Fantastic experience: I found Raees using a Google search for physio in Dundee. He made himself available to see me at short notice. I felt a lot better the next day and gradually better over the rest of the week. I saw Raees again 5 days later and felt so much better again. We thought I’d need 3-4 sessions but after 2 I am sorted! Raees was not pushy about having unnecessary sessions just for the sake of it. I will probably go back for some maintenance sessions on a monthly or bi monthly basis.

Fantastic experience: I came to Raees as I had injured my knee in a fall and wanted feedback on how the knee was doing and advice on return to work. Raees listened as I described the accident then gave me a thorough examination . His advice was very helpful and clarified things for me. Fantastic experience: After suffering with knee pain for more than three years and seeing multiple physios with no improvement, my appt with Raees at Cuorewellness was like a breath of fresh air. After seeing numerous private and NHS physiotherapists since 2020 and not being given a clear explanation of my problem or what the aim of the exercises were, Raees' medical background was invaluable as he explained the anatomy of the knee in an easily understood manner and described what is most likely happening. He took his time making sure I understood what was most likely going on in my body and explained how/why it happens and the logic behind the exercises advised. The exercises are two simple movements and Raees talked me through both to make sure I understood how to do them and why I was doing them. Raees also administered massage and acupuncture and was upfront that this would not cure my knee pain but would be a pleasant experience for my unhappy knee - and he was right! Raees was also happy to provide an invoice for my workplace health insurance so I will definitely be back for further treatment of my other aches and pains! Would absolutely recommend to others and will be returning in future.

Fantastic experience: I attended with a ligament injury to my hand. Whilst I was there a thorough examination was carried out to identify the source of the problem. The area was also massaged. I was also given a check of my back and shoulders, as the job I do entails a lot of bending and repetitive movements. This was rounded off with a thorough massage of my back and excercises were provided to prevent any future stiffness in the back and shoulder area. I was impressed by the service and advice given and would use again.
