Fantastic experience: UK home physio provided a physio to work with my elderly mother post hip replacement at home 6 days a week for 45 minutes at very short notice. Andrei, the physio, was excellent: professional, friendly and flexible in times. Without his input my mother would be much less mobile as she lacks confidence and motivation to exercise unsupported.

Fantastic experience: UKHomePhysio was prompt to respond to my initial telephone enquiry and mid-range in fee costs. Physiotherapist Mona arrived a couple of days later and work on me began. She made an initial assessment and then took me through a series of exercises. As my strength improved, Mona got me up the stairs - practice, practice - then outside the house using a rollator. I was terrified but Mona was always there urging me on. Then I was walking with a walking stick slowly and a little hesitantly, but gripped instantly by Mona should I stumble, and my walking range gradually improved. We practiced getting into and out of the front seat of her car to prepare me for taxi journeys. Mona was relentless in her efforts for me over some 27 mostly weekly sessions for which I am eternally grateful.

Fantastic experience: I cannot really express quite the impact Sai had on my mum. He arrived on New Years Day not long after her release from hospital and immediately gave her the exercises and confidence to get back the mobility she had lost. Now a few months on she is back to her former determined glory. Despite being 90 she is moving well, going to the shops and climbing up the stairs. Sai was incredible.

Negative experience: Abhishek lacks empathy and is driven by greed. We used his company for some months. Despite knowing that the patient had sadly passed away, Abhishek was relentless in chasing the last invoice. We had paid for so many months and I had said to him that we were really struggling emotionally with the loss but that everything would be dealt with. He slapped admin charges and a court fee anyway. I suppose he can spend it on yet more advertising because he won't get business from word of mouth.

Fantastic experience: Alex has been a god send for my mother who has been diagnosed with parkinsons. She left hospital very weak, unable to use her hands properly or stand. Alex has been working with her on this. She can now use her hands better and has a lot more strength. She has also been able to stand with help from Alex.

Fantastic experience: Alex has been absolutely amazing with my 91-year-old father who had been unable to stand or walk for over a year. Alex is professional, friendly, kind and encouraging and my dad looks forward to his twice weekly visits. Since September Alex has helped my dad gain more mobility in his shoulders, hips and knees and even to begin to stand using a frame support. He has been very understanding and flexible in the times that my dad has been too poorly to have a physio session. Above all we value my dad’s improved mental well-being which has come from the progress he knows he is making. We can highly recommend UKHomePhysio. Thank you so much Alex !

Fantastic experience: After surgery on my knee I phoned UKHomePhysio and was given an appointment for the same day. Excellent service! Alex arrived, straight away putting me at ease. Negative experience: Do not book , Until you have in wrting, that.the physio has a full history of you, or your.loved one . Poor service by the lead physio. Be warned .

Fantastic experience: My daughter found this company on the internet. I was discharged from an NHS hospital on the Tuesday afternoon, following complex hip replacement surgery with no iminent NHS support. UKHomePhysio were able yo help and advised that it would be best if I settled onto my accomodation on the Wednesday and I then I have my first home visit on the Thursday. The physiotherapist, Raghu M, who came to see me, and continued to look after me, not only was able to deal with the normal post operative issues, but picked up upon my complex disability issues going back 75 and 65 year, which now impacted upon my recovery. Regular physiotherapy sessions were provided and adapted as we progressed. I would highly recommend both Raghu M, and this company.

Fantastic experience: Abishek was very helpful in my recovery from a recent fractured ankle. He was understanding of the balance problems and helpful in strengthening the muscles in the upper body as well as the legs.I would recommend him for home physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: After several prolonged stays in hospital, bedridden and with little physio offered, I was worried that my nearly 90-year old mum would never walk again. Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Claudia highly enough. When we had our first meeting, I was very unsteady and walking/hobbling on a zimmer frame. She took me through a range of exercises and encouraged me to regain my mobility. I'm so grateful for her help.

