Great at communicating what the injury is, and how not getting it looked at sooner will potentially lengthen recovery time but also the technology used in the exercise videos are spot on. I have seen a few osteos in my time but have to say that Michelle differentiates herself as a clinician with her friendly-but-ultra knowledgeable style and communication. Fantastic experience: I went to Michelle with acute back pain (bulging disc), after two weeks of being facedown as the most comfortable position. After a couple of sessions I was able to sit up and drive. Over the last couple of months I have reduced the painkillers by half. The treatments and exercises have helped me to be able to return to work and generally function as normal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone in pain.
