Fantastic experience: I’ve had issues with my back for 10 years and then also struggled with lots of joint issues and pain too since which I didn’t realise was related. I’ve previously tried lots of different things (physio, osteopath, cupping, electro dry needling, sports massage) with only limited and temporary effects. The assessment at TOPCHIRO was comprehensive and helped to make sense of a lot of the things I have been struggling with. Over the course of treatment so far I have noticed quite a lot of change and progress in how I feel and feel hopeful for future progress! Hans made me feel comfortable from the start and has been knowledgeable, professional and caring throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Friendly,relaxing atmosphere.Helpful reception team ,open & honest assessments (with xrays) & advice.Only part way through my 1st stage plan but can already feel benefit in neck & back. Long term tigtness in neck now gradually dissapearing but my recent shoulder injury a different ball game.Following referral ,a private shoulder MRI revealed a torn RC now being treated earlier as a result by Dr Paris & with his Physio background is an big bonus for the expected longer recovery road .I'm left in no doubt I also need to rigorously play my part to help recovery with the aim to avoid invasive treatment if possible .Thank You all so far.

Fantastic experience: I have experienced significant neck pain for some time and recently attended a series of complimentary consultation sessions at TopChiro Aylesbury. During these visits, consultant Kelly conducted X-rays and carried out a range of physical assessments to evaluate my body’s proprioception. It was eye‑opening to discover how misaligned my spine had become over the years—likely a result of long hours spent working at a computer, followed by extended periods of phone and tablet use in the evenings. Although I had never considered myself to have back issues, the assessment clearly showed that my body had been compensating, particularly on the right side, to maintain balance. Based on these findings, we established a treatment plan spanning several months, involving regular check-ups and targeted spinal realignment. Fantastic experience: With advanced scoliosis - & fused discs in my back I was very anxious about upcoming knee and foot surgery so wanted to be in the best possible shape for being non weight bearing for up to 3 months. My daughter recommended me to see Paris at Aylesbury - it’s been a brilliant experience and now almost 4 weeks after my surgery I am still free of back pain, which is an incredible result given the pressure in my body with such invasive surgery putting pressure on my back as I recover. Fantastic experience: We tend to take our backs for granted and assume our spines are just indestructiblescaffolding holding everything in place. If something hurts just take a painkiller it will sort itself out,how wrong can we be! I only wish I had sorted my back pains out years ago but instead I just muddled along until recently when it became clear I was in trouble and needed attention. When you think about it we look after our teeth with regular maintenance checks but why don’t we look after our backs the same way . So, playing golf one day, my playing partner told me about TOPCHIRO and Dr Paris Georgiadis . I thought it was time to try and get something done having suffered constant back pain for well over 3 months. The practice is extremely well set up and I was made to feel welcome by the Doina the lead chiropractor assistant who organises the day to day front of house and office administration. I don’t exactly know what it was that I was expecting from my first visit ,I guess a quick fix and no pain but the experience was nothing like that . Paris took me through some preliminary explanation of his work managing my expectations along with some admin paperwork. We talked in detail about my pain issues . I was certainly not expecting the X-rays that followed. These X-rays instilled a huge amount of confidence in TOPCHIRO as I could physically see where my issues were. Paris could point out exactly what was wrong in various parts of my neck and spine. We then discussed how he could help correct the years of wear and tear that I had suffered. He shared a plan to tackle each area of my back and neck pain over a number of weeks explaining that it was not some magic quick fix but was going to take time to correct things. The payment options offered are really good especially if you are looking for some flexibility financially. We started with two visits each week to get some very accurate and controlled adjustments in my spine and neck . You really do need to learn to trust your Chiropractor and relax to allow maximum spine movement with each corrective pulse. Paris is a great calming influence and fantastic at making you feel relaxed and at ease. I’m not going to pretend I was pain free afterwards. You do notice some new aches from the corrections Paris makes. However as the process moves along over the weeks I noticed that the recovery time between visits became shorter and less painful Things have improved immensely and having now completed my first 18 visits I’m looking forwards to continuing with more two weekly appointments to maintain my spine allowing even greater flexibility maintaining the proper spacing between the vertebrae . I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending someone to pop in to see Paris and the team. If you are struggling with pain it’s well worth an initial consultation and assessment.