Fantastic experience: Ive had trouble with my knees for some time and yesterday I could barely walk after 4.5hrs gardening the day before. I thought it must be a major issue and panicked. I rang UK home physio and got an appointment the very same day. I couldn't have been happier. Pooja attended my home, she was polite, respectful of my property and definitely knew her job. Fantastic experience: My husband Ian fractured a vertebrae in his back. Once discharged from hospital I contacted UK Home Physio who arranged Obed to visit. The treatment Ian received was excellent. Obed was extremely professional and gave advice and treatment. He always arrived on time, a really cheerful and friendly guy who put my husband at ease .Thank you Obed for all your expert care and attention. Ian is recovering very well . Fantastic experience: It was such a relief to find Home Physio after my total knee replacement surgery. They were able to quickly send Sinan to me to help me with a suitable rehabilitation programme. I had been unable to do the exercises in the NHS post surgery booklet because my quads were not working and was at a loss. Sinan’s programme and support were invaluable in aiding my recovery. He was knowledgeable, professional and very supportive.I was delighted when I managed to do a leg lift just before Xmas and make it up the stairs! I honestly can’t recommend this company, and Sinan enough. Thanks guys- I will definitely be using you again when/ if the need arises.

Fantastic experience: We no longer need your services etc, but I wanted to write and say how much we appreciated Tosin’s work with my wife. My wife has a brain injury from a fall and is basically bedridden. Tosin was remarkable in her kindness and work with my wife Julie. She was always on time and worked with Julie from the moment she arrived to the last minute of the hour. She showed such genuine empathy and care, and my wife truly was able to begin responding to her well. It was a blessing to watch the interaction increase and progress. Fantastic experience: Firstly, I would like to say that the support I have been given has been life changing and I am very grateful. I have been working with Mani and Alfred for over six months after breaking both my legs. Mani and Alfred have a lot of experience and I feel without their help and support I would not have made as much progress as I have. They are kind, patient and have my best interests at heart. They are excellent communicators who listen and give the best supporting advice. I feel confident and capable in my recovery the physio has helped massively and honestly do not know where I would be without them, I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic experience: My mum had to go to a care home after she broke her leg and the NHS physiotherapy service never materialised. Thankfully the care home had the services of UKHome Physio and my mum met the fantastic Mani. Over the last 6 month she has helped my mum to walk confidently with her walker and more importantly walk up stairs so she could return home. Its a wonderful company. If mum needs to go back for repsite care I will ask them to commence the physio once again as its so helpful. Mani has a lovely charm and kindness to her. Would recommend her and company to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Following a hospital stay in November 2021, my son sourced this company for physiotherapy. I suffer from osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and lymphodoema and had great difficulty in walking. I previously walked with a stick, but the hospital supplied me with a zimmer frame - a whole new world! Mani began working with me in early 2022 on a weekly basis and has been a godsend! Although I am still not able to walk independently, Mani has vastly increased the strength in my legs and arms and given me more confidence. She is very professional and friendly, so it is lovely to have a good chat too about world issues and family life. I speak to Abhishek on a fortnightly basis to pay for my appointments - he is always friendly and professional. I would recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to have Teddy as my physio 6 weeks into my total knee replacement. I felt I wasn’t achieving my goals but he gave me the confidence I needed and after two visits I am now able to drive/shop etc on my own. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend UK Home Physio they certainly helped me.

Positive experience: UK Home Physio was a great at home choice for my mother in law when she seriously broke her hip last year. Without their support and care over the last 12 months, she would not have regained the pain-free mobility she has been able to achieve. Her therapist, Mani, was kind, professional, encouraging and took time to really understand what could sensibly be accomplished. We would highly recommend UK Home Physio services, if someone was in the same position of not being able to access NHS facilities long term.

Negative experience: -*Awful customer service*- The physio therapist herself was lovely, but sadly turned up 40 mins late to the appointment. There was no notification of lateness or explanation of why. Upon turning up, she simply spent 20-25 mins with my grandma, of which, 10 mins were spent drafting exercises for homework. We were then billed 45 mins worth of exercise for £90 & when disputing this cost for the time actually spent; the customer service received was atrocious. No apology on the lateness except to be told abruptly “she was probably stuck in traffic”, and told that the client would be billed £90 for 45 minutes despite the time actually spent with the client. Be that 25 mins or 45 mins! Absolutely ludacris! I would avoid paying this company any money as it seems they’re solely concerned about taking money rather than maintaining a professional reputation & most definitely need to work on their customer services.

Fantastic experience: Tosin is working hard to help her patient get better & get their mobility back. Although the patient’s progress is very slow due to the severe impact of the stroke, but at least there is progress every time. She never failed to turn up on schedule. She keeps me updated on the patient’s progress & gives some advice in addition to her treatment. She cares about the patient. I’m glad I found this UK Home physio Therapy. They are friendly & care about people. They respond quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to someone.

