Fantastic experience: I've been attending sessions for compressed nerves in my neck, and I can't explain the sheer relief I feel.after each treatment. Today, for instance, I went in with neck and back pain with constant headaches, I was struggling to breathe and had no energy, with tight, shoulders. By the time my session was done, my breathing became easier, my heart beat normally, the pain in my neck and head had disappeared and my joints unlocked like I had just taken off my Iron Man suit. I could not recommend Ian enough! He is excellent at what he does, in addition to being a great human.

Fantastic experience: I walked in after 3 weeks using crutches due to a problem with my knee that the doctor said was due to a ruptured tendon. I was the surgery for less than 20 minutes and it turned out to be due to a pulled muscle in my back. I walked out with nearly no pain at all Ian is like a magician.

Each time I have gone with slightly different issues I have always come away with a solution to either increase mobility or reduce pain. Unfortunately it is down to my desire to still compete that causes me to have to go back!

I had put my shoulder out trying to put up several 6' fences alone, I couldn't sleep on that side, and nothing I did helped. My wife insisted I try the Gravesend Osteopathic Practice. One treatment session by Ian and it was all resolved. I slept so well that night, and on both sides! I can highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I'd been having some issues with my back and decided to book an appointment - Olivia was free the following evening which worked for me since I didn't have to take any time out of work. Olivia was very friendly and professional - she asked me a few background questions to get an idea of what might be causing the pain and my general medical history. Once that was done, she examined my back and neck, found where the issue was coming from, then stretched and rolled me in to submission. The pain was noticeably better straight away, and gradually faded over the next few days until it was completely gone. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if I manage to injure myself again.

Fantastic experience: Ian is a strong man, which is necessary when you want a truly deep massage, but he is in full control of that power, being as gentle as a butterfly when appropriate or requested. He's highly knowledgeable with a clean, quiet clinic which makes for good conversation and a relaxing environment. His advice, if heeded, will prevent you from needing to come back again, or at very least, as regularly... The online booking systems saves me so much time and more often than not if I over do it in the evening, I can book an appointment very late at night for the next day, at what I would consider to be a very reasonable price. He accepts cards too, which for a cashless person as myself, is perfect. My only real complaint would be the lack of dedicated parking - and the street directly next to the clinic doesn't fill me with confidence as there has been a car with smashed windows there for quite some time. I did consider dropping it down to 4 stars because of this, but wouldn't want to put people off an otherwise excellent service. I've not had any issues parking there (so far), and there are plenty of streets in the area within walking distance.

Fantastic experience: If you're in doubt about booking do it. I've been in so much pain for 5 days. Visited Ian last night. Went in limping and in pain. Left walking normally and pain free. Ian is friendly puts you at ease straight away. Unlike a lot of dr's who make you feel like you're just another number and that you shouldn't of visited. I loved how easy it was too book online. Clinic is clean and fresh. Best of all I can go about my normal day today without pain. Thank you Ian.

Fantastic experience: The first time I walked into the Practice I could barely put one foot in front of the other, the pain was excruciating. Ian took time and care to get to the root of my issue, he explained everything as we went along, describing how everything fit together from my spine down my painful leg. After a few months I noticed a marked improvement but it still wasn't 100%, Ian assisted in getting an MRI and the following diagnosis, of a debilitating condition, enabled Ian to suggest management going forward. Ian 'knows his stuff', always keen to keep you informed and listens, all this with the added sense of humour when the moment needs it. I would recommend this Practice - Lisa (Jeff's partner)
