Fantastic experience: By far the best Physio team I’ve ever gone to for advice and help diagnosing my conditions and also thereafter supporting me in seeking the relevant advice and treatments. I worked with Logan Smith however I’m aware that the whole team helped review my case to go above and beyond even though my case was far from simple. I was amazed at the efforts made to diagnose and treat my conditions. I will certainly recommend anyone and actually i was recommended by at least three people so I think that speaks for itself too.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Logan at Elite Physical Medicine. I went to see him as I was dealing with a few minor injuries while training for the London Marathon, and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and informative from the start. Logan gave me the correct advice to properly sort out my problems and explained everything clearly, which put me at ease. He was super welcoming and professional.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Andy McCrea at Elite Physical Medicine for sports injuries needing a specialist physio. I had a complex groin injury with a mix of muscle / tendon issues which a previous physio had not helped in 3 months. Highly personable and mixed a blend of exercises to produce results I did not think possible within 2 months. Uses strength data to back up what you feel is happening. A very well stocked gym onsite too, no printouts of exercises needed, he does them with you.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise for Ahmad who sorted out a problem with my right knee. At the initial consultation he took time to understand the issue which enabled him to develop a series of exercises to build up the strength in the joint. As the strength improved these exercises were adapted and expanded upon at the next session to continue the rehabilitation. By the next appointment the progress was such that the issue had all but disappeared and it was agreed that no further appointments were needed. Ahmad was extremely professional and personable throughout & I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a first class physiotherapist.

Fantastic experience: Tom at Elite has helped our Charlie many times when he had injuries from playing football always helpful caring professional always sorted out the problem. Now Charlie is 19 still going to see Tom wouldn’t go anywhere else he trusts him implicitly and he always puts it right. A 5 star bloke!

Fantastic experience: In November I strained a muscle around my rib from coughing so much whilst pregnant. I was told by a doctor the only thing I could do was rest so I tried doing that but by mid January I was really struggling with the pain and it was only getting worse so I booked in to see Gemma. I was really impressed with how thorough she was, we didn't just speak about my muscle pain but also lots of other issues I might have from pregnancy. I was given lots of advice and exercises and booked in to to see her again. I've now had 3 sessions and my muscle is pretty much healed and I feel like I can finally enjoy my pregnancy. I've also been given more exercises to help with my core and pelvic floor to help with the rest of my pregnancy and post recovery. I'm so happy with the treatment I received and wish I had gone to see her sooner!

Fantastic experience: After rupturing my ACL in a skiing accident, I was understandably nervous about recovery. Working with Ahmad at Elite made an enormous difference. His calm expertise, encouragement, and carefully structured strength programme helped me rebuild stability and confidence step by step. I chose to recover without surgery, and with his guidance I’ve regained full strength and have even returned to skiing. I’m incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I visited after an injury. Referral to an NHS physio was a 4 month wait just for a triage appointment, but Elite Physical Medicine saw and assessed me privately within a week. The appointments were reasonably priced. My assigned physio, Ahmad was personable and professional. My lifestyle and previous sports experience was taken into account. I was given a range of exercises quickly, and offered a scan once they were clearer where the issue was. The exercises were provided conveniently on an app for me to do at home. Once there was clear improvement, I was discharged quickly with a clear set of goals moving forward. I would recommend this physio.