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Paris. I was having a lower back pain for a while and it was getting worse - every time I bent, sat, sneezed, I got sharp pain. Simple things like bending down to wear socks was a constant reminder of the pain. My GP suggested trying pilates. It made me upset - I knew this is not going to help with the pain. I tried K laser treatment, did not help. I am so happy I decided to see a chiropractor for a consultation. I am now wondering why I did not do it earlier. During the consultation, physical tests were done and Xray images were taken to identify where what the problem areas were. From there, Dr Paris offered me a treatment plan. I felt a massive improvement already after the first time. I have spine misalignment and no pilates would be a help here. I am just 42 years old, i finally could go back to gym and be more active. Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic due to persistent lower back and shoulder pain. Dr Hans attended to me and was exceptionally friendly, polite and professional throughout. He clearly explained the consultation process and arranged for an x-ray to help identify the underlying causes of my discomfort. Regarding a specific pain around my hip, Dr Hans was honest and transparent. He explained that it was outside the scope of what he could treat. Nonetheless, he proceeded with targeted treatment for my back and shoulder issues. Since beginning treatment, my back has stabilised and my shoulder while still a work in progress has shown improvement. Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Kellie due to my constant pain and discomfort with my back and neck. From the first appointment with her I instantly knew that I can trust her with my body. She explained to me how the tension in the spine was causing my headaches, constant pain, discomfort and was negatively impacting on my sleep. Fantastic experience: I started with TopChiro at the end of November 2024. The main reason was because of pain in the left side of my neck from sleeping sitting up during long haul travelling, but I've also had sciatica as a second issue. I was unable to turn my neck to the left without having shooting pains going down my back and I'd had this pain for many years. After a few weeks of being with Top Chiro I felt such a huge difference. It's now been about 7 months and it's like I never had any issue! I am so glad I took a chance and I have no idea why I waited so long.

I went to Dr Kellie with a neck rotation injury, couldn't move my neck much past a certain angle without a lot of pain. Fantastic experience: I came to the clinic with terrible back pain, which prevented everyday activities or simply moving. I signed up with Dr. Paris on the recommendation of a friend. At first I did not believe that short sessions could repair the huge inflammation in the spine, but I was wrong. After the treatment plan that Dr. Paris recommended, my spine is like new. Fantastic experience: I am your typical 60 year old male who thinks Doctors are to be avoided and all will be ok. You hear all sorts of stories about Chiropractors and get scared of what will happen. Paris at Top Chiropractic in Aylesbury put me completely at ease immediately. No hard sell. Initial x ray diagnosed the problem and Paris was clear that it would need a 3 month course to address the issue. He followed up with exercise recommendations and was so calm and patient in his explanations. I could not be happier and have now signed up for once a month. Fantastic experience: I began seeing Paris in Nov’24. I had a very painful frozen shoulder, I could hardly lift my right arm.After a comprehensive assessment it was suggested I had six weeks of 2x per week ,followed another 8( poss 10) sessions of once a week. Paris kept me informed every step and I was expected to do exercises at home between appointments. Some of my visits especially the earlier ones were quite painful but I had been informed that this would be the case. I can now lift my arm above my head, I continue to exercise and even though it is not 100% better I am 95% there. Fantastic experience: Was recommended Topchiro whilst talking with a friend about my back issues. I was sceptical but as I was in pain I just knew I had to do something . Booking was easy and I got to see Kellie at my first trial session and she completely put me at ease. We agreed a plan together and embarked on what was for me a totally new experience. No wild claims were made but I could feel for myself how things were improving. The manipulation, exercises and periodic reviews with X Rays gave me added confidence. Fantastic experience: I injured my back at work (lifting) nearly 20 years ago. They say once you get back injury, you have got it for life. That has turned out to be true in my case. I managed the pain by exercise and pain killers. Gradually the pain killers were increasing in quantity and in type. It was when the GP started to prescribe anti-inflammatory drugs, opiates and sedatives when I felt things had gone too far. Time off work was increasing. Physiotherapy was also prescribed but only for a short period. In 2018 I saw a Chiropractor promoting their clinic (Elmhurst Chiropractice Clinic), service in Aylesbury town centre. I thought it was worth trying. I signed up for an assessment. That was one of