Fantastic experience: After months of shoulder pain Patrick was able to diagnose me within 15 minutes. He wrote to my GP requesting a referral for blood tests to support the diagnosis. I am now on a treatment plan and pain free thanks to him! I felt comfortable from the second I walked into the practice, he explained everything clearly to me and was professional and caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone for treatment/diagnosis.

Fantastic experience: When I experienced lower back pain a friend recommended that I visit Patrick. What excellent advice that was. Patrick diagnosed a muscle spasm and set about a programme of massage and exercises. The spasm became less intense after a couple of weeks and then disappeared altogether. Patrick is a very personable practitioner and I appreciated that his treatment room was air conditioned on very hot days! Christine

Fantastic experience: I first went to see Patrick after hurting my back while exercising, and honestly I was pretty worried — especially as a dad in my 40s who’s normally active and always on the go. From the very first session, Patrick immediately put me at ease. He quickly identified that I had a slipped disc, explained everything clearly, and gave me simple exercises that really helped between appointments. After just three sessions, I’m already about 80% better and back to doing most normal day-to-day things again with far less pain and stiffness. Fantastic experience: Went to Patrick with a range of problems which had been causing me problems for a long time. He gave me an immediate diagnosis after the first session. Over the course of a couple of months we worked on these and now I can say 90% of my injury and skeletal/muscle problems are now gone! He is a Lovely guy and I cannot thank him enough! Fantastic experience: I tore my meniscus cartilage in my knee 13 days before I was scheduled to do a walking marathon for charity. I could only hobble and I was in huge pain. I have seen Patrick three times and have done all the exercises he has given me to do home. A week on I am now doing 20k training walks and feel confident about completing the marathon walk this weekend. Patrick is a magician and I can't thank him enough

As one who has had back problems over a number of years, and has generally suffered from a lack of flexibility, Louise really helped me when I needed to see somebody to ease my symptoms. Would really recommend a visit, if you’re suffering in silence, I was quite nervous about the thought of having my back cracked back into place but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Fantastic experience: After a double whammy of slipping in the bath AND picking up my sleeping (3yo) Grandson, I was in excruciating pain and my back and hips were in need of attention! Looked for recommendations on my local FB page and the Osteopathic Centre got the majority of "votes"! Did a little more research (their approach and reviews etc) and got booked in. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend The Osteopathic Centre highly enough. Patrick has treated my son for his football injury and given him the confidence to get back playing again, which he was finding difficult to do. Patrick has also treated me and provided long term assistance with a knee injury. I work in central London, and the appointments run late enough for me to attend after work, which is a plus in my books.

Fantastic experience: Over the last few years I have been to see both Louise and Patrick for treatment for a ruptured disc and various sports injuries. They are very good at diagnosing the exact area that has the problem (not just where the pain is) and explaining the steps leading to a full recovery. They provide excellent treatment and I can definitely recommend both of them.

Patrick makes you feel very welcome and goes over everything in a way you can understand whilst also giving you the medical terminology. Fantastic experience: Patrick diagnosed my back problem as a slipped disc (when doctors, physios and sports massage people couldn't). He and Louise treat the symptoms when it flares up, which makes the difference between hobbling around (bent double) and being able to live normally! It usually clears up in a few days and I'm given advice as to when I can resume sport.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with sciatica on and off for years and had always tried to manage it with pain medication. On this particularly severe episode I decided to visit the osteopath. I saw Louise, who is lovely and welcoming. She explained the issues I was having and spent most of the session massaging my lower back. After the first session I could already feel the difference. She gave me advice on using cold treatments and stretches to do at home. Within a few sessions I was completely pain free and have not experienced again since. The treatment room is spotlessly clean and there is ample parking. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended, I was suffering from numbness and migraines, turns out it was a problem with my neck, pain drastically improved within a week and within 3 sessions virtually gone. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Patrick, at The Osteopathic Centre, Welwyn Garden City, for help with various health issues over the years. I have been in crippling pain with disc problems in my lower back and he is the first person I go to for treatment. The relief from the pain within hours of the treatment is amazing and has meant that I can get back to my horse riding and normal life much quicker! They offer a range of treatments to help and I have found them far more effective than just painkillers from the doctors. I regularly recommended Patrick to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent centre which all of our family (who are regular runners) now use. Patrick (and Louise) are great at getting to the root of the problem and in at least one case, they were much more effective than months of traditional medical diagnosis. They tell you it 'as it is' and are honest about what is achievable. I cannot recommend them more highly and would also add that Terry is excellent for sports massages.

Fantastic experience: Patrick has been helping myself and my family for many years. Mostly he has been fixing myself, as I tend to do silly things and then there are consequences, like slipped disk... As we all know when you have pulled your back and you can't even walk properly, you're not really living. His centre is located on the premises of Welwyn Garden City rugby club. Patrick is very flexible with timing for the appointments. For me evenings works the best as I work in London. He uses electronic appointment system which will send you reminders as well.
