I initially went to the clinic (from another recommendation!) as I was struggling with a knee injury that physiotherapy hadn't made any better. Paul fixed me! Negative experience: So I contacted Aligned For Life about 2-3 weeks ago as my back was in agony and I had a sponsored hike coming up. I submitted an enail to them from their web site. It took them 3 days to respond to me (from a mobile fone) and the chap said he would be back to me ASAP with an appt date. I never heard back and it's been over 2 weeks now. They must be very busy indeed, or don't need new customers.

He has treated me for two separate issues simultaneously and his treatment and advice has meant that I now have almost no pain at all. I had never been to a chiropractor before and wasn't sure what to expect or if chiropractic treatment would help at all, but Paul has been great and I'm amazed at the results! He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything very well with a friendly, professional manner. He treated me over a period of a couple of months and recommended exercises and lifestyle changes to help as well. Fantastic experience: Paul's experience and ability to pinpoint what's needed to remedy issues is incredible. With his treatment and advice our elite gymnast daughter has been able to manage and prevent potential injury, and regular visits to Paul's clinic have rectified long standing problems. Fantastic experience: We are very grateful to Paul for treating our 7 year old son while we were on holiday in the UK. Our son had an accident while playing when a big wooden pole fell over and hit him on the head. Thankfully no major damage was done, but he still suffered from persistent headache. A friend recommended Paul to us. We were both amazed and delighted to see Paul's treatment take immediate effect and reduce our boy's headache. Fantastic experience: I usually see a sports massage therapist as I am not keen on the 'clicking'. With that said, I have been visiting Paul since January and he has bee extremely considerate of my nervousness of the clicking...to be honest not that bothered anymore by it. He employs a variety of techniques and is well versed in all types of injuries as mine relate to dancing and the gym. My problems have become much better that I don't need to see Paul as often as I used to.

Fantastic experience: Paul is a miracle worker. I have had back problems for 40 years and two operations and and I was very scared to let anyone touch my back but I was desperate and thought it cannot get much worse and was recommended to him. After I told him my history he was not going to do the 'full works' . He massaged my back and did acupuncture and then tapped gently on my problem discs being L4, L5 with a little instrument. After four visits my back was the best it had been for at least 10 years.Unfortunately I do not live in the area and was on holiday but I will return if and when I have a problem and can thoroughly recommend Paul who is very cautious about what treatment he gives and everyone is individual to him.

Fantastic experience: Hi, I have been suffering with shoulders pain that stretched to my back and neck for nearly two years: the situation had aggravated so badly that I was nearly paralysed and was not able to drive or carry out some of the most basic daily activities. The consultant who had been following me for the past years had prescribed a very invasive surgery involving partial removal of some bones, and a lot of rebuilding on the capsula and other tendons. Not been at all keen in the surgery I had been seen a number of other therapists, which had hardly helped. Paul Fraser at Aligned For Life visited me and was the first to express the opinion that I did NOT need surgery but instead I needed rest and an anti-inflammatory therapy. Paul wrote to my GP and shared his perspective. To me Paul was an eye opener as he presented an alternative to the irreversible surgery approach. I followed up to his advice seeking a second opinion from an orthopaedic surgeon which agreed with him (yet they did not connect and were totally unrelated): I cancelled the already scheduled operation, embarked in the drug based therapy, and solved entirely the problem within weeks. Now I am like new, pain free and totally mobile. I really owe you Paul , for your honest and brilliant diagnostic ability which enabled me to look outside what I had been told so far and escape something that I really dreaded. Thanks Paul. Fantastic experience: After a full course of treatments, I was able to sleep without it waking me in the night and could build back the strength I had lost. He gave me exercises to do and also made me aware of some habits I might have that could put my shoulder in a vulnerable position, eg, leaning on my elbows. This helped me greatly. Now I can monitor my own posture and habits to help protect my shoulders and pop back if I need an adjustment to keep everything aligned and working well. Fantastic experience: Having a history of lower back problem, I have been to several chiropractors / osteopaths over the years with varying degrees of success and hence my confidence was not all that great. My visit to Aligned for Life, was in contrast, excellent and so I'd like to leave some feedback on my experience for others! I found the chiropractor (Paul) to be EXTREMELY thorough in his background understanding of my problem, the examination/ assessment and then subsequent treatment. Importantly, Paul also took the time to explain in detail what he thought the problem was - demonstrating using visual prop where the problem is and what treatments would help in my particular case. I really came out feeling that the problem had been very thoroughly assessed, and with confidence that my problem had been diagnosed well, and with a treatment plan that would see real benefits for me.