the best decisions I had ever made. The assessment included X-rays of my whole spine and hips. The explanation of the results was so clear that I new was wrong and what needed to be done. To cut a long story short, after the first 6 weeks of treatment I got rid of all the medication I was taking for pain control. I was able to carry out my daily activities an exercises comfortably. I was advised to have reviews plus treatment if necessary. I gained vital knowledge about my condition and most important how to prevent acute episodes. I also would say I avoided surgery, because at one point my GP was thinking of referring me to an orthopaedic surgeon for lower back surgery consideration. This year I had an drawback because of a holiday that involved several flights. My back could not tolerate the strain. I had to reach out for painkillers reluctantly. I went back to the chiropractice clinic, now called TopChiro, in Aylesbury. It was like starting all over again. We started with a very thorough assessment (including measurements and x-rays). It reminded me of the very first day, nearly 7 years ago. My chiropractor clearly explained the results, the course of treatment and made out a care plan (very impressive). We have worked through it and I feel I have got my fitness back. There are still a few sessions and review do. What I have learnt this time is that everything in the body is connected. The assessment revealed that my lower back problem was impacting other areas like my neck, my thoracic spine, my sleep pattern and posture in general. 'It all will come together, just be patient', my chiropractor reminds me.

Fantastic experience: I visited Lawrence in August-September for Sciatica/lower back pain that had been excruciating daily for about a year (days where I couldn’t walk and couldn’t sleep) and within 10 sessions my back pain was gone!! It’s been 6 months since visiting him and my back pain reduced massively compared to what it was before! Fantastic experience: I first came to Paris at Corrective with a slipped L5 disc and L4 disc with compression damage which had slammed the breaks on my working life in construction for the prior 4 5 months. But with an intensive programme the first 3 to 4 months Paris really saved the day with the physical condition of my back and plus the the mental help with the situation which quickly became quite depressing. Fantastic experience: I visited Paris eight weeks ago with constant headaches radiating from the front to the back of the neck and across the shoulders. After an x-ray it showed the start of arthritis a couple of discs down the spine, the treatment involved manipulating the neck which was uncomfortable the first time but the discomfort reduced over the sessions and other manipulations took place. After six weeks my headaches had reduced significantly and my neck flexibility increased so I could actually turn my head easier left and right. I will continue to visit Paris very four to six weeks for a session to hopefully continue with a better head and flexibility in the neck. Highly recommend Paris for treatment

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Paris now since September 2024. I have struggled with back pain for the last 3 - 4 years as I have a physical job. I came to paris at the bucks county show in august 2024 at his stall and he told me my posture was out of line and that he could work his magic and make me feel better again. I've previously been to physios and GPS and nothing has really worked as no one actually looked at me properly. I can honestly say since going my back has felt 100 times better. Although most of my pain is now due to muscles being tense, having him manipulate my back to where it should be has been the best thing I ever did. I'm still not 100% but its a working progress as I need to put in the effort too. His work ethic and manorism is outstanding. We always have a laugh and talk about life as well as sorting out my back pains. The practice has always made me feel welcome too and now it feels like I'm visiting friends everytime I go. If you think you need to get your aches and pains sorted and feel like your getting no where with GPS or physio, I highly recommend going to the practice even if its just to see and ask questions. Fantastic experience: Well we all know the Greeks have done some amazing things in this world over the centuries.....well Paris at corrective chiropractor Aylesbury is a young Greek man(his English is better than mine) who has looked after my back over the last few months.The improvement in the pain has been quite incredible. He is a very focused professional who always gives the best service and treatment and always listens to you. He loves his work and he has a very positive friendly attitude. Fantastic experience: Well what can I say. I've had tinnitus in both ears for over a year which has caused me sleep issues and just general unpleasantness. After meeting Paris, he gave me an initial examination and recommended neck adjustments and treatment plan. He was very realistic with expectations and was honest that we will get improvements but maybe not a 100% fix due to wear and tear of the neck. After 1 or 2 adjustments the tinnitus in my left ear had gone and the right ear had reduced by 50-60%. I'm now 6 or 7 sessions in and the improvement is huge. Some nights I don't have any tinnitus at all. Paris is very professional, courteous, and has the hands of Jesus! Thank you Paris.

