I came in with lower back pain and leg nerve symptoms, and the approach was calm and tailored to my condition. I've been seeing her for over two yeras now for neck and shoulder stiffness, and the improvement has been amazing. Fantastic experience: So what price to pay for being free of back pain? Some of us would pay anything. With a history of back injury including extreme sciatica and 2 prolapsed discs from when I was in my twenties, I've chased pain solutions for my back problems for 50 years. There's no treatment I haven't tried but none have lasted longer than 3-4 months. I was recommended Pindy late last year after spending 3 months unsuccessfully with yet another physio. She's a very skillful and gentle osteopath and identified the problems immediately. After the first session I instantly I got some relief. It took 6 more sessions to bring about a lasting pain free lifestyle where I could move about freely and without back pain. I am immeasurably grateful to her and now only have to go back occasionally. I'd have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone with similar issues. She'll help you get your life back.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated at Love Your Back for 2 years. Initially I wanted treatment for upper back pain and poor shoulder mobility. The treatment I have received has greatly improved my mobility and reduced my pain. Fantastic experience: I attend LYB Osteopathy on a regular basis for the past 3 years. I found the Particionar Pindy very experienced in her field and received treatment for various conditions including plantar fascia in both feet, muscle pain in my RHS elbow, and as user of VDU, posture correction. Easy to park and booking an appointment is easy using LYB website. I highly recommend the practice as Pindy is very knowledgeable, the treatment very effective plus she is warm and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Pindy enough. I was suffering with a bad back that was leading to persistant migraines and I didn't like the GP's suggestion of taking a daily prescription strength migraine tablet. Thankfully Pindy has managed to work on the problem areas of my back which has cured me of the migraines completely. By far the best osteopath I've seen (and I've seen a few over the years!).

Fantastic experience: I had a trapped nerve in bottom of back, I could not stand straight and it was very painful. I also had discomfort in my shoulder that Was painful at night and affected my sleep. I went to Love Your Back Osteopathy and within the week my back was so much better and after just two sessions both my back and shoulder were better. I was given some small but effective exercises to do at home that I can do any time to help keep my back in the best condition it can be. Fantastic experience: I've been using Bhopinder for many years know. I have tried a couple of different Osteopaths before when I ended up moving house but found myself returning to Bhopinder as she was the only one who seemed to be able to diagnose and fix the problems my back has. I now attend reasonably regularly for a bit of maintenance or when issues flair up. Bhopinder herself is very friendly, helpful and engaging. Her appointment reminders are helpful, quick replies to messages when looking for appointments and very reasonable prices are just some of the reasons to visit her if you have back problems. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I felt driven to post on here as I have been using Pindy's services now for at least 5 years but it may be more, I used to live in New Eltham and moved to Sevenoaks, I have an Osteopath next door but one, however I will always take the drive to see Pindy rather than go anywhere else because she is simply the best out there. As a photographer and Guitarist in a band I spend lots of time holding multiple cameras, heavy bags, guitar strapped to one shoulder and lugging amps and equipment around and when I am not doing that I am sat at a pc editing for hours on end, the result is locked joints and pain! Pindy offers the most amazing friendly and relaxed service and gets the job done, only once have I used another osteopath and that was when Pindy was on holiday and I was in bad pain....there was no comparison and I wont be doing that again, ever.... Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Pindy, she is kind warm caring and very professional.She has been treating me for years for an ongoing neck problem due to poor posture at work, I am a dental hygienist. Pindy sorts me out every time. She has also performed cranio osteopathy on me which really helped my jaw pain from teeth grinding and also after a serious bought of sinus problems.
