Fantastic experience: My first time visiting the centre and it was great. I had a sports massage with Chris and it was excellent. Will be back soon.

Fantastic experience: Kelly was thoroughly professional, thoughtful in her questions and made helpful suggestions for me to manage my painful arthritic knee. She also directed me to my local pharmacy to confirm her suspicion that a particular medication would not be appropraite for me. Pharmacist agreed.

Fantastic experience: Kathi has been incredible in helping me rebalance my body after a particularly traumatic 18 months. I was in severe pain in my neck and shoulders, experiencing pins and needles radiating into my hand to the point where I was unable to sleep at night. Through breathing exercises, somatic experience and manual manouvres Kathi has achieved what I did not think was possible...no pain! She has taught me exercises to practice at home daily and shown me how to recreate somatic experience for myself so I can perform these by myself. I am eternally grateful for your work Kathi. I was sceptical as was unsure what an osteopath did but you are so much more than that. Thank you.

His approach was very gentle yet still effective, which made the whole treatment comfortable and relaxing. Overall, everything was excellent, and I left feeling much better. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: My friday lunchtime yoga slot with Louise makes my day, grounding me with good energy for the weekend and the demands of three kids. Her Yoga class is very welcoming and personal, Louise is observant as well as generous with her energy and demonstrations, this is a great class!

Fantastic experience: An excellent consultation with Lyndsay. She took a careful and comprehensive medical history and worked on my neck and shoulders. She gave me advice on how to proceed after the consultation in terms of exercises to do. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and I always feel that I am in good hands!

Fantastic experience: I had a bad motorbike accident in November 2025 and damaged my hand and arm. I have had extensive hand therapy with Clare Corrans for the past few months. Her skill and professionalism has made a significant difference to the hand injury and I can see week on week improvement. Clare is highly skilled but she also communicates her approach and its benefits clearly and sets goals and work programmes for me to follow. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have regularly used the CHC since it opened many years ago. Receptionists are always welcoming and helpful. I have an aromatherapy massage on average every fortnight with Debbie Wright, who is absolutely brilliant. Debbie is very experienced and has successfully treated a variety of ailments for me, ensuring I can still play tennis twice a week. I have also had many successful treatments from Lindsay Mudford for joint problems. Lindsay is always welcoming, very experienced and I always leave with good advice and appropriate exercises.

Fantastic experience: Linda my podiatrist / Chiropodist is extremely professional her treatments are the best that I have ever received, she's very thorough and my feet feel amazing afterwards. I've been a a client here for years, so I highly recommend Linda, she's truly excellent. Also the reception staff are very friendly too.

From the moment she greeted me in the reception area, I felt at ease. Kathi's passion is very evident through her expertise and personable nature. I have not stopped recommending Kathi to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I went to CHC with shoulder and arm pain. I met Kathi in reception, she was friendly and reassuring. I found her to be very knowledgeable, and patient, she explained my problem in a way I could understand which allowed me to relax. I would recommend Kathi to anyone who is in pain but expecially to those who are apprehensive about what to expect.

Fantastic experience: A very thorough examination- physical and medical history. Kelly immediately made me feel comfortable- very warm and welcoming. I didnt feel rushed in trying to describe my symptoms. Prompt despatch of email with exercises.

Fantastic experience: I have had a bad back now for a few weeks, I usually battle on and it gets better on its own in about a week. This time I couldn't shift it and thought actually I need some help this time! I had heard about the CHC and I called up and booked an appointment which was with Kathi. Kathi has incredible knowledge of the body and mind, she made me feel totally relaxed and after my first half an hour session I had so much more mobility, amazing...... and no clicking or cracking techniques which scare the hell out of me, I exited the treatment room with a spring in my step. From my very first appointment, I felt confident that I was in capable hands. Kathi is highly professional, knowledgeable and experienced. She takes the time to explain everything clearly. Fantastic experience: I’m an existing client, fortunately I don’t need to go regularly ! I usually go to Nicki Moss, but she was away. I was a bit nervous going to someone new, but I needn’t have been. I saw Tom Stewart - very pleased with my treatment He was meticulous in that he wanted to rule out anything major - slipped disc or neurological type injury giving me a series of movements to check. My back is a lot better. At the end he gave me a series of yoga poses to do - which I’m familiar with. Don’t think I’ll need a further appointment.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Debbie Wright after being diagnosed with (very painful) sciatica. She has really helped me manage the pain and relax. Every time I have a flare up, Debbie is always able to perform an excellent full body massage and it really helps the pain go away. I have seen other massage therapists in the past but Debbie is the best one - very professional, kind, accomodating and the massage itself is incredible. Fantastic experience: This was the best decision I could make and step into the Complementary Health Centre well over a year ago. It's super easy to book appointment on the website, very friendly reception team where nothing is a bother, and I have had the most compassionate, kind hearted and most of all knowledgeable Helen who has nurses me back to health after my various sever upper and lower spinal issues. This is a place where I return each time my condition flares up and I leave feeling mentally and physically better.