Negative experience: I was very positive with my plan initially set out by Corrective Chiropractic to fix my upper posture but unfortunately found no improvement after our sessions (which I was aware could be the case). I was then kindly offered a refund for the remaining sessions and although this took a bit of time as the Dr was away I was grateful. The reason for my low review score is twofold; I found the sessions to be very short, sometimes around (and occasionally less than) 5 minutes, and as a patient I always felt rushed out the door. More recently I asked if I could have my lower back examined at as it was extremely painful. I felt as though my concerns were dismissed in favour of a quick manipulation to once again get me in and out of the door so that the chiropractor could get on to the next patient. This lower back issue turned out to be a disc bulge confirmed in A&E by an MRI. Needless to say l was shocked, as I'd expect the expertise of the chiropractor to be able to recognise this as a serious issue, or at the very least a potential issue, and perhaps if a bit more time was spent checking the area this could have been advised.

Fantastic experience: I was quite sore and stiff when I first came but with a series of spine and neck stretches and manipulations I am well with no aches or pains. Paris Georgiadis is excellent both in his manipulations and explanations of what he is doing. Also he has recommended exercises to do at home to strengthen my stability and core. On top of all this he is a really nice guy!

Fantastic experience: Paris has been so great throughout my treatment. The first appointment was so thorough and informative. After living with chronic pain for years, I had lost hope. But after 6 weeks of seeing Paris, I have seen great improvements in the frequency and intensity of my pain. Fantastic experience: Paris is a phenomenal chiropractor. I have had 11 sessions now and Paris started our first session with a very thorough examination including an X-ray. The post examination report gave me a really good indication on what issues I'm facing and why and how we can fix them. I'd leave each session and go through the next couple of days until my appointment feeling slightly better in my back and neck than the last and now I feel much better. Paris will be upfront with you as he was me, giving me a realistic target for what he can fix. This was much appreciated. Paris is also very nice to chat to! You won't regret going to see him.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Dr Lawrence King now for several years, having a serious back complaint from a young age, this is now managed on a primarily monthly basis I am able to do everyday things again that I was struggling to do. Fantastic experience: I came across this chiropractors when I injured my back quite badly and was recommended by a neighbour . I can certainly say if it wasn't for Paris and the program he put me on I don't know where I would be today . I couldn't walk or stand and with his knowledge and expertises it enabled me to return to work a lot quicker and attend a family wedding abroad, which I would have missed , if I hadn't come across Paris. Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with stiffness in my lower back for around 8 years now, and it eventually led to discomfort when I turned during sleep. I started my journey with Paris at Corrective Chiropractic Aylesbury on the 11th May. The first 2 visits included an x-ray and assessment to discuss findings and decide the best action to take. For the first few weeks I saw Paris every 2 to 3 days and it only took the first few sessions to feel relief. After a couple of weeks I was sleeping through the night pain free and able to stand from a seated position without any stiffiness. My visits are now spaced out to every 2 weeks or so, this is the best I have felt for along time. Paris is fantastic my only regret is not visiting sooner.

