Fantastic experience: I have been using Bodysmiths for 3 years for treatment of back pain. Both Felicity and Gemma have treated me and I find them both to be highly professional hugely knowledgeable and friendly. The online booking process is simple and user friendly and the treatment rooms are modern, clean and welcoming. I recommend this practice for anyone considering Osteopathy and for anyone unsure and wondering does it help backpain? My experience is Yes 100%.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Felicity regularly now for over 4 years. I have had treatment for hip pains, neck/jaw problems, chest tightness and injury recovery and strengthening (foot, ankle, calf). Fantastic experience: After Edith helped my wife recover from a running injury and provided a lot of exercises too, I thought I’d see if there was anything Edith could to ease some of the long term pain/restricted movement from a big toe joint injury. Edith did a thorough assessment of my whole foot, explained the issues and provided exercises and massage plan. After one week I’ve already noticed more flexibility of the joint than I’ve had in years. Many thanks for help Edith!

Fantastic experience: I could not highly recommend The Bodysmiths Clinic more - I had no idea who to go to or what was wrong with me, or what type of specialist I needed to see and only thing I would say is I wish I went to them sooner!!! I went to Felicity knowing something was wrong but unsure of what I needed, and OMG the change and impact she has had on me is INSANE! I have never felt like I have understood myself and my body more and no longer feel like I’m going crazy! all fears I had about different aches and pains are GONE✨ and I have so much more confidence in continuing my training and my goals knowing that I am getting the best care and advice possible! Without Felicity I would still be left second guessing myself and working through pains I have had for years, scared of what it could be and avoiding the problem! Edith was kind, professional and from the outset had an idea of what my problem was and set out the steps we would take to fix it. Fantastic experience: I went to Bodysmiths on a recommendation from a friend and have now seen Gemma around 4 times (memory is rubbish). I had issues with my lower back, hips and neck which Gemma has helped to resolve, she's also provided exercises to help with my hips and I'm continuing to visit on a monthly basis to keep me upright . I started having sessions after knee meniscus repair surgery which was required after a complex tear in the medial meniscus. The sessions are very beneficial and the exercises she gives to do outside of the session are top notch - adapting and tailoring them as your injury heals. Not only is her service brilliant from a professional perspective, she has fantastic chat and is always upbeat and friendly. I am happy with my recovery progress and hope to be back to sport soon.

Fantastic experience: It's difficult to overstate just how brilliant Felicity was. I had all but given up in getting my long term hip/glute pain addressed, having been bounced around various physiotherapists and doctors over the space of a couple of years. On a final whim I applied for an appointment with Bodysmiths, seeing really positive reviews for similar cases and I am so glad that I did! Right from the word go Felicity was incredibly attentive, patient and determined to help get to the bottom of the issue. Over a period of a few months with regular treatment, exercises and advice I was able to go from fairly regular debilitating pain to symptom free, with a clear strategy for symptom management in the event that they return. Fantastic experience: What a positive, productive and socially engaging experience!! I went to Felicity after tweaking (what felt like my trap) after a training session. It was an irritating recurring injury which I'd finally had enough of and wanted to find out why it was happening and what actions I could take to fix it; and I got exactly that! My traps were certified as healthy (which was a relief) but over active, my mobility was assessed to be satisfactory (some improvement required on my thoracic rotation) and exercises were prescribed to improve romboid and lower trap strength. ALL IN ONE SESSION! Very impressed. Lets see how the exercises have worked when I return in three weeks.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my trip to Bodysmiths. I was reccomended by a friend because I have been suffering with lower back pain from a gym injury years ago. I left my first appointment feeling like the route of my problems were explained very thoroughly, and I also was able to have some realignment work for my hips as i had noticed one hip was higher than the other. Also during my visit we targeted my lower back which has honestly already helped so much with the discomfort i was having. Fantastic experience: 22/2/24 Another excellent visit. Felicity always goes above and beyond with advice and treatment and spent time filming my running and then reviewing this to provide more exercise and rehab solutions. My leg continues to make great progress. Felicity is very thorough and the treatment and exercises have really supported my recovery and I am running regularly at last! Following the fantastic work Felicity did with my shoulder she is now helping me with some running injuries impacting my calf’s. As before the diagnosis has been spot on and the rehab exercises are really making a difference together with the massage / manipulation Felicity completed in the meeting. First class service that is making a massive difference to me I used Felicity at Bodysmiths to fix a decade long shoulder problem impacting my swimming. Felicity is brilliant. She spends time understanding the problem, the causes etc before recommending solutions. Every session was very specific for my needs and she provided excellent rehab workouts. Fantastic experience: After having increasing pain in my right foot, I booked an appointment with Felicity & she diagnosed an Achilles Tendon issue, gave me a deep tissue calf & tendon massage, which immediately helped and also devised & demonstrated a treatment programme for me to start - all this was such a relief after months of pain. Fantastic experience: What an amazing osteopath. I went to Felicity with slipped discs and exposed nerve endings. The pain was incredible. As a 71 year old man I thought this was going to be my life forever more. But within 5 months I was not only pain free but back to playing football and cricket just as before. I am a carpenter and years of heavy work have taken their toll but from my first visit Felicity reassured me that I would get fixed and she was absolutely right. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Felicity for 3 years for various issues that have affected my ability to train - mostly running, cycling and swimming - and battle the effect of sitting for too many hours at the home office desk (kitchen table). Felicity previously helped me to recover following ACL reconstruction surgery, which left me with weaknesses across several muscle groups, leading to injuries.
