Fantastic experience: I have had a really bad back, in two different areas of my back, and groin pain too, after five sessions with Chris my lower back is better and we are now working on the upper part of my back and groin pain too. I went for my 5th session today, totally in pain and walked out without pain. Thank you Chris. I must not forgot Cash ( not such how to spell his name ) for his original assignment. My appointments are on going, but I have every faith that Chis will sort my pain out at long last. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I’ve had Physiotherapy and acupuncture with Tom Green. It has helped with my pain from a trapped nerve but we are still working towards a solution. Tom is very kind, patient and professional and very understanding of my complex problem.

Fantastic experience: Every time that I attend my appointment, I receive fine advice in order to aid my recovery The treatment is very thorough and I can see the improvement over the few weeks since starting the course. I would recommend this organisation to anyone who suffers pain.

Negative experience: I paid for a course of 6 and after 3 sessions the chiropractor actually injured my back. I then changed to another chiropractor at the clinic which he eased my back but 2 weeks later my back is no different than before.im in total pain still and £300 worst off .wouldn't recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have both benefitted from the professional treatment by Tom Green. My husband in particular could hardly walk 15 yards in July 2021 due to stenosis. After physio and regular massage, he was able to walk 150 miles in 10 days last month.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend The Medical at MSN & Bath. Rachael has worked her magic on my back and neck following a RTA. Rachael is informative and listens, which is comforting when in pain. In addition to this the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The exercise program giving is excellent and onsite parking is a huge benefit

Fantastic experience: A good experience with Rachel during an MoT introduction session. Very informative and professionally conducted. I was more than a little impressed with the level technology used and Rachel's knowledge and professionalism. It seems I'm in need of new stabilisers, a main pump refurbishment, strengthening of the mainframe, but otherwise looking OK for a '46 model. Awaiting a report.

Fantastic experience: I had 12 sessions with Rachel Storr at the end of 2020 for long term upper hamstring and rotator cuff shoulder issues. The sessions really made a difference and I would be pleased to recommend Rachel. The clinic was also very careful to ensure strict controls for COVID protection.

Fantastic experience: I have consulted Rachel Storr about a number of problems over several years. I am always impressed by her professionalism, her knowledge, her communication and her exceptional ability to logically and progressively investigate the source of a problem and to then apply various techniques to relieve and eradicate pain and discomfort. She then provides realistic rehabilitation exercise to avoid recurrence. I am massively disappointed that she is leaving, although I wish her only the very best, and I know that her new clients will enjoy the best physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: Rachel Storr is outstanding. I am 72 and exercise vigorously both in organised classes and at home. At times, I overextend parts of my body and her ability to untangle me (break up scar and inflamed tissue) has been a revelation. Really sorry to see her go. Cornwall has gotten a great one. Fantastic experience: Rachael Storr treated me for a very nasty trapped nerve in my neck earlier this year. I was unable to use my left arm and was in excruciating pain. I was unable to work, couldn’t sleep or drive and was struggling with the simplest personal care tasks. Rachael was nothing short of amazing and was quickly able to assess me and start appropriate treatment both hands on and exercises to do at home. I was able to significantly reduce my pain meds after two weeks and she had me pain free after 5 sessions. She is a lovely person and it was great being treated by her. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Rachael Storr on and off for several years. I cannot begin to say how fantastic she is at getting to the root of the problem whether it’s my back or my legs or both. She recommended a great regime of rehab exercises which really help. The treatments have always been effective, and she always goes the extra mile. Rachael is very personable and treats her patients with respect and kindness. I can’t recommend her strongly enough!

Fantastic experience: I've seen Rachael at the clinic both here and in Bath for a few years for a lower back problem and she's been brilliant. One of the only people ever to have truly helped me with my lower back problems. She really takes the time to understand your situation and work with you to find a solution that fits you and your lifestyle. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I went here to seek advice on a specific sports injury to my thigh muscle. The whole process was very smooth and the physio Agnes understood the problem and gave great advice - which i am now following. The booking and communiction staff and system were great - your agreed exercise plan is emailed to you with diagrams and video links. And the staff in the centre were great also.

Fantastic experience: Referred here after a RTA, very welcoming environment and the physiotherapy treatment given by Agnes has been brilliant. I was in so much pain before and now I'm pain free.

Negative experience: I used this place 10 years ago & was convinced then, it was here I received multiple spinal injury. For many reasons, I was again referred to them & was assured that I would be fine this time. I had a treatment on Mon 10th June 2019 & have ended up in hospital with Neurological problems, blackouts & fits! ****A Warning**** If you think you have ANY Neuro issues, DON'T GO HERE, IT WILL MAKE YOU WORSE!!!!!!****

Fantastic experience: I called My practicioner A Miracle Worker, I went to her hardly able to walk and in great pain ! She was able to manipulate and work the lower back so that I could walk without any pain. Worth every penny ! As I'm now pain-free in that area Professional, Friendly Service Thoroughly recommend them without hesitation. Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Sports Injury Therapist Rachel Storr, at The Medical Midsomer for approximately two years. Rachel helped me since I had an accident which damaged a tendon (Supertenatus) in the rotator cuff of my left shoulder. Rachel had diagnosed this before the result of my MRI scan. Over time with physio and with an operation my shoulder is now close to being back to normal, whilst treating me for this Rachel has treated damage to my lower back which I injured sometime ago. The lower back pain had made me feel very down at times, I now feel like a new person as the lower back pain is gone. I cannot thank Rachel enough for her help and would recommend Rachel to anyone who has similar problems, I find her easy to talk to and very understanding.

Fantastic experience: Joanne Jewett is the best chiropractor I've ever had. She puts me right 99% of the time on one visit. I've been going to her for years and would reluctantly use anyone else. The receptionists are always so welcoming and polite giving full empathy when you're in agony. I highly recommend The Medical especially Joanne.
