Fantastic experience: Had physio after a diagnosis of GTPS and had k-laser therapy when shockwave therapy was recommended. Had a few sessions which helped enormously. Lots of alternative therapies are offered (acupuncture, tape etc) - not all work to the same effect but the options are there if you want them. The GTPS is still there but with exercise, stretches with the diagnosis, this will all help with recovery. Thank you very much Sonia and team!

Fantastic experience: I am a runner and for me , my daily ( quite long) runs are linked to my mental health and well-being so I approached this physio after I had Achilles tendinitis from pushing myself a little too far ! I was very anxious to get back having been injury free for some 22 years and having raced competitively and run marathons. Running is a big part of my life so I was concerned my running days were over ( I’m 53 years old ) but I needn’t have worried . I asked for some laser therapy initially to speed up the healing process and we worked on strengthening the area having to discipline myself to not go back too soon and incorporating swimming into my exercise routine instead ( my choice) Sonia and Jo agreed to allow me to listen to my body as part of the healing process and trusted me not to set things back which I was aware , could have been a possibility ! After seeing them for about 6 weeks combining the strengthening exercises and the use of taping , laser and other techniques I was elated to return to 20 minutes plus running with no further niggles. That first ‘normal’ run made me whoop with joy and am now back as I was before , running 5-6 days a week and feeling fit and healthy. I also really appreciated Sonia’s reassurance that I would return to ‘it’ going to show that with determination , it’s really not over until it’s over !! The way I see it is ‘use it or lose it ‘ . and sometimes we all just need a little bit of help and belief to help us get back to where we want to be which worked out well for me.

Fantastic experience: I done my rotor cuff while hitting the punch bags.. I had done the same damage before on my other shoulder before and was bad for a whole year. This time round I’ve round Sonya and after one session the pain has reduced by 80-90%. Amazing piece of equipment that K-laser. She also helped me with some spine problems that she noticed while working on my shoulder. Which she didn’t need to do. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great Understanding and help for my severe pain. I am waiting for a total hip replacement and due to being on anticoagulants have been unable to take anti inflammatory tablets. My pain was so severe that I was prescribed morphine patches from my GP as a last resort. Fortunately I called Sonja before starting with the patches and haven't needed to use them. I started with 2 sessions a week and am now on 1 session weekly and my pain is now bearable while I wait for my surgery. I am now back cycling regularly and able to enjoy life better since not being in such terrible pain. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: My only regret is I didn’t find Sonia years ago! I’ve suffered for over 21 years with Carpal Tunnel. After only one treatment, I woke up without numb hands. I can’t explain how bad my Carpal Tunnel is (was!), but, I would wake several times a night with it and I couldn’t use my hands when in the morning, turning my alarm off with my nose. With just one treatment, my hands were numb only one in the night and NOT in the morning, I cannot wait for treatment two and to wake up the following morning. Fantastic experience: I met Sonia and Keysha on Tuesday night when I went to chat about my pain. I had hip replacement in Feb 2024 and suffered damage to my Femoral nerve, causing numbness with pins and needles. Sonia talked over the treatment and asked so many questions to fully understand my pain and my symptoms. After my first treatment I felt so much better. The pins and needles were not so bad. She strapped all my knee as well to help stability and also she said this would help stimulate the nerves. I have been back for my second treatment tonight. Sonia got me walking tonight without a stick and in a straight line. I feel amazing tonight after my 2nd session. I am amazed at how the K laser is working and helping me . I also have stenosis in the lower spine and she has been treating this as well and has felt so much better. I would highly recommend chatting with Sonia about any problems. Fantastic experience: It was my first through a referral that I went to them. I had serious pain on my right shoulder and lower back. Fantastic experience: Sonia at Physio Healing Hands has successfully got rid of tendinitis in my back and shoulder using K-Laser treatment. She also treated my plantar fasciitis using K-Laser and in 2 sessions the level of pain has dramatically decreased to the extent the exercises she provided should be all I need to completely get rid of the issue.
