Fantastic experience: I have visited Valerian Osteopathy with a back pain that has been affecting me quite badly for weeks. After only one visit with Aude the pain was almost gone, and a couple of more sessions has successfully fixed it. I would highly recommend Aude, she is knowledgeable, professional and really knows what she does.

After months of struggling with a failed total knee replacement, his expertise in deep tissue massage along with the introduction of dry needling, relieved and rectified my weak and tight muscles. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Aude highly enough. I’ve been seeing her for help with back pain and sciatica, and after just 5 sessions I’ve already noticed real improvements. My posture feels better, the sciatica—while still there—is now a much duller, more manageable pain, and I come away from each appointment feeling lighter and more balanced. What surprised me most is that her treatments aren’t the forceful “clicking things back into place” I had imagined. They’re gentle, precise, and I can literally feel the difference as she works. It’s a completely different (and far more effective) approach than I expected. I’ll definitely be continuing with monthly sessions, or as needed. Aude’s skill, knowledge, and care have made a real difference for me.

Fantastic experience: Nathan took a record if my medical history, in the calm atmosphere of the treatment room. We then discussed my presenting issue, which he diagnosed as trapped nerves and lower back disc compression (this was varified 6 weeks later at my NHS MRI!!) Nathan then discussed my course of treatment and at every stage of that treatment, he kept me informed on exactly what he was doing and why. An absolute Knowledgeable Professional, amazing results. After each treatment, he gave me on going advice on all aspects of how to look after myself. Cannot recommend him highly enough

Fantastic experience: Following an unexplained bout of Vertigo I visited Nathan's Clinic 2 weeks ago.On examination he quickly identified a long term misalignment issue caused by a combination of past activities. We have started a Corrective Action programme and the benefits are already being felt.By improving neck, shoulder,back and pelvis flexibility my balance and confidence has greatly improved. Nathan's attention to detail in explaining the causes and effects quickly build trust and confidence in resolving the problem.My fear of not being able to drive let alone returning to work due my physical instability only 3 weeks ago has been resolved and the improvement journey continues with a very professional and cocompetenexpert.His help is greatly appreciated and I would encourage others to take a consultation to determine restrictive movement causation as its too easy accept incorrect self diagnosed conditions and live with the consequences unnecessarily.

Fantastic experience: I have never left a review before but really felt I wanted to with Valerian after receiving consistently amazing treatment from Aude.I first went to her with a tiny,premature baby I was fostering, who had issues meaning she stayed curled up in the foetal position. 1 session with Aude had released her tight muscles and I had a baby who soon loved to lay stretched out...it was lovely to see. I took the baby back a few weeks later with reflux issues. Aude corrected them in just one session. She was so calm and gentle with baby that I wasn't sure if anything would change in her. I was wrong! It changed instantly. What a transformation. I had a baby who could feed easily for the first time, with no sickness. Then I found myself with several issues.I was hoping Aude could sort my sore back but she helped with all of the issues I had. She clearly explained what the issues were, what caused them and what she was going to do to put them right. Aude emailed a list of exercises to help with my recovery. I had a follow up session and now 3 days later, I feel great! I am so impressed with Aude that I travel from Maidstone to Rochester rather than booking with a local osteopath. Over the past five months, his treatment and exercise plan alongside with his advice have truly transformed my life. It's been quite a journey towards recovery, considering I had over 80% of my rotator cuff torn alongside part of the biceps too. Fantastic experience: I started attending appointments a few months ago with Aude as i was having back pains due to cronic knotts in my shoulder blades and bad posture from sitting at a desk most days. I've had osteopath treatment many times over the years and am used to that usual bone cracking sound when they are crunching and twisting your body, so when Aude mentioned with her techniques that she didn't need to go to those extremes to achieve the same result, and being a 6' 2" guy, i was a little intrigued as to whether that would work with my body type. As we started that first appointment, i realised that more of my upper body muscles were sore and tense than i had realised. Aude's techniques feel gentle in comparison to what i was used too previously, however, i left that first appointment feeling absolutely realigned, and soothed. I've had a few sessions with Aude now as she continues to realign my body, which in turn will cure the knotts and other issues. Aude will explain every little detail to you, answer all your questions and i've actually learned quite a bit myself from going here. She provided me with a list of exercises i can do at home to strengthen my back too. Aude is very professional, knowledgable and nice natured, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs treatment.

Fantastic experience: Having been a fan of alternative therapies for a long time, I can only continue to be astounded by how Valerian Osteopathy compares. In fact there isn't a lot of comparison because Valerian Osteopathy is like no other I've experienced. Initially I saw Aude for help with a shoulder problem and was so impressed with her ability to diagnose and treat in an incredibly gentle but effective way, that I rebooked in order to discuss a very long standing problem with my jaw.
