Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Rob now for a couple of years, after trying other practicioners, and I will say the first visit I had I was amazed by the techno gadgetry he used to check out my body, before he started manipulation and pointed out all the things that were going wrong in my back, thankfully since starting there has been multiple improvements in my well-being, and I know visit regularly once a month, for a maintenance to avoid any major issues like I've had in the past, highly recommended.

Until I ran Rob @ MyChiro who straight away could tell I was in a lot of pain just over the phone and booked me in for the end of the day! Negative experience: Mallly cancelled on 1st appointment literally 5 minutes before session as she had dislocated her knee and had no one to help her. Strange as she is based at the doctors practice. 15 minutes later I received a call asking if I could come back as knee was now perfectly ok. 2nd appointment received a message stating she had changed the time as she had a meeting. Would have been nice to have been given an option if that was convenient for me. Directions were awful and whilst speaking on the phone to get directions, Mally was very disinterested, sighed and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I declined the appointment as I felt very uncomfortable and nervous. This was a Groupon voucher which she had previously redeemed even though the appointment didn't take place.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing extremely sore and achy hips accompanied by mechanical back pain. The pain was so severe that I was unable to carry out my regular duties at work, I decided to search for a chiropractor and luckily I found Rob. I cannot thank him enough for his outstanding service, he had to refer me for an X-ray before adjusting me as he noticed my muscles in my lower back were contracting in an odd way. The X-ray was cheap (£50 to be exact), the X-ray revealed that I had twisted my pelvis. I've been visiting Rob for regular adjustments for nearly two months now. Since the initial adjustments I've been able to make a full return to my role at work, I'm already starting to experience minimal pain in comparison to the searing pain I felt before visiting Rob. Fantastic experience: I have various injuries, all from about 20 years ago that I’ve never really dealt with properly. After signing up for a charity trek to Everest Base Camp I was worried my old injuries would stop me completing the trip, as while training my knee and lower back had really started to hurt. I started a course with Rob to address my long standing injuries. After 14 days of continuous walking to and from Base Camp, up to 9 hours a day, I experienced no pain from my old injuries. Fantastic experience: I suffer from chronic neck pain due to my posture at work. I have tried all sorts of alternative therapies, physio, osteo, massages, and even a chiropractor 2 years ago which did put me off slightly due to the neck adjustment. Rob was aware of that and made me feel very comfortable and eased in with the neck adjustments. Within 4 weeks of treatment my pain levels went from a daily average of 7 to 4 and after another 2 weeks it is now at a 1. I am so so grateful that I am no longer in constant pain. Fantastic experience: I met Rob after moving to the area recently. I have suffered, for what seems like, all of my adult life with severe lower back pain. Fantastic experience: I recently hurt my back and was in considerable pain which is why I reached out to Rob and My Chiro. I’ll be honest having never had a full Course of Chiro before (I had visited another chiropractor once before) I was sceptical about its benefits and the results it could provide. It took a while and Robs advice was to be patient but after 2 weeks of intense treatment it was like I had a totally different back! It felt allot more stable, more flexible and the pain subsided more and more with each visit - genuinely I have been impressed with the results! Fantastic experience: I felt I met Rob just in time as long term pain in my hip and lower back was slowly shutting me down. Rob is very professional and I was very happy with my in depth consultation, no other therapist of any sort had done this before. Negative experience: what a rude man. i travelled an hour to see him,. having filled out loads of internet form, yet more forms on arrival, and because i asked if he had a shield rather than a face mask, or could he speak up because i have slight hearing loss he accused me of being aggressive... i walked out and he is now bombarding me with texts.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Rob now for about 3 months with a tight and aching hip! Simply put he's worked wonders, I'm back to playing football twice a week and enjoying the gym again as I'm in a lot better frame of mind without the pain I've been suffering. Fantastic experience: I first started seeing Rob for chiropractic treatment in May 2021 after being recommended to him by my Dad. For the last 10 or so years since I was about 14/15 years old, I have suffered from horrible chronic tension headaches on a daily basis, sometimes to the point that I ended up in tears from the pain. I constantly felt I was being fobbed off by my doctors, including a Neurologist, who just told me to "relax" and take medication - going from Naproxen to Amitriptyline and most recently to Nortriptyline. My GP was going to prescribe me Topiramate next as, despite taking the tablets on a daily basis at a high dose for the last 3 or so years, they just weren't working and were giving me so many side effects. But luckily I found Rob! Within the first assessment, he identified that I had a mild curve in my mid-spine and issues with the vertebrae in the top of my neck, which were likely the causes of my headaches. After seeing him for the last 4 weeks, I have completely come off of the prescription medication and my headaches have improved IMMENSELY! I cannot believe it!! Rob is so kind and friendly, and so patient. He explains things in such a simple way and I will be forever grateful for how his treatment has changed my life. Fantastic experience: I started to see Rob 6 weeks ago after having my 2nd shoulder operation in FEB 2021 and still being in extreme pain even though I was taking 8 codines ,2 naproxine and 4 amatriptolines every day . I am now pain free and have stopped taking all the pain killing medication and have loads more energy and not getting home from work and falling asleep by 7.30 pm . I made an appointment with Rob, because I heard chiropractic is amazing for back pain and that I had. I also was experiencing extremely bad migraines that would keep me out of work for days on end. If you have ever had a migraine, you’d know my pain. My back was so sore. My neck was extremely tense due to the migraines. I was not sleeping, a good nights sleep would consist of 5 hours. He has helped me immensely both physically and mentally encouraging me to seek a diagnosis, offering advice on ways to relax using breathing. Having seen other chiropractors far more local to where I live I decided try Rob at my chiro. To see him I do a 25 mile round trip which shows how highly I rate him. He is a chiropractor who truly cares about peoples wellbeing and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I started treatment with Rob back in October and I found out I have scoliosis. I was experiencing back, neck and hip pain and sciatica. Over the few months that I have been receiving treatment my symptoms have reduced greatly making daily tasks easier to complete and my pain has reduced. Fantastic experience: I’ve been suffering from lower back pain for a number of years and whilst running on a treadmill 8 weeks ago I seriously injured my lower spine. I found My Chiro on a local search, and have been one of Rob’s clients for 6 weeks. I can honestly say my lower back pain has gone and I’m now able to run 3-4 times a week averaging 6 miles a run. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic practice this is, starting with a warm friendly welcome at reception to set the tone I have been to several different practices over the last few years without a huge amount of confidence in the chiropractor being able to alleviate or fix my issues The initial consultation with Rob has already given me the belief that this will no longer be the case. Robs thorough assessment of myself was something I’ve not experienced with any other chiropractor before. This is due to some scanning technologies which My Chiro have available to them. Once your back is scanned by 2 different scanners which show exactly where in the back you have any muscle tightness & tension (by scanning electrical pulses & heat) Rob ran through all the findings on the computer and talked through the process of moving forward & correcting them After my 1st correction I already feel more mobile especially in my neck where I suffer a lot of tightness from stress Although it’s only been 1 session and I will repost after a few more. I can honestly not recommend My Chiro enough to anyone that is suffering with any form of stiffness or pain