Fantastic experience: I have used Elite Physical a number of times over the years, once again I’m in need of their expertise. This time I have had a great experience with Logan as my physiotherapist. He is professional, knowledgeable, and takes time to really listen and understand the issue rather than rushing through appointments. Logan clearly explains what’s going on with your body and tailors the treatment and exercise to suit your needs. I felt comfortable, supported and confident in the recovery plan he put together for me. Fantastic experience: After a botched operation various medical problem's a miss diagnosis and unbearable pain for about 5 months..torn tendon in my left shoulder…that not only affected me physically but also started to drag me down mentally never been there before…my doctor referred me to Elite.Best thing he’s ever done! I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO MEET AHMAD.First visit was an assessment lots of questions and answers and a light exercise program put in place but more over he instilled with the confidence that he was going to fix me I came out of that meeting still in pain but feeling the best I had felt in 5 months mentally.THATS POWERFULL! Fantastic experience: I first used Elite Physical Medicine several years ago, when Andy McRea helped me with a mountain bike injury I had sustained. I was really impressed at the time with both the service and the reuslts I got. Fast forward to 2025 and my now 14 year old son has a knee problem which is preventing him from playing. Elite Physical were the first people I thought of when I realised we needed to see someone for answers. We were lucky enough to see Andy again, and he took his time to learn the problem, and then explain how we could go forward. We left the appointment with a clear plan of action, feeling very positive about getting back to the football pitch. I worked with Gemma after having my son and I'm so pleased I went for the initial mummy MOT to assess my symptoms and how I felt. I joined Gemma's pelvic floor exercise classes and progressed to her return to running classes, which I think have been a key part of my recovery. I felt thoroughly looked after at Elite, Gemma is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Gemma, a woman’s health physio who has been amazing. I’ve seen her pre and post birth and feel so much stronger. The first time was after baby one and I followed the exercises and got back to running etc in my own time. After baby 2 lockdown happened and I didn’t have any physio, I tried returning to exercise on my own and ran into problems. With baby 3 I was determined that I would be strong this time and started seeing her from 24 weeks. As she does an online class alongside the physio appointments I could do the exercises in a class setting to motivate me and repeat it multiple times a week. This time I feel really strong and capable. I can keep up with my older boys and manage carrying round the baby as much as I need. I physically feel better than I have in years and I will forever be grateful for Gemma for her encouragement& support. Gemma is a wonder because she explains things so well that you can understand why you are and are not doing certain exercises. She gives a foundation of knowledge to help you make sensible choices in what you do & be confident in your recovery. Fantastic experience: Ahmad was professional and struck the right balance between being extremely knowledgeable but also explaining things in an understandable way that never felt condescending. He was able to quickly identify the problem with my knee (which was different to the results from another physio via a video appointment - no substitute for being 'hands on) and tailor a treatment plan to help me recover. He was available via email for support outside of sessions and came into every session well prepared. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Gemma is phenomenal, I don’t know where I would be without her. I was referred to Gemma by a few friends who had pelvic floor issues after birth and will be eternally grateful. Gemma is extremely knowledgeable and takes a bespoke approach to each of her clients. I attended individual sessions every 6-8 weeks to understand the current status and recovery on my pelvic floor. Furthermore she offers weekly classes to strengthen your pelvic floor using very targeted and effective exercises. These were my weekly lifeline as I was able to do them online even with a small baby. These classes offered progress in difficulty and before you know it you are strong again! Gemma has helped me return to exercise in a measured and slow way that will ensure longevity. I am now able to run, cycle and lift with no leaking or pelvic pain. Thank you Gemma for sharing all your knowledge with me. I cannot give 6 stars but if I could I would.

Fantastic experience: **Review for Andy at Elite Physical Medicine** I cannot recommend Andy at Elite Physical Medicine highly enough! During my recent visit, Andy diagnosed my injury correctly before even seeing the injured area – it was absolutely amazing. He then offered a set of exercises to help me recover, and I have complete confidence in his expertise. This is my second visit to Andy. Previously, he helped me with another injury, so I knew I was in good hands, and I was right. Andy is always professional, extremely knowledgeable, and dedicated to his patients' well-being. If you're looking for a skilled and reliable physiotherapist, Andy is the one to see!

