Negative experience: I visited this clinic and was told to do exercises!I don't spend all that money to to be told to do exercises.Secindly the guy didn't put any protective cover over the massage bed when inspecting my feet and let me put my bare feet on the floor where lots of people walk on.Uf that's the best of UK you can keep it for me.

Fantastic experience: After I had gone through two previous physios, I had all but given up hope on alleviating the long term pain I was suffering from plantar fasciitis. Then I was lucky enough to find Sarah. She has been fantastic all round and has helped with a range of treatments and product recommendations that have noticeably improved my condition. Very professional and considerate, I will no longer go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the progress I have made since starting to see Courtney a few months ago. She is very supportive and gave me the confidence to do the exercises knowing I wouldn’t do any damage to myself. The therapy she gives and slowing changing up the exercises as I get stronger is all done with skill and in a positive/helpful way.

Fantastic experience: Over the past few years, I have had physio treatment at PhysioSW19 for a number of issues including back pain, a knee injury and a shoulder injury. Charlie is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and his expert treatment has managed to resolve whatever injury I've had. When required, he has a good selection of specialists that he works with to provide a complete treatment plan e.g. knee surgeon. I would definitely recommend Charlie and his team. He has even treated all members of my family. The staff are also very friendly and so the whole experience is pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I've had knee trouble for 3 years and seen 3 physios at different clinics in this time - Joy has been by far the best of the bunch! Highly recommend PhysioSW19, to the extent that I've opted to go back post-surgery and do my rehab with Joy. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and she recognises that sometimes it's unrealistic to ask a busy person to do 15 sets of exercises twice a day, every day (not all physios seem to see this so clearly...)

Fantastic experience: I and my husband have been with SW19 physio clinic over 6-7 years. The entire team is very helpful and supportive. Charlie helps us with multi back and neck issues which is caused by typical office work. His professional judgement along with his outstanding physio therapy skill greatly solved my migraine and back/neck problem. My husband also speaks highly of his therapy which offered a speedy recovery after an ankle operation. Visiting the SW19 Physio has become a regular healthy maintenance for my family. :) The team is not only being professional in terms of medical knowledge but also shows great care and attention to every patient!

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Courtney for RSI and posture-related back and neck pain due to long hours of desk work and she has been absolutely fantastic. I've seen many different physios over the years, but noone has provided me with the effective combination of manual therapy, exercise instructions and education about better posture at work, as Courtney has. Both her and the reception team are fab!

Fantastic experience: The team at SW19 are fab. I’m hypermobile which means I am prone to injury so having a good physio is really essential to ensure I can do the things that make me happy. I’ve been going there for over a decade and you always get a warm and friendly welcome from Charmaine and Anel. Charlie Bradford is my physio and has seen almost all of my family. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and talented physio he really understands the challenges of dealing with a hypermobile patient and adjusts the treatment and exercises. Unlike other practitioners he talks to me as an equal and explains what is causing the issue, and I feel that there is a shared decision in the treatment plans. I have recommended him to many people.

Fantastic experience: PhysioSW19 has amazing professionals but Sam Spreigel (the clinic’s osteopath) goes above and beyond. Never been treated by an Osteopath before (many years visiting physiotherapists though), but the experience with Sam has been amazing. Since the very first moment Sam has been so kind explaining the reason why I had this back pain for ages (it sounds senseless but no one else explained it to me before). Her treatments has been also highly effective and she gave me some tips/exercises I could do on my own to reduce the pain, which are working. Thank you Sam, you’re an amazing professional!

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic course of treatment at PhysioSW19 with Sam Spriegel, the clinic's osteopath. As well as effectively treating a debilitating shoulder pain very effectively, she providing me with tools to strengthen and protect myself from further injury. Throughout the treatment, Sam clearly explained the course of action being taken and made me feel at ease on the road to recovery. I would recommend her treatment without hesitation!

