Fantastic experience: I’ve had an ongoing neck/ shoulder/ bicep issue for over a year now and Richard was able to quickly assess and establish the root issue. He also explained very clearly the issue and how it effects the various parts of the body where I am feeling discomfort. In just a few sessions I am feeling better and with a continued plan in place I’m confident it’ll be a matter of time before I’m back to feeling my best. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Richard for various back/neck/hip issues for the past year. I was once told that I have the back of an 80-year-old granny and despite this, he’s been incredibly helpful in alleviating symptoms as well as addressing the route cause of the problems. On top of that, he is very personable. I would absolutely recommend him! As a note, you want to go down the stairs/ramp and around the side of the church to the right to find the door.

Since then I have personally seen Richard for various joint/muscle ailments which he has corrected and switched the lights back on. I can’t recommend Richard enough.

Fantastic experience: Amazing results after just 4 sessions with Richard Spice. Arriving in agony from a chronic debilitating trapezius pain, caused by years of neglect and stress after a teenage back trauma, I was not prepared for such an incredible turnaround. Richard was extremely understanding, patient, knowledgeable and reassuring, and applied a great variety of treatment techniques, all very controlled – which clearly did the trick. Would absolutely recommend, in fact, insist anyone with movement issues see him. I am incredibly grateful.

Fantastic experience: 2 appointments in and I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in my knee pain. Having undergone meniscus surgery and being told by the consultant that the remaining pain and inability to run post rehab should “sort itself out within a year”, Richard has transformed the way my knee reacts to impact by taking a closer look at the supporting muscles, ligaments and fascia that weren’t working properly. Fantastic experience: I been in a massive pain for months, at the point of doing different type of test with my GP in the hospital and not finding what was happening. My amazing husband booked me an appointment with Richard Spice without telling me as I really wanted to go to a Chiro, but at the same time I was super scared of going. Starting sessions with Richard was the best decision ever. Since the very beginning I've told Richard that I was scared. He was super empathetic and understood me in every point of my concerns. Not only that he is super gentle in every session. And the best thing is that IT DOESN'T HURT AT ALL. In fact since I'm going, I'm not in pain anymore, and this was only in 4 sessions!!! He is super professional, he knows exactly everything that you are going through and goes straight to the point. It's not only me, my husband started sessions with him too. We couldn't be more happy. Fantastic experience: I started to see Richard at the beginning of this year because I had sciatica down my left side every day for 6 months! After 5 plus sessions, I felt a difference and only experienced sciatica a few times a month, instead of every day. It takes time and investment but it is worth it. I had a one off session in August and I haven't felt the sciatica since then. I do the stretches that Richard taught me and I will go back for sessions because we need to keep on top of these things. I also sat in a certain way that didn't help the sciatica at all, which Richard corrected and that helped loads! Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: Some words to describe Richard... Genius; Hero; Magician; Problem solver; Thorough; Committed... Richard originally treated a shoulder injury from Swimming/Netball. I’d not been able to swim for 8years... within two months - I was swimming a mile again... He’s now working his magic on my plantar fasciitis, as I’ve not been able to run for 2months - progress is VERY good after 3 tough sessions.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Spice for a year now and since then it’s always been a pleasure being treated by him. His friendly professional attitude towards my treatment, makes it very easy for me to feel comfortable. He is always sure to explain the scientific jargon in a way that is easy to understand. His openness to different treatment options is something that works well for me, as my body gets use to things that work well very quick. He always guides me through what will happen in our sessions, whilst providing me with options and advises how I should feel after the session. I’ve recommended him to my mother-in-law (hard woman to please) and she is absolutely thrilled with the wonders his done for her neck pains. Definitely my number one Dr of Chiropractic. Fantastic experience: Thank you Richard. I suffered from neck, shoulder, rib, hip and foot pain. I was getting lopsided shoulders and a stuck neck, my muscles would spasm and were tender to touch due to muscle and nerve problems. I'd done a lot of heavy lifting, had repetitive strain problems and had whiplash and goodness knows what else. Colleagues at work new I was in discomfort I didn't move the top half of my body properly and was like a stiff robot. It wasn't nice and for years I tried osteopaths which helped a bit then I tried sports physio, physio, acupuncture and massage. I just ended up sad as nothing was working but then I found Richard and he has helped me to move to a better place. He is dedicated, passionate and knowledgeable about his chosen path and works hard to understand and workout your physical problems. I can only thank him and be glad that I found him as I am now in a better physical state and place. It means that life is better at work and home. What a relief after years of physical torment and nagging discomfort.

Fantastic experience: Richard is an exceptionally good chiropractor. He’s very knowledgeable and explains things well. He is able to address both my acute pain and my longer term issues from hyper-mobility. He uses a combination of adjustments, manipulations, muscle work, acupuncture and tapes me up with kinesio tape when I need it. Richard also has very friendly and professional demeanour, and goes above and beyond for his patients. I saw 6 different chiropractors before Richard, and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I can’t recommend him enough.