Fantastic experience: Leaps and bounds above other physios. Being a long-term runner who has struggled with various injuries such as tendinitis and shin splints, the team at elite physical medicine seem to be the only ones who are able to fix me! A few years back Tom helped to cure my shin splints within 1-2 months. He was very professional and introduced me to targeted running exercises in the in-house physio gym. He also analysed my gait and got me on the treadmill to analyse my form, identifying cadence as a possible contributor and then explaining the science behind this. I took these learnings forward and haven’t had shin splints since. Likewise I’m currently seeing Andy in regards to ankle/tendinitis and have been met with the same - if not better - professional and insightful service. Andy is incredibly kind, genuinely interested in his clients and keen to do all he can to get you back out there. Andy used special strength equipment which diagnosed my imbalances in ankle strength (something I haven’t seen before at other physios I visited across the country prior). Andy then got me on the treadmill to analyse my form and recommend me targeted exercises to strengthen identified weaknesses. Whilst I have not completed my programme and cannot speak of the success just yet I have no doubt I’ll be fixed in the coming weeks and months. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I tore my meniscus and was finding walking painful. I had a holiday booked and was worried that it would be ruined if I couldn't walk. Ahmad sorted out a physio programme that had me almost back to normal by the time I went on holiday. I can not recommend him highly enough. My knowledge of physiotherapy before this incident was practically nil, but everything was well explained and I was sent videos of the exercises so I knew exactly what to do. From the first appointment I had confidence that I was getting the correct advice and that the problem was going to be solved. I would recommend Elite to anyone needing physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: I tore my ACL in September 2021 and started seeing Andy for pre-surgery physiotherapy and then after surgery for rehabilitation. As someone who loves playing sport and plays hockey at university, it was so important for me to be able to do that again and Andy understood this. He gave me great physiotherapy regimens and was incredibly supportive for the roughly 16 months I was a patient at Elite Physical Medicine. Thank you, Andy!!

Fantastic experience: I tore my meniscus in my knee unexpectedly and was in quite a lot of pain when I first saw Andy. He thought I’d probably need a steroid injection to help my recovery. However, Andy devised a physio plan for me and advised to go to their gym or another 3 times a week. Two months later i did not need the injection, I had no pain and I’ve become a gym addict! I used their gym having had no experience of a gym before and then I was using the same equipment that Andy had shown the exercises on. I would definitely recommend Elite as they are very professional and caring.

Fantastic experience: Could not recomend Elite more.highly. i am a gardener who has been suffering with sciatica for a long period. After receiving little to no help from my GP, I called Andy. Within a week I was referred for a scan. As a result I am now getting the right treatment and am on the right path to get me back to work.

Fantastic experience: Emma was really great! Forgot my follow up was in 2 days time and got the reminder through but the stretches she provided for my back have really helped and the cramping in my legs has subsided and back pain has gone really appreciate how understand she was and warm and friendly.

Fantastic experience: After having a significant leg break playing football in August. I embarked on what would end up being an 8 month recovery process. While there were ups and downs along the way, Andy not only provided me with great advice with regards to physio therapy, but also a positive outlook throughout. Fantastic experience: What a brilliant place Elite physio is, especially Gabrielle :) super friendly, non judgemental, explains everything clearly and you can have your exercises sent to you if needs be so no excuses people! Fantastic experience: I was referred to Elite Physical & having previously had 8+ months of physio elsewhere with little improvement I was somewhat sceptical of what difference Elite could make. I saw Andy & he was brilliant. There are a couple areas to call out on Elite & Andy in particular. Firstly, they have a scientific approach: machines & tech were used to assess the extent of the injury, & throughout treatment - helpful & encouraging to see the gains, even if they are not immediately 'felt'. Secondly, Andy himself is very thorough & took time to explain what the issue was, the treatment he was recommending & the objectives of it. 5* service & would definitely use again.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Elite for many years now. Im a keen triathlete and have had my fair share of sports injuries. Every time I have ended up at Elites door every single physiotherapist Ive been too has been fantastic. They have always had the mindset of working with me, understanding my desire to always keep moving, finding and exploring every possible method in order to get me rehabilitated and back to my sport that I love. The physiotherapists shared knowledge and backgrounds makes for great experience also.The team are always able to answer any questions I have and are great if I have any follow up questions post my appointments. Elite also have a fantastic source of Consultants that they can refer onto thus making any further investigations that are needed an easier path to navigate. I can not recommend Elite enough, Im not sure where I would be sometimes without there constant support and resource with all my injuries. The team on reception are very welcoming and helpful also. Thank you Elite team as you help me through my latest wrist injury (Especially Tom!) and all your support in getting me back to an active life. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Elite Physical Medicine following chronic lower back pain I've had for several years. I had seen a couple of other physios in the past that provided some support but the pain persisted. I thought I would try Elite Physical Medcine. From the initial assessment they were able to quickly diagnose what was causing the back pain. I now have a strength programme that seems to keep my back pain at bay. I will certainly be using Elite physical medicine again for any future injuries. Thank you again for going the extra mile and improving my quality of life greatly.