Fantastic experience: Charlie has been my go to physio for the past decade despite moving/living across the South East of the country. Many other physios are happy to look over me and offer me treatment to reduce the pain but Charlie knows his stuff and can always address the root cause of problem and fix up any problems for good and was even nice enough to help me remotely during covid. The reception team are also very helpful and very friendly and their early/late opening hours are great for allowing me to fit appointments around work. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Negative experience: Booked in to see a physio, when paying after my treatment the receptionist asked if I'd like to prepay for the next treatment so I did. I got held up at work and had to miss the next treatment. Charged me in full for the treatment I missed. £60 was worth more to them than a long term client. Did not go back.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to PhysioSW19 for some years now and have fantastic treatment from a range of very talented physios. Recently very impressed with Sam Spriegel, their Osteopath who has been a massive in getting my son back on track after a debilitating rugby injury. Really lovely reception team who are just incredibly helpful and a great team of healthcare professionals. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: What can I say, Sam Spreigel, osteopath, is incredible. As a health care professional myself, who heavily sprained my back 3 days ago, I was looking for a physiotherapist and finding that all physio appointments were booked. I was therefore offered an appointment instead with an osteopath and breath a little bit about Sam and profile in treating several Rugby teams and was impressed. However I was a lot more impressed once I have met Sam who immediately put me at ease and made her assessment in her very professional and efficient manner, localising the problem within 5 minutes of my arrival into the treatment room and who started immediately working on me without any lengthy consultation prior to manipulation. In fact I really enjoyed the style of very efficient working as she continue to take a history as she started to mobilise and identify the problem with my lower back and commence treatment which included a combination of manipulation, acupuncture, massage, psoas pressure, all of which allowed me to work out much straighter than I had been when I came in to see Sam. Suffice to say that it became such a relief that I was recommended to see Sam instead of the conventional physiotherapist and having her work on me with the multimodality treatment, including acupuncture applied very efficiently in the midst of a 45-minute initial session with her show me that Sam really had a whole series of tools under her belt to help improve recovery. To cap it all off, she was able to give me some home exercises, which she took some time to explain and demonstrate slowly and clearly and I do feel super confident that I will be able to continue to recover rapidly which is a single session with Sam. I am hoping to get booked in next week for subsequent sessions and have no hesitation in recommending Sam fully due to her professional, efficient, and holistic approach in returning to health in reducing pain.

Fantastic experience: Reception incredibly kind. Worked with Sam when I injured my back. She was professional in her practices, and was great at talking me through everything she was doing. I have also left more knowledgeable around reducing the chances of this injury occurring again in the future.

In my case, I needed deep tissue massage. You really feel the difference after two days. Being pain free its a sense of freedom that is so precious. Thanks Robert for your professionalism. Fantastic experience: Can not recommend Chris highly enough! Absolutely brilliant and always puts your mind at ease. Have seen him for 2 different injuries now and have gotten considerably better for both very quickly. Customer service is also brilliant from everyone at the clinic! I really appreciate that he gave me a clear explanation of why I was in pain and a clear plan to fix it. Fantastic experience: When I first went to the physio I could hardly walk as I had broken my leg (near the ankle). After 6 sessions I feel like I have most of my mobility and balance back. Rob is a great physio and Physio SW19 are always a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic experience: Very good practice. I came here with a running-related foot pain and Andy (who has now left) was able to get me up and running (!) back in no time, after two sessions. The receptionists are super friendly too. Would highly recommend this practice! Five stars from me!

Fantastic experience: The people are warm, friendly, professional and actually care. When you walk into Physio SW19 you are greeted by one of the lovely receptionists with a warm welcome and a smile. Char and Anel keep the practice running like clockwork, such gems. I have seen therapists Charlie and Chris and they both give really clear explanations of what the problem is and how to solve it with structured exercises to get back to full fitness. I have referred friends there and they too have been impressed with the team and service. They also offer Pilates classes and Toosi is on hand for any woman's health concerns. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend PhysioSW19. I first visited the clinic when I had a series of body complaints surrounding some neurological issues. The treatment gave me a great deal of relief in a short period after suffering for a long time. Very professional yet friendly and approachable team who made me feel completely comfortable in discussing my strange symptoms. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you PhysioSW19!

Negative experience: I did find the person treating me was too busy looking at the clock on the wall rather than looking at my feet .The whole session was rushed ,I could have filled in my medical details at reception ,not wasting 15mins of valuable time ,and having Physio instead .You need to place your clock not above the patients head ,then the Physio will not get neck ache checking the time so that they run on time and not lose another patient's money . Printed sheets with the exercises would be good to take away rather than a rushed explanation and told if you get it wrong you could do more damage to the affected area . I know that you will not take much notice of this as you have a lot of well paid clients coming your way . You unfortunately have lost touch with the original ethics of your profession of the health and care of your patients . Luckily as you are based in a well heeled area it will not affect your bank balance and you will do nothing about this email except press the trash button . Fantastic experience: I have had sore knees from running for many years and no matter how many Physiotherapists I saw I could not get better. After a while I gave up. Then I saw Charlie after a couple of sessions and completing exercises Charlie gave me - I have started running again! I can't thank Physio SW19 enough and Charlie is amazing!! Highly recommend!!!

Andy and Charlie are resident wizards who practice their art with skill and humour and they are backed up by Charmaine on reception who breaks her own back juggling things around to make sure you can be seen when you need it. Almost glad I have to pay as my thanks are not enough for the difference they have made to me
