Fantastic experience: I have tried other organisations (including the NHS) to get treatment for a sports injury and failed to get anything meaningful. From my first session with Bodymechanics I have been convinced that I have finally found a company and therapist (Mel) who can and will solve my problem. Update I have now finished my treatment with Bodymechanics and I'm please to report that they are true to their word and have solved my injury problem. I cannot speak highly enough of Mel and the course of treatment that she put me on.

Fantastic experience: After months of pain, I decided to be an adult and deal with it. Go to a physio. This was during the lockdowns and social distancing. On the day, I forgot my mask. Felt like an idiot. I thought I'd have to drive back all the way and make another trip, but the friendly staff at the reception, hunted down a spare mask and saved the day. Jon came to pick me from the main door at exactly the time of the appointment. Jon asked me to explain my problem and I went on and on about all the relevant and irrelevant bits. He patiently listened, until he realised, I didn't get the question or maybe just that I was not giving the right answer. So he guided me to the answer, he got to the point, he asked me what about work, and what I did for a living and if I used a PC with a mouse a lot. That was it! It was a Sherlock moment! He figured that my neck problem was not about any of the things I suspected but because of the way I worked with my mouse (the one attached to the computer not the rodent). Then he got to work and inspected the muscles around the area that hurt and did some twisting and turning, then some accupuncturing and asked me to stretch against the wall, and voila! It was gone! I was a different person! It was like he pressed delete on the pain! I mean WTH! How in the world can neck pain be deleted!? Surely this man is a magician! I concluded. Thanks to the stretches he prescribed to be done regularly, several times a day, I am now able to get a full range of left to right and back motion with my neck, which for a month upto that day, was impossible. Would I recommend this place to anyone? Hell, yea! In 2022, I had a lower back to thigh pain, when I consulted Body Mechanics again and this time Anne Taylor was on my case. Another fantastic physcio-detective. Helped me release the knotted muscles, educated me about the problem with muscles without being stretched, taught me the relevant stretches and here I am today, pain free and moving like nothing ever hurt. Thank you BodyMechanics!

Fantastic experience: Very easy to book an immediate visit. Anne was very pleasant, knowledgeable and investigative. She was hard working (on my neck muscles) and some addtional movement was achieved during the session. I will now carry out her suggested exercises and look forward to my physio session next week.

Fantastic experience: Not to sound dramatic... but I won't trust anyone else with my physio needs - I've visited many physios over the years and whilst they treat the 'problem' they never get to the root cause, so the issue inevitably comes back. I've always seen Dave but friends and family have seen others at their clinics and always have a great experience. I can't recommend them enough and as someone who is very active I appreciate that Dave doesn't just throw the generic 'you need to rest for 6 weeks' spiel at me!

Fantastic experience: Saw Anne yesterday for physio. She was able to tell me that my pain was due to sciatica straight away. This was after 10 days of acute pain and no diagnosis. I had dry needling and was able to sleep properly for the first night in 10 days. I look forward to further sessions in helping me manage this condition going forwards.

Fantastic experience: I consulted Anne for knee pain and for the healing of an ankle fracture. I was very pleased with the thorough check up, her diagnosis of the cause of the knee pain and her suggested treatment plan for the knee and the ankle.

Fantastic experience: The team at BM started my rehab brilliantly. Only a few months ago, I struggled to walk more than a couple of miles without back pain. Last week, I tracked 60 miles in a week ... just doing my day to day work and going into London! I've had an ache here and there, but little pain. I was shocked / surprised to look back and see what we have achieved! By seeing the physio and sports massage therapist regularly, I am starting to feel more flexible and stronger. But I have to keep reminding myself, take it one session at a time! I am rather impatient.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my husband where looking for a gait and biometric analysis assessment and came across Bodymechanics. After speaking with their super helpful receptionist we was booked in to see Jon. When we arrived we was welcomed COVID securely and taken to the assessment room. Jon discussed what the assessment entailed and asked the reason why we was here and what issues we where suffering with. After a very thorough examination and a good little workout on the treadmill we found the reasons of my issues. I am booked in again for next week for another assessment to see how the stretches i have been given are working and to take the next step to rectifying my issues. I can't recommend Jon and his team enough very thorough, COVID secure and super friendly and funny. I have already recommended to a few of my friends who will be booking their appointments. So if you are in need of a full gait and biometric analysis defiantly book with Bodymechanics :)