The new app they have for their rehabilitation programmes is fab - clear explanations and videos of the exercises. It even sends you a notification to remind you to do your exercises! Brilliant! Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend the team at Elite physical enough. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They take their time to explain your diagnosis and care plan thoroughly, to make sure you're comfortable with everything. I personally dealt with Gabi and Andy and they've been so helpful in getting my knee back to normal. They helped me get my diagnosis fast and treated me efficiently. Unlike other places I've visited where you're overwhelmed with endless expensive appointments, at Elite it didn't cost me a fortune and I'm back to my normal activities.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Elite several times for various ailments including an injured back where I literally crawled in and walked out after physio with Andy. He was very thorough and set me up with exercises I could do at home alongside weekly intense physio and also acupuncture. Elite staff are expert and professional and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Have been to Elite several times now, for numerous aches and pains, most recently for continuing pain in my hand. Was given a diagnosis of tendinitis and a plan to recovery! Cannot recommend Paul, Andy and the team at Elite enough.

Negative experience: Broke my wrist in a fall & chose to pay to get physio rather than waiting for the NHS. I had 2 appointments with Nicola. At the first one she said someone had taken her measure to see how much inflexion I had, but in fact all she did was to show me exercises to do. I didn't even have the full 45 minutes. At the 2nd appointment, once again she just told me what exercises to do, spent time typing & then printing them off a copy. What a waste à time & money, especially as I could find out more information on the internet. I have now decided to come to France & to get physio there. I am paying less than £20 a session & the physio does exercises with me for the full 30 minutes. I would definitely not recommend using Nicola at Elite Physical

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this team enough. One year of debilitating shoulder pain gone within 3 months. Tom Stainer is an excellent clinician combining both interpersonal skills & in depth knowledge. I was given a personalised workout plan which strengthened the necessary muscles to help reduce the impingement in my shoulder. Clear, concise instructions were given and in depth explanations to help me understand what was causing the pain & how to avoid aggravating my shoulder in the future. The care was very holistic, rather than just dealing with the problem, Tom was very pragmatic in helping me avoid further stress to my shoulder - while simultaneously facilitating a solid gym routine & allowing me to carry on wrestling. My personal desires (carrying on working out & wrestling) were taken into account when deciding the plan, which is what really stood out to me. Additionally, Tom helped to iron out the flaws in my deadlift technique and prevent painful muscle spasms as well as showing me extra methods to train my lower back. Overall, Tom is an exceptional physiotherapist with a plethora of experience and I would recommend him, as well as Elite Physical Medicine without hesitation. Additionally, I was scanned & assessed initially by Paul Thawley who was wonderful in explaining the diagnosis & explaining what would come next. The vast experience of the entire team really shows in all aspects of care - from the reception team to the lead physiotherapists. I'm very satisfied & have immense gratitude to EPM as I didn't think I would ever get rid of this chronic deep pain. They are very reasonably priced; there are no hidden & unnecessary fees and they are able to do ultrasound scans on site - which saves a trip. As someone who will be starting work as a junior doctor next year - I would recommend anyone with musculoskeletal pain to refer directly to these physiotherapists if they can afford it, rather than wait for the 3+ month referral from primary care (GP).

Fantastic experience: I first saw Gemma for a Mummy MOT following the birth of my first child. I had follow up sessions with her to help me regain my core and pelvic strength and correct a diastasis recti. I saw her again after having another baby and now attend her brilliant weekly postnatal exercise classes. She is very discreet, friendly and completely professional. Also a mum herself so an all round woman’s health physio. Can’t recommend her more and think everyone should have a mummy MOT after childbirth.

Fantastic experience: First class service, would recommend! I have had a 6/8 month history of knee pain. I'm a physio myself in the local hospital and had been through my own rehab program but with no major improvement, so I decided to get a second opinion. I sent an online enquiry and within a few minutes they rang me back to book an appointment for just a few days later. At the initial assessment, I was able to talk through my issues and past rehab followed by Paul's own physical assessment. I was also able to get an ultrasound scan within the same initial assessment, this found a calcium lump within the area of my knee pain. After discussing different options I had a course of shockwave therapy which has helped to further settle the pain down. I'm nowstarting a period of strength training in there gym to further strengthen the tendons. I found the staff and building to be very COVID secure, with appropriate measures in place to ensure safety throughout my visits. I have been very grateful of the quick and efficient service. I would very much recommend, indeed I have recommended to a family member of one of my patients who was keen for a review.

