Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Strawberry House Clinic for nearly two years. Andreas’ treatments have resolved my back issues and now I just come for maintenance. Jackie and Alison, on reception, are always very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic for osteopathy and acupuncture.

Fantastic experience: Andreas has successfully treated me (and my wife) for a number of conditions over a long period, which started well before he moved his practice to Strawberry House. He is calm, reassuring and thoroughly professional, with a comprehensive range of approaches to different complaints. While I prefer not to require the services of an osteopath, when I do find myself in need of treatment I rather look forward to visiting Strawberry House. The reception area is a pleasant, light and airy space, though experience of it tends to be brief as appointments invariably start on time. Beyond explanation of the treatment, conversation during appointments is interesting. We have exchanged news of our respective families over many years, during which Andreas has been and will remain our first choice of osteopath.

Fantastic experience: I took my newborn daughter to see Andreas - she was delivered via forceps and we were concerned that she had a lot of tension after birth. Andreas was so gentle with her and it clearly gave her relief; she seemed much more comfortable after a few sessions. Alison and Jackie on reception were also very helpful, we would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of the service, treatment and welcome I received at Strawberry House. From barely able to move my shoulder and in excruciating pain when I attempted day-to-day movement, within a few days of my appointment with Andreas I was moving more freely, in far less pain, and a follow up session a week later pretty much had me right as rain. Sadly it did mean I could return to work! Seriously, I’m amazed how quickly I returned to normal being (as a man!) I convinced myself I was off to A&E! Not necessary at all once I’d seen the guys at Strawberry House and I will have no hesitation in returning there when my ageing body creaks again! Many thanks.

After around a month I began seeing noticable improvements and have been back on the bike without any further limiting issues. Fantastic staff, convenient location and always accomodating.

Fantastic experience: After having experienced pain in my hands, and having been diagnosd with early signs of arthritis, I went for eight sessions of laser treatment with Andreas Jochim who was recommended to me by a memebr of my family. I have noticed that there has been some improvement over time, and so will continue with the laser treatment as and when needed. I have found the staff to be welcoming, friendly and kind and am always put at ease whenever I visit the Clinic. I would definitely recommend Andreas to others needing Ostopathy treatment.

Fantastic experience: An extended period of pain in a previously broken elbow and wrist after light weight training had me visiting Sean at Strawberry House for session. I had space to share as much relevant medical history as was deemed necessary then was treated on the couch I cannot emphasise how pleasantly surprised I was to discover that months of pain and soreness had disappeared by the time I got home. I tentatively picked up heavy, regularly used large frying pan, which normally made me wince in pain. Dah dah !! No pain, and no restriction of movement. I was so excited that I planned to leave a message at reception to pass on to Sean, so great was my unexpected joy. I am happy to recommend Sean, as well as the reception staff, who are unfailingly polite and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Always had a great experience with Andreas. I'm a martial arts practitioner and a runner (in my 40s) and went through several injuries with my back and shoulders. Andreas uses back and neck manipulation, massages and acupuncture to manage and ease my injuries. I have no issues now but I still see him regularly for maintenance.

I emailed on friday night asking for an emergency appointment as a new patient due to excruciating back pain and they rang me on Saturday morning offering me a same day appointment. I saw Dr Ernesto De la Cruz Valdes who listened to my issue and within the half hour appointment had stopped my back from spasming and gave me home exercises specific to my issue. I will be seeing the Dr again next week for a follow up. I cannot thank this doctor enough for his help and the efficiency of all the staff that work here.