His knowledge support and kindness has me to the point where I am walking with just one stick outside and completely unaided inside. Fantastic experience: Nusrat and I cannot praise Claudia enough for her personality and her whole approach to Nusrat's wellness. We are extremely pleased to have got Claudia's services. She's a gem. Her professionalism is remarkable, her knowledge and understanding of Physiotherapy and her personal skills have benefitted Nusrat. Nusrat has gone through a hugely difficult period and Claudia's personal and professional help has had a remarkable impact on her progress in healing. Thank you Claudia, and God bless you. Nusrat still goes fir physio at Barnet hospital with the NHS but less said about that the better. We remain positive about the services provided by NHS but there is no comparison between the quality of the two services.

Fantastic experience: My daughter woke up on a Bank Holiday Monday with a severe neck problem. She couldn't even sit up unaided. I searched on Google and found UKhomephysio, and called in the hope that they'd be able to do a home visit the following day, after the long weekend. But no - they were at the house within two hours that same day - and they really helped my daughter. They also did two follow-up visits over the following six days, to great therapeutic effect. I recommend them. Skilled, responsive, sympathetic people.

Fantastic experience: Very efficient and professional service, we managed to get a same day home visit! Raj was so thorough, asking lots of questions before the treatment. He had such a lovely manner, the appointment felt very unhurried and Raj seemed to be extremely competent. After a follow-up appointment a few days later a huge improvement has been seen, thank you Raj! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Mani to help me with my mobility, I couldn't walk without pain and was using a stick as an aid. After sessions with Mani I have started to walk without using my stick, and the pain is diminishing, after 2 years of problems I am starting to feel much better. Mani is very professional and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mani to anyone needing help.

Fantastic experience: Mani has diligently been working with my 85 year old mum post stroke for about 2 years now. With all her hard work and motivation, Mani was able to help mum to start taking steps and eventually working up to supervised walking with a frame. Unfortunately, with mum's recent chest infection resulting in lengthy hospital stay, mum had to start from scratch to be remobilized. Mani patiently continues to do a phenomenal job working with mum to build up muscle strength whereby mum is now able to stand up using molift. Mani has been a godsent and really has been mum's lifesaver. We truly appreciate all her hard work, flexibility and professional expertise! Mani is absolutely fantastic!!!

Fantastic experience: My mother, aged 94, suffering from dementia, fell over and smashed her pelvis in October 2018 with multiple small fractures. The doctors considered her condition inoperable. She was released from hospital after three weeks into a nursing home, bedridden and prepared for end of life care. She was visited once by an NHS physio. She did not return. The nursing home was supportive. They would hoist my mother into a wheelchair. The effects of the month of morphine she was prescribed in and out of hospital began to slowly to wear off and it was clear she was not giving up! Luckily, we were given the contact for a private physiotherapist, Maninder Vaid. As Mum amazingly showed the early signs of physical recovery Mani worked with her. She was patient and able to gauge at all stages Mum's capabilities and programmed her rehabilitation accordingly. Really, a miracle happened. By late February, Mum took her first tentative steps - first with a frame and then two sticks. At the end of March, she was able to get into the passenger seat of my car!! By April, she was no longer considered in need of nursing care and was transferred into a residential care home. Throughout this period Mani worked diligently, and efficiently with an expert eye on Mum - always knowing her limitations. She is a good communicator - absolutely necessary if dealing with all types of disabilities. We were so impressed with her work we asked her to continue visiting my mother weekly for physiotherapy in her new care-home. At Christmas 2019, my mother walked up 42 steps to her granddaughter's 2nd floor flat! Mani continued working with my mother until the lockdown restrictions were enforced in March 2020. Care-homes would not allow access for family or any external agencies including physiotherapists. Unfortunately, without direct family contact and help from her physio my mother's condition deteriorated rapidly. Dementia is very difficult to read but COVID19 managed to do its worse in care-homes. Sadly, my mother died in August 2020 aged 96. However, in the fourteen months Mani worked with my mother we cannot thank her enough for what she achieved with my mother. She comes highly recommended. Excellent. Hence the 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I booked Mani after I started suffering from a very painfiul back on a Sunday morning. She was very accomodating and was able to see me on the same day. The exercises she provded helped as well.

Fantastic experience: I came out of hospital in July 2019 unable to walk due to Neurotoxicity - side effects of Chemotherapy treatment. I was so badly affected I came home by ambulance on a stretcher. I knew I needed intensive physio and I was lucky to find Mani on my Internet search. Mani started treating me within a week of me coming home. She got me walking unaided, going up and down stairs within a month. Mani is a experienced professional physiotherapist. She is polite and punctual. Mani really knows her stuff. Milestones that I didn't think I would reach, Mani helped me get there and I made progress quickly.