Fantastic experience: I only wish I sought help sooner than i did. I really thought my mid back pain and stooping was because of my age, was a progressive spine curvature, and that was something that couldnt be helped. It was so painful to stand upright. It was a relief when Lawrence said he could help. With regular visits over time, and with some simple exercises, the difference I feel is amazing. Lawrence was able to pin point where my spine hurt and adjust the treatment accordingly. I now walk and stand much better than i did, and am in much less pain. Fantastic experience: Having pain that stemmed from my neck, and started to pulse down my arm from my shoulder for approximately. 6 months. I searched via Google for some treatment, and that is how I found Lawrence, my body is so glad I did! Presenting to him, he assessed me with X rays, scans, and measurements, along with an in depth history of my pain. He applied several treatments to the problem areas in quick succession, relieving me of the daily pain I used to endure. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Corrective Chiropractors since 2018 when I was suffering constant headaches, lower back pain, sciatica and neck pain due to a prolapsed disc in my lower back & neck. After having my initial assessment It was agreed to put me on a course of treatment. I have seen a number of Chiropractors at the centre but now see Laurence and go monthly to keep my back & neck as free moving as possible and would highly recommend Laurence and his team for anybody suffering from any problems causing your mobility to be affected.

Fantastic experience: Movement is life; I only wish I had found Corrective Chiropractic earlier in my life because Lawrence and his outstanding professional skills have given me a new lease on life. When I arrived, I was using a walking aid, my arms were getting numb while typing or doing anything really, and my right arm and wrist were in such pain I could hardly move it and had it with a supporting bandage; I could not move my head backwards to look up at the sky, my left knee was in agony, and I walked limping in pain, my left shoulder was in pain and couldn’t use my arm anymore as before; yes I was an old puzzle falling into parts. After an injury in 2015, I had to leave my sports, no more Archery, no more playing violin or guitar; the vicious circle of this aided the weight gain to cripple me more, making the issues even worst. Fantastic experience: I have suffered from lower back pain for many years and incorrectly self diagnosed a trapped sciatic nerve. Through the natural process of ageing I found standing or walking for any length of time becoming shorter and shorter before I had to stop and sit down. Standing cooking became a chore and I could no longer enjoy days out in the park with my grandchildren. A friend suggested I have a consultation appointment with Dr King to see if he could offer any advice on treatment. What a revelation! Fantastic experience: I went here back in 2019 to see if they could tell me the cause of my sciatica which was getting increasing bad, to the point of having a completely numb leg and severe pain in the other. I had been to other chiropractors before, but this was the first time anyone took xrays to actually try figure out the cause. I had spent years in pain so figured it was worth a try. After xrays and a consultation on the results, I was given treatment options, as well as the option to walking away if I didn't want to take on the recommended treatment. After treatment and regular intervals of treatment my back is much better. It was worth taking the time to go through the recommended treatment. I have a physical job and they were always understanding of when I had a more strenuous week. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I've had the misfortune of a couple of car accidents since starting treatment and they have always done their best to fit me in and assess what damage may have been caused and then made a plan to get me back on track. I can't recommend corrective chiropractic enough. No back issue seems to be too difficult. They are helpful and friendly. Fantastic experience: Highly recommended Chiropractor. I've been seeing Lawrence for several months off the back of some neck stiffness and pain I'd been having. After a full evaluation and a course of treatment I now have full mobility range as well as being pain free - I'm like an owl! Fantastic experience: I was recommended to come to Corrective Chiropractic when I was at the point where I didn't know what else to do to treat my debilitating sciatica. I had been to the doctors numerous times, trying countless medication and being referred to physio but I knew that there was more going on and all what I was having wasn't treating the actual issue but just rather just putting a plaster on it. When I came to Corrective Chiropractic I had a very thorough consultation and examination which included a scan on my spine. When I received my results they told me my spine was not in the correct position at all, I cried with relief finally getting the confirmation I needed and to be finally taken seriously! No amount of stretching and taking nerve numbing tablets was going to cure my sciatica! I was then put on a 6 week course to start to recorrect my spine, within the first treatment I was pain free! I generally thought I was going to live in pain for the foreseeable future so to just have one treatment and not be in pain was a revelation to me! Fantastic experience: Having suffered with back pain since my mid twenties, I was referred multiple times for physio therapy, and investigation. