Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Natasha for plantar fasciitis since August. She is the heart of this practice; knowledgable and helpful with practical tips. I have seen a marked improvement in my plantar and have confidence that it will continue to get better. I highly recommend her advice and treatment.

Fantastic experience: Aashima has been very supportive and encouraging throughout my sessions to rehabilitate my left wrist after I suffered a fracture from a fall whilst running. I still have a little way to go for full recovery, but I am sure this will happen after a few more sessions.

Fantastic experience: Natasha was very thorough in her assessment and support. She explained what she believed to be the issue with my back and clearly demonstrated it with some apparatus. Only point I would say was although it was an assessment a few simple stretches or exercises to get me started would have been most welcome as the next appointment is in 2 weeks.

Fantastic experience: Working with Natasha for several weeks has improved my recurrent migraines to the point where I can manage to ward them off before they take hold. Where prior to treatment they'd last 3 days, they are much less frequent and symptoms only last for a couple of hours. Natasha has a very kind approach and is very knowledgeable. She makes the information she shares very accessible and I would highly recommend her as working with her has been life-changing for me.

Fantastic experience: In the past 6-months, I have seen Aashima at Xcel Health for x2 unrelated issues; one muscular pain, the other tendon discomfort. In both cases, Aashima has correctly diagnosed the problem at initial consultation and provided a mixture of massage and acupuncture at follow up sessions; with advice on targeted exercises, stretching and icing of the areas (to continue at home) to alleviate the symptoms. Aashima is knowledgeable and professional, yet with a warm and friendly approach, which puts you at immediate ease. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: After an ankle injury, I was worried about regaining strength and confidence, especially with a ski holiday booked and a very full-on schedule as a working mum of two. The approach was incredibly practical and realistic — exercises that could genuinely be done at home, fitted around work and family life, without feeling overwhelming. The focus on gradual strength-building, mobility and confidence made a huge difference, and everything was clearly explained so I understood why I was doing each exercise. Fantastic experience: Hannah has been treating me for several weeks for chronic dizziness caused by a vestibular disorder. She quickly diagnosed BPPV & has been treating me for this condition with very positive outcomes. Hannah is clearly highly specialised in this area and at all times has shown a great deal of care & professionalism.

My son had sustained an ankle sprain during basketball training and was treated by Aashima over a period of 4-6 weeks. The only downside is the very small car park where I understand people leave their cars when they are not attending appointments at Summercroft. Something definitely needs to be done about this.

From our very first call, she was thorough in assessing my knee pain and prescribed a set of exercises to start my recovery. What I appreciated most was her ability to listen and adapt.
