yourself. Post appointment he's always in touch just to check in. Would recommend him to literally anyone who will listen!

Fantastic experience: Been using the flying physios now for the past 5 months after finding a discount voucher on Groupon. The staff are very professional and the facility is very tidy. I have been through my fair share of sports massages and physios due to being a triathlete but I have found the staff hear really listen to what I say is wrong with me and work with me to get it corrected. Highly recommended. One note remember to bring ID with you as you end up going into Pinewood Studios so reception require I'D for security purposes.