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis, and advised pain management with prescribed various painkillers by doctors. Lawrence King at Corrective diagnosed alignment issues with my spine and put me on an intensive course of treatment. I also had a painful tennis elbow which Lawrence fixed with 2 sessions and it has never returned. That was several years ago. I continue with regular adjustments but no longer have to take pain killers or need to consider surgery. I lead a full and active life, and continue to play/umpire netball even though I am in my 60's! I would definitely recommend a visit here before considering any other form of pain management.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered lower back pain on and off all of my adult life (I am now 69) due to contracting polio as an infant. I believed this was something I had to live with. The pain has become more severe over the last few years, and my neck has also become very stiff, to the point where I could not easily turn my head sideways. In desperation, after a particularly bad spell, I made an appointment to see Dr Lawrence King. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Lawrence diagnosed abnormal curvature and arthritis at the base and top of my spine, but assured me he could improve things for me. This was an understatement. My life is now pain-free most of the time. The really intense pain has ceased, and what pain I do get ( eg from gardening or cleaning the car! ) clears after a couple of hours instead of lingering for days. Also I can now turn my head to look over either shoulder, which helps immensely when driving the car. Another plus, I don't get woken by pain when I turn over in bed during the night. Lawrence does not make false claims or promises. He tells it as it is, and I have total faith and trust in the treatment he is giving me.

Fantastic experience: For many years I have suffered with back pain from lifting children and doing silly things, I ended up in so much pain that i finally decided to do something about it and found out i had a bulging disc. Nothing i tied worked for me, only a few quick fixes would ease the pain temporarily, I struggle on long walks, to stand for too long, to get out of bed! the list is long, it was bad. A friend of mine then refereed me to Corrective Chiropractic, (in particular Lawrence King). She said she felt so much better and it really worked for her. My Husband and i were just starting our family and we wanted to do something (Anything) to make my back as good as we could to be able to cope with pregnancy. I went in to have a consultation with Lawrence and try out what my friend had raved about. Lawrence told me that he believed he would be able to make my back 80% better. He put me on a treatment plan of an intensive 10 sessions, 2 sessions a week to start off. Now i know not everyone has the money to throw at things like this and honestly nor did we, but we were willing to give it a go and i have no regrets. After the intensive course i was starting to feel good, there was a little dip where i felt maybe this isn't going to work for me, but not long after (almost over night) a complete change! the pain had gone!! As i was growing though my pregnancy my back pain completely stopped! and for me that was unheard of. we moved to a monthly treatment, an upkeep, as my back will never actually heal. this worked well for me. I did however make the mistake of missing a session after my baby was born, there was a little regression, (lesson learned) after an extra session or two i was back on track and feeling wonderful again. fast forward two years, I have now had my second baby and i can honestly say i had no back pain or problems in this pregnancy. Lawrence was very good at managing me (in both pregnancies), the bigger i got and how to still carry out my treatment effectivity and safely. I felt confident and happy though out. I was straight back in for my monthly upkeep just days after my son was born. No regression this time and I wont be making that mistake again. I never believed that i would be pain free or have full movement again but this changed everything for me, and i often share my story with others in pain. I do not miss those days! and I cannot stress enough that I didn't believe it could happen until i tired it myself. I now live a very activity busy life with two small children without pain. honestly for me its 100% not 80% Thank you Lawrence, now I'm the one raving about it.