Fantastic experience: Andy has absolutely sorted my back. Prior to seeing him, I had spent hundreds of pound on Chiropractors and dozens of visits to my GP. Within 3-4 visits to Andy, my back is completely fixed. He identified the issue on my first visit, something no GP or Chiro had before. Really cannot recommend Elite Physical Medicine highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend! Professional, efficient, safe and friendly from start to finish. I was self funded so really appreciated Andy's honesty when he explained that I could manage the recovery of my shoulder injury without the need for a full course of sessions. The exercises he gave me to do have been working a treat and the injury is getting noticeably better and better, with better mobility and strength, and with significantly less pain. Highly recommend if you need a physio!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to EPM since it opened for various injuries and that speaks volumes for the quality of service and attention to detail, I have never been tempted to go anywhere else. Why would I? It’s the best service around. I always feel like i am the only person Andy, Paul or Tom are treating that day. They always know my history so the maximum time can be spent on investigating the injury during that first meeting. The facilities are excellent, i have experienced both the Aylesbury and Tring venues. All the latest gym equipment and advanced dynamic movement areas ready and waiting for your rehabilitation plan to get started there and then. I have never left an initial consolation without trying out the plan beforehand I leave to make sure i am comfortable with any ‘homework’. I have experienced many physios in my life in the south and EPM is standout. There really is no one that comes close in all aspects of the journey from initial consultation to the day you are signed off. I have always liked their no nonsense style to recovery, you are there to get back to full fitness in the shortest time possible, not to spend months on a weekly treatment table burning money each session. I’m an amateur sportsman at best and these guys make me feel like an Olympic athlete and my sports prized possession. The reason for writing this review is that i have just experienced their services while working within the COVID world. It was never in doubt but they have taken all the advice and measures extremely seriously and i have never felt safer. Their processes are so slick it almost felt normal and like its always been like this. No awkwardness, no confusion....... just professional, clear and planned procedures to make sure everyone knows the rules. From top to bottom, all the staff know the procedures and are able to advise you. I was greeted with a temperature check and sanitiser pump on arrival and then welcomed by Andy dressed with full PPE (apron, mask and visor). While receiving treatments Andy was always aware of the procedures with a quick pump of sanitiser at regular intervals. A massive well done to the all the team.They have nailed the COVID procedures and its great to see everyone returning. I doubt there are many safer environments than at EPM. With all respect i hope not to see you again for a while! :o) But when i do, i know that I’ll receive the best physio therapy service around.

Fantastic experience: I visited Elite due to ongoing issues with my back that had significantly worsened during lock down. Firstly, Elite's response to Covid has been brilliant and I've felt safe during all of my sessions as they've got all of the necessary precautions in place (and more!). I was given a brilliant programme by Andy that combined a programme for the gym as well manual and massage therapy. I have really enjoyed the sessions and Andy's excellent coaching has given me the confidence to carry on with programme in the gym alone too. My back has drastically improved for the first time in years and I have no hesitation in recommending Elite!. Despite visiting different physio clinics over the years this is the only time it's alleviated my back issues for a sustained period so I cannot thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend elite physical medicine for people who have been struggling with an injury and are not sure what the best option is. In particular I suggest Andy, located in haddenham. Andy has a great ability to explain the injury which helps you understand what you can do to get your rehabilitation on a fast track. A carefully individualised programme will be given to you to follow either at home or the gym and regular physio sessions will be adapted depending on your progress which is measured each time you visit.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Andy for runners! I sought his help after knee pain caused by a tight IT band made it too painful to run even more than a couple of miles. Andy was extremely thorough - from discussioning my training, to assessing my current muscle condition, and going through exercises. He explained everything so that I understood exactly why the pain was happening and how the exercises would help the issue - I really appreciated having this insight! My legs are starting to feel stronger already and I've just had a follow up session for some more advanced exercises to keep working on.