Fantastic experience: I first saw Lyndsay Mudford back in 2017 for shoulder and neck pain. Fast forward six years and I have just seen her again for a pinched nerve resulting in pins needles. To say she has worked wonders both times would be a massive understatement. Friendly, personable as well as highly professional, she got a thorough background of my ailments and administered treatment accordingly. Came out after the session feeling so much better. Amazing! Cannot recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for several years to see Linda (Chiropodist). It is a lovely place, very welcoming and friendly and with a lovely atmosphere. Linda does a wonderful job keeping my feet in working order, which is why I come regularly. I've not used any of the other services but when other practitioners in the building pass by they are always cheerful and friendly too. I understand they run various classes such as yoga, tai chi etc as well as seeing people individually. The receptionists are kind and helpful and very accommodating, and I can honestly say that it's a pleasure to come here.

Positive experience: Suzie Madison, acupuncturist, treated me for chronic & acute pain in my hip caused by arthritis - she is reassuring, calm & very professional - I felt I was in very safe hands. Fantastic experience: Throughout lockdown, I'd been running an awful lot, for fitness and my own mental health with homeschooling and working etc! I over did it, and have had a delicate back since having a back to back birth 7 years ago. I had a chat with Kelly, told her all my symptoms and where the pain was etc. She asked me all sorts of questions and was very thorough. Kelly sent me exercises to do, which I've been doing on a daily basis. My back is so much better, I can't say 100% because I don't think it ever will be, but I'm out running again without pain, sitting at work, without pain and sleeping all night again, without pain. So thank you Kelly, you're a star!

Fantastic experience: I had a couple of physio sessions with Kelly after having real issues with my neck. By the time they had finished, my neck was back to normal. She explained the issue meticulously, along with exercises for me to do at home. I throughly recommend Kelly as the physio to go to.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a virtual appointment (Due to Lockdown) with Kelly Harry from this CHC Lee. She is and extremely professional physiotherapist and as one would hope she absolutely knows her stuff. I would recommend her to everyone in the area. I have been getting neck pains, probably due to working from home constantly and not having the correct posture. Kelly diagnosed the problem and also explained what I could do to prevent further issues. She then also gave me a bunch of different exercises to relieve the pain and cure the issue. These where also progressively changed as my neck began to feel better! I have not had the issue again but if I do I will defiantly go back to Kelly!

Fantastic experience: I was seeing Kelly the physio via virtual zoom video through lockdown. I had very bad after affect of COVID 19. I had post viral muscle fatigue and Kelly was absolutely brilliant in helping me rehabilitate. Kelly gave me various exercises and demonstrated very useful stretching techniques. I was very surprised at how knowledgable she was not only about the muscles/body, but she gave me such brilliant advise about the mind and how to engage it in my recovery. With all of the uncertainty in those times, having Covid caused me a great deal of anxiety which was in tern hindering my physical recovery. Kelly took the time to explain this to me and she demonstrated a grate deal of patience and tact when I was in a vulnerable state. I have now made a full recovery and I am forever grateful for Kelly’s time, patience and knowledge of her craft. If I could give 10 stars I would! Keep up the good work Kelly, hopefully many more people will benefit from her knowledge! Wayne.

Fantastic experience: Have visited the centre many times for Tai Chi and had accupuncture treatment. My wife also had accupuncture treatment for thyroid problem which cured it, absolutely amazing. It is small, friendly centre with a good team of professionals. Thank you to the team there and all your help.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and efficient receptionist and a comfortable environment. My appointment was with Mala Bissoon, the medical herbalist, who was very knowledgeable and gave lots of practical advice. I left feeling well informed and with a clear plan of action. Time well spent! I would recommend both Mala and the Complementary Health Centre without hesitation.
