I was in severe pain for 6 weeks prior to my 1st appointment and within a week I could already feel things getting better. 2 weeks on it's like the injury never happened! Fantastic experience: Due to my work I’ve suffered with lower back pain for a number of years, when looking for a chiropractor I stumbled across absolute chiropractic. After meeting with Rachel we came up with a treatment plan, from the first couple of adjustments I noticed a massive difference in my back. Fantastic experience: After suffering from headaches and migraines for a long time and after a spell of having a headache for three months a friend recommended a chiropractor. I went in thinking that this wouldn’t work after trying so many other things but it was the best decision I made. Thomas is amazing! I still get the odd headache, maybe one every couple of months now but a huge difference from one every day. Everyone at Absolute is friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend them. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to other chiros in Dundee and left and have now coming here for about a year and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The clinic is modern, spotless and highly professional, with on-site X-ray facilities which makes everything seamless. The Absloute app is brilliant too — easy to manage appointments, view scan images and access personalised exercises. You can even upload your own previous medical images, which I found really helpful. Rachel is an exceptional chiropractor. She’s helped hugely with my lower back issues and other low level discomfort I’d just accepted as normal. I really appreciate the tapered treatment approach — as you improve, appointments move naturally into maintenance rather than overbooking. Rachel and Thomas are friendly and welcoming — we’ve progressed from polite chats to proper jokes, which makes the whole experience even better while getting cracked like a glowstick. Fi on reception is lovely and organised, and Sam and Eve (the independent sports massage therapists) are fantastic. The whole team genuinely care — and the joined up working gives you a holistic experience. Since starting treatment, I’ve noticed refucef pain and discomfort, better sleep, improved mood and far less tension overall. You leave feeling like you’re walking on clouds. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went to Absolute to ease the tightness in my calves following recovery from an achilles tear. Sam was brilliant. He identified the areas of tightness immediately and proceeded to ease them. I have been going back regularly for a year now for overall maintenance and he has eased a number of soft tissue restrictions from top to toe. The team at Absolute are very welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend them. And I would recommend the value of booking a block of sessions.

Fantastic experience: I booked in for a sports massage with Eve, she is professional and easy to talk to which helped me express my concerns and direct where the pain was. Fantastic experience: I had suffered pain for over 4 years preventing me running or training fully which is a passion. I had paid for lots of physio , been to the doc had MRI and had been told it was wear and tear in vertebrae. As a last resort I had been recommended Thomas who identified my pelvis was out of alignment , after 6 treatments I was pain free, I have continued with a maintainence programme of 1 per month which has proved a huge success. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: As someone who's never been to a chiropractor before, I went with back issues and after my first appointment I got seen straight away and helped with my diagnosis! There is also an app which contains appointments and exercises! All staff are very reliable and very friendly!! Wish I went sooner as they have all helped massively! Fantastic experience: I initially went to absolute chiropractic for lower back pain. I was in pain everyday which really affected my day to day life. I have been working with Rachel for a months now and she has reduced my pain massively. I also suffered from headaches everyday and trigeminal neuralgia. The daily headaches are completely gone and my trigeminal neuralgia isnt flaring anymore. Rachel is brilliant and very knowledgeable. I regret not starting treatment sooner. Sam has also helped improve my pain with massages. He brilliant and always very respectful. All the staff at absolute chiropractic are super friendly, and the practice is lovely. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Absolute Chiropractor. I suffered from frequent flare ups of sciatica which often left my bed/housebound and living a pretty miserable life. I had given up hope of ever really recovering! Thomas was amazing. What struck me was how thorough the assessment was. I have been to chiros in the past but I have never experienced as much attention to detail. Thomas made me feel comfortable as hes really easy to communicate with. He listened well and made me feel at ease throughout. Very professional. Thomas recommended that I have 2 sessions weekly to start with but due to finances I decided not to. This was a mistake. Thomas gave me 2 of my sessions half price to allow me to get the benefit of 2 sessions weekly and what a game changer that was, even after the first week. I have gone from strength to strength over the months and it has been money well spent as its gave me my life back! The practice is also beautiful and the receptionist Fiona is lovely too! If you are looking for a chiro in Dundee, this is the one in my opinion. Excellent

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Absolute Chiropractic enough. After being crippled with a herniated disk and severe nerve pain, I was days away from an operation. Thomas worked on me and was so successful that I avoided surgery and I am now nerve pain free. I still use them to maintain my posture and alignment.to keep me pain free. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic deep tissue massage from Sam to alleviate painful joints and back pain. Highly recommend seeing Sam if you’re in pain with joints or injury. I could barely walk and was doubled over and within a few sessions Sam sorted me out. No high pressure selling other services or nonsense like that just genuine care from a very knowledgeable practitioner at reasonable prices.

Fantastic experience: Thomas has worked wonders for my back when I first started to see him I was struggling to walk with lower back pain and numbness in my thigh when standing. This has almost disappeared and I am now able to walk around without pain for a much longer period of time and gradually managing to do more and more each day which is amazing. After a block of sessions with Thomas i am back running again and more importantly pain free. I'm actually a bit gutted I'm only going every 4-6 weeks now!! I'd highly recommend Thomas. Ive been to a few chiro's over the years and Thomas is by far the best. I genuinely can't recommend him enough. Fantastic experience: After suffering with hip pain for over 2 years and getting nowhere at the doctors I came along to Absolute Chiropractic's open day to have a chat and ask if anything could be done, I had a consultation, physio session and xray and was told "yes we can help" . Fantastic experience: I came to the clinic hardly able to walk with back pain that my GP and physio had basically said I just had to live with after about 4 sessions with Rachel and Thomas I am now walking straighter and further than I have in years I was going to have knee and shoulder replacements but with the brilliant treatment I have had from these fantastic people the pain has virtually gone it's no cure but as long as I'm almost pain free I can do things I thought I'd never do again .

Fantastic experience: I went into Absolute Chiropractic experiencing discomfort in my hip flexors when exercising. After a chat with Thomas he began body examination and found multiple areas which were effecting the discomfort, therefore after the treatment for each area, my hip flexors have never been better! The advice I received for stretching and strengthening the affected areas have worked so well. The service provided by Thomas and Rachel has been amazing and would recommend for anyone with similar problems!

Fantastic experience: For the first time in 4 years of constant hip and back pain I have woken up pain free thanks to a few adjustments from Thomas. After various physios and other efforts I made an appointment as nothing was working. Thomas did a full assessment including x rays that identified the issues. Fantastic experience: I came across Thomas & Rachel’s practice by chance after searching for back specialists.I hadn’t realised that they were so local and decided to make an appointment. On the day I was first of all impressed with the welcome and the stunning new practice itself. I have had back,neck & hip problems for roughly 40 years and have tried various specialists,including acupuncture.Although these past treatments were fine at the time,none of them had been long lasting and symptoms usually returned fairly quickly. I have had treatment from Thomas for 3 to 4 weeks now and I am absolutely delighted with the results.I had a bad accident at work more than 4 years ago which brought my problems back and also left me very low in mood as well. Fantastic experience: Had an adjustment done by Rachel, and I felt instant relief. I was so tight and suffering badly with lower back pain which was moving down my leg slightly and after 1 visit I felt so much relief! Rachel explained everything as she went, keeping me informed and making me feel at ease, as this was my first time having an appointment with a chiropractor and I was a bit nervous. The clinic was lovely and bright, easy to find and lots of free parking outside. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is struggling with aches and pains