Fantastic experience: All the praise for Elite Physical Medicine - in particular for Gabrielle Jackson. I had tennis elbow which resulted in not even being able to lift a cup of tea. i contacted Elite and booked in at Aylesbury. The venue is easy to find and has free parking. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. Treatment rooms are clean and well set out. Gabrielle has a wonderful manner and is clearly very knowlegeable and experienced in her field. She builds a good, easy and trusting rapport from the first session, and in a few weeks having had massage, acupuncture and a range of excercises to perform at home - I am now healed. Whilst Elite may not be the cheapest, I would argue they are the best and I will return as and when needed. Thank You!!

Fantastic experience: Went to Elite Physical Medicine after a knee op and wanting to improve my ROM and get back to everyday life and look after my knees to prevent further injuries. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Elite. Gus Morrison worked with my daughter for several months helping her recover from a tear in her quad. He liaised with her England Lacrosse physio and S and C coach and carefully prepared her for major tournaments and training weekends. She is now back to full play and feeling confident and strong. Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend Elite Physical Medicine enough! Both times I've been to see them (with different injuries), I was back to running like normal within a couple of sessions. Both Andy and Gus also provided me with advice on strength training to reduce risk of future injuries and to this day I haven't experienced either the injuries again. I’ve been a few times over the last four years or more and they always deliver good service and friendly atmosphere. Fantastic experience: After having very bad back problems that were diagnosed with an MRI scan I went to elite physical medicine. Who for the last 3 months have helped me recover from my injury and have got me back to playing sports again something that deep down I thought that I would be limited to what activities I could do. To be honest, without them I would probably not be playing sport again. I saw Gus on every appointment, he took his time to explain to me what was happening and why they were giving me the stretches they were giving me. This just gave me more confidence that I would be able to return to sport. I can not recommend them enough and advise anyone to have physio there if they are really wanting to get better.

Fantastic experience: I went to Elite Physio after having an operation on my foot that resulted in pain and restricted movement. As a keen runner who wanted to get back to it ASAP it was important for me to find a physio who understood sporting goals and I was not disappointed. Gabrielle was brilliant and listened to where I wanted to get to and what I had done. When I went to see her for the first time I had not been able put weight on my foot, was walking on crutches, had very little movement in my foot and was in pain. After the first session I was able to put weight on my foot, walk without my crutches and the pain was reduced. Thanks to our sessions and the exercises she gave me to work on outside of our sessions I am now running again and my surgeon is very happy with the progress I have made. Gabrielle was knowledgeable and very friendly, as was everyone I met at Elite. The facilities are great and it was helpful they could do early and late appointments. I cannot recommend Elite Physio highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Having used Elite now for a number of different injuries I can honestly say it’s the only place worth going to. Highly skilled, friendly and experienced physios, a great gym to use for rehab, competitive pricing and excellent communication from the team are just a number of positives I can list. Paul, Gabrielle and the rest of the team listened to my various injuries, inspected them and then aided my recovery by showing examples of various exercises, then building a rehab program that I could use in the gym or at home. If I ever had a question or wasn’t sure they’d happily answer by email too and the flexible appointment times they provided meant I could schedule appointments without taking any time off work. Definitely recommend going here for any rehab or sports massages!

Fantastic experience: Approximately 2 to 3 months ago I rolled my right ankle inwards in a rut. Tried anti-inflammatories and supporting it but it didn't heal. Rang up Elite and made an appointment and saw the wonderful Gabrielle for an assessment. She was listened to what I said and did a thorough examination of the ankle. I was immediately impressed with the thoroughness of the assessment and the Gabrielle listened. She believed it was a grade 1/2 ligament tear on the outside of the foot but it needed scanning. A scan was booked at Elite for the following week with Paul Thawley. The scan revealed a grade 2 tear and again Gabrielle and Paul explained everything clearly and recommended an Aircast support cast which I purchased over Amazon. Over the following 5 weeks I saw Gabrielle I was given exercises, the ankle was assessed thoroughly, she listened and everything was explained during the 30 minute appointments. I have now just been discharged and ready to back to running. I cannot recommend Elite highly enough. Whether you are a competitive athlete or like me an occasional runner they will treat you with care, attention, friendliness and professionalism. From the person on the front desk to the physio's they are brilliant and will look after you completely. Huge thank you to Gabrielle and all at Elite - I could not be happier.